1、 作業(yè)人員安全承諾書(shū)（中英文）作業(yè)人員安全承諾書(shū)（中英文）operators safety commitment針對(duì)中世運(yùn)坦桑尼亞管道天然氣項(xiàng)目特點(diǎn)，為規(guī)范作業(yè)人員安全行為，防止和杜絕“三違”現(xiàn)象，保障作業(yè)人員生命安全和堆場(chǎng)生產(chǎn)作業(yè)的順利進(jìn)行，特制定本承諾書(shū)。this is to stipulate the commitment hereinafter as per the characteristics of sino worlink tanzania natural gas pipeline project, hence to specify operators conduct safet

2、y in case of “three violation” and guarantee safety of operators life and property as well as smooth production at storage station. 所有新進(jìn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)作業(yè)人員都必須認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)本承諾書(shū)。all the new mobilized operators shall seriously go over the commitment hereby.labor discipline未接受安全教育的作業(yè)人員嚴(yán)禁進(jìn)入生產(chǎn)區(qū)域。no access to working areas for

3、those operators without safety training.進(jìn)入作業(yè)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)人員必須按規(guī)定佩帶勞防用品。any site personnel to enter the working spot shall wear protection equipment as required.作業(yè)前，要對(duì)參與作業(yè)的設(shè)備、工具、吊索等按規(guī)定進(jìn)行安全檢查，確保合格后方可使用作業(yè)。no use of the equipments, tools, hooks or slings for work purpose unless the stipulated pre-work safety inspe

5、hose in critical posts.未進(jìn)允許不得進(jìn)入危險(xiǎn)區(qū)域，不得穿越吊裝區(qū)域，嚴(yán)禁在吊車(chē)工作半徑內(nèi)逗留或作業(yè)。without permission, no entrance to dangerous areas, no cross the hoisting section, no linger or work within the operating radius of the crane.任何人員不得在作業(yè)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)隨意丟棄垃圾等廢棄物，作業(yè)完畢后要將廢棄物清理到指定的地點(diǎn)，做到工完料盡、場(chǎng)地清，確保作業(yè)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的清潔。no littering about at working spoti

7、work without valid certificate for special operation. 嚴(yán)禁違反操作規(guī)程操作；no operation beyond specification or procedures.嚴(yán)禁無(wú)票證從事危險(xiǎn)作業(yè)；no undertaking dangerous operations without certificate.嚴(yán)禁脫崗、睡崗和酒后上崗；no dereliction, sleep at work and drunk work.嚴(yán)禁違反規(guī)定運(yùn)輸民爆物品、放射源和危險(xiǎn)化學(xué)品；no transport those civil explosives, r

8、adiation sources and dangerous chemicals against relative regulations.嚴(yán)禁違章指揮，強(qiáng)令他人違章作業(yè)。no command against rules or forcing others to work against rules進(jìn)入作業(yè)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)人員要聽(tīng)從現(xiàn)場(chǎng)hse監(jiān)督的管理，hse監(jiān)督員有權(quán)對(duì)各類(lèi)違章行為進(jìn)行制止、處罰。those site operators already access to the spot shall follow hse personnel orders, who gets the authority

9、 solely to hold down or punish any conducts against operation regulations and rules.labor protection作業(yè)人員都應(yīng)按照規(guī)定配備安全帽、工作服、防砸鞋、手套等必要的勞防用品。安全帽應(yīng)符合相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。工作服應(yīng)輕便、透氣、舒適，適合工作環(huán)境和自然環(huán)境。防砸鞋必須穿皮制的、超過(guò)腳踝的、帶有腳趾保護(hù)的鋼頭工靴。all the operators shall be, as per stipulations, equipped with safety helmets, overalls, safety shoes
