1、20XX年11月中國(guó)銀行實(shí)習(xí)報(bào)告winter holiday social practice in the bank of china今年寒假，分有幸我能得到這樣一個(gè)機(jī)會(huì)在中國(guó)銀行東營(yíng)東城支行實(shí)習(xí)。在正式開(kāi)始實(shí)習(xí)的前一天與行長(zhǎng)溝通后 明確了自己的工作內(nèi)容都包括什么，服務(wù)須知，注意事項(xiàng)等 等。this winter holiday, i felt so lucky that i can getan opp ortunity to start my social p ractice at the bank of china ( shandong province dongying city eas

2、tern citydistrict sub-branch ). before i startpractice,i cameto the president office to talk to him, make sure i understand my job, and matters need attention something like that.實(shí)習(xí)期間帶我的是中國(guó)銀行的理財(cái)經(jīng)理林琳，第一天的工作是從最基本的業(yè)務(wù)開(kāi)始的打印存折，辦理個(gè)人業(yè)務(wù)填寫(xiě) 的種種表格。如支票匯款填寫(xiě)入賬單，辦理銀行卡填寫(xiě)個(gè)人 開(kāi)戶(hù)申請(qǐng)單。第一次這么仔細(xì)的記錄每張單子的用途，在都 了解了以后我會(huì)經(jīng)常在填單子的桌子

5、 the business.第二天是很不尋常的一天，來(lái)到更衣室換上西裝剛走進(jìn)大廳，一位老人就拿著存折來(lái)找到我說(shuō)小伙子你能不能幫我 打印一下存折。學(xué)的業(yè)務(wù)終于有了用武之地，我拿著存折來(lái)到atm面前，翻到有空余的一頁(yè)插進(jìn)atm。存折打印完以后老人微笑道謝，第一次成功的獨(dú)立辦理了一項(xiàng)業(yè)務(wù)，心里很是咼興。然后就是將銀行各種單子和復(fù)印件我要撕開(kāi)然后分類(lèi)擺放。當(dāng)天下午跟著林琳學(xué)習(xí)怎樣開(kāi)通網(wǎng)銀業(yè)務(wù)，這份曾 經(jīng)在我心中很難完成的工作在林琳的講解下也變得容易了 起來(lái)，我一直盼望著有一天可以給客戶(hù)獨(dú)立開(kāi)通一次業(yè)務(wù)。the second day is an unusual day, finish wearunifo

10、有自己專(zhuān)用的印鑒卡。而我的責(zé)任就是在系統(tǒng)中錄入印鑒卡的信息并且把印鑒卡 按照系統(tǒng)順序裝訂成冊(cè)。這是一項(xiàng)枯燥而又有趣的工作，你 要和同事協(xié)同配合在系統(tǒng)中錄入信息，一點(diǎn)都不能走神，否 則就會(huì)出錯(cuò)。兩人的默契很重要，另一方面你要面對(duì)電腦長(zhǎng) 達(dá)幾個(gè)小時(shí)之久，身體會(huì)很疲倦。the last two days are the most busy day, becauseof the fast by the end of the bank to open an account in the bank statistics of customer information, so i can take on t
