1、英語輔導機構發(fā)展現狀調查 A Survey on the Development of English Tutoring Institutions in Middle Schools in linshu County, Shandong Province 摘 要 改革開放以來,我國的教育事業(yè)蓬勃發(fā)展。尤其是在新的教育體制改革推行之后,如九年義務教育的實施,我國的教育事業(yè)迎來了嶄新的發(fā)展階段。此外,隨著人們生活水平的提高,更多的家長注意到教育的重要性。隨之而來的各種輔導機構也層出不窮。相對應的便是參加補習班的學生越來越多。另外,隨著人們生活質量的提升,去國外學習也成了孩子和家長很好的選擇。隨之而
2、來的,就是家長對孩子英語科目的重視不斷加強。但眾多補習班之間也存在著差異。輔導機構的質量也是參差不齊。尤其是英語科目的教學質量更是大不相同。因此,本文抽取山東省臨沭縣的三所輔導機構為樣本,通過對參加英語科目補習班的學生進行調查,來分析臨沭縣中學英語補習機構的現狀以及存在的問題,并提出相應的建議。本文通過文獻分析法和問卷調查法,對參加輔導班的學生和家長進行全面調查和了解,并對調查結果進行了認真的分析。在此基礎上,對山東省臨沭縣的中學英語輔導機構發(fā)展現狀有了一個全面的了解,也對商務英語專業(yè)的學生就業(yè)提供了一定的方向。關鍵詞:臨沭縣;輔導機構;調查分析;市場分析AbstractSince the r

In addition, as peoples living stand
4、ards improve, more parents notice the importance of education. A variety of tutoring agencies have also emerged. Correspondingly, more and more students are attending cram schools. In addition, with the improvement of peoples quality of life, studying abroad has also become a good choice for childre
5、n and parents. What follows is that parents emphasis on their childrens English subjects continues to increase.But there are also differences among many tuition classes. The quality of tutoring agencies is also uneven. Especially the quality of teaching in English subjects is very different. Therefo
6、re, this article selects three tutoring agencies in Linshug County, Shandong Province as a sample, and analyzes the current situation and existing problems of English tutoring institutions in Linshug County middle school by investigating the students participating in tutoring classes in English subj
7、ects, and proposes corresponding suggestions .Through literature analysis and questionnaire survey, this paper conducts a comprehensive survey and understanding of students and parents participating in tutorial classes, and conducts a careful analysis of the survey results. On this basis, I have a c

18、t years and the intensification of reform and opening up, the education industry as a part of the service industry has shown a strong growth trend. The number of students attending cram schools and the funds and time invested by parents in tutoring their children are also increasing.Relevant domesti
19、c investigations and studies also provide data support for this phenomenon. The 2004 China Education and Human Resources Research Group of Peking Universitys China Urban Residents Education and Employment Survey Report (No. 2) showed that Students who choose to participate in tutoring outside school
20、 in any form account for the total number of surveys. In Beijing, less than 1/10 of the students have neither participated in extracurricular classes nor invited tutors, that is, more than 90% of the students choose to invite tutors or participate in tutoring classes; between the provinces and citie
21、s, the proportion of students who invited tutors or participated in extra-curricular tutoring in municipalities and provincial capitals exceeded 80%, in prefecture-level cities it was 76.7%, and in county-level cities it was 63.5%. This market demand provides a broad opportunity for extracurricular
22、tutoring organizations, and the number of tutoring organizations is also increasing. But at the same time, the competition between tutoring agencies has become more intense. Many tutoring agencies have appeared in large numbers, and the competition in the industry has become more intense. Some tutor
23、ing agencies will inevitably have problems such as teaching quality, organizational form, and industry standards. This problem is more obvious in English-language tutoring institutions.1.2 The Significance of Research1.2.1 Theoretical significanceAs far as junior high school students are concerned,
24、although the government has vigorously promoted the policy of reducing students burdens and also promoted quality education, schools in various regions have continued to improve their teaching methods and enrich classrooms. However, due to the pressure of further studies, most of the schools English
25、 courses are still mainly textbooks. Although the popularity of multimedia teaching tools has greatly enriched the form and content of English teaching, due to the limitation of the number of classes in the school, it is difficult for teachers to see every student, so there will be a difference in t
26、he English ability and results of students in the class. The school will pay more attention to the students ability to take exams for the sake of students advancement, ignoring their practical ability to use English, and the teaching method will be single to take care of most students. Therefore, th
27、e needs of some students cannot be met.With the development of the times, this increasing demand has led to the emergence of English-language tutoring agencies. These English tutoring institutions use more vivid and interesting classroom methods to train students practical English skills. In additio
28、n, the classes of these two types of tutoring institutions are mostly small classes or even one-to-one. This form allows the teacher to better understand the learning situation of each student and solve the students problems in time. This kind of small class teaching based on aptitude not only promo
29、tes the improvement of students English performance, but also enhances their ability to use English practically.In recent years, more and more people have realized the importance of English as a language tool, and the demand for English tutoring institutions has also increased. And this demand makes
30、 the development trend of tutoring classes outside the school more and more vigorous. But with the continuous increase of English tuition classes, different profit models have led them to choose different business methods, and there are also many problems. For example uneven teacher quality, excessi
31、ve prices, and irrational management models.Through this survey, we can comprehensively analyze the development status of English tutoring agencies in Linshug County and have a comprehensive understanding of the tutoring agencies in the county seat. It will also promote the continuous improvement of
32、 counseling agencies. It also provides a supplement to the analysis of the role and theory of English tutoring.1.2.2 Practical significanceThe increasing demand of students and parents has led to an increase in the number of tutoring agencies. Extra-curricular tutoring is no longer just a problem in
33、 the field of education, it is also a social hot spot. This survey analyzes the reasons why middle school students participate in English tutoring institutions through questionnaire surveys and interviews with students and parents participating in cram schools. Understand the factors that affect the
34、 operation of English tutoring organizations from the side, and analyze their business methods and development directions. This article will further explore the problems existing in English tutoring institutions and propose corresponding solutions. This will allow students and parents to better choo
35、se suitable English tutoring organizations, and also allow all sectors of the society to pay more attention to English tutoring organizations, to understand and effectively solve the problems existing in the current English tutoring industry.1.3 Conceptual DefinitionIn order to better clarify the ob
36、ject of this survey, the core concept of the extra-curricular tutoring agency of this survey was specifically defined. Many domestic scholars have defined extra-curricular tutoring from different perspectives. Wang Yousheng was the first person to define extracurricular tutoring in mainland China. H

Its main purpose is to improve academic performance or learn a particular skill. Therefore, the English tutoring institutions investigated in this article do no
40、t include tutoring by school teachers using students spare time.1.4 Research MethodThe method serves for better research. In order to conduct a smoother investigation, the survey will use the following three methods:1.4.1 Literature methodBibliographic method refers to reading, analyzing, and collat
41、ing relevant documents or materials to obtain effective information from which to comprehensively and correctly study a problem. From the beginning to the later stage of the survey, the survey consulted the monographs and academic weekly literature on China Knowledge Online, comprehensively understo
42、od the relevant research results of middle school English tutoring institutions at home and abroad, and provided a solid theoretical basis for the survey. 1.4.2 QuestionnaireQuestionnaire is a method of collecting information by asking questions in writing. In this survey, a questionnaire prepared i
43、n advance will be distributed to middle school students participating in English tutoring institutions, and a large amount of data on the status and reasons of middle school students participating in questionnaires participating in English tutoring institutions can be obtained. 46、wees selected were mainly middle school students, parents and teachers of English tutoring institutions participating in English tutoring institutions. By talking with them, you can better understand the reasons why middle school students participate in tutoring agencies, the current status of Engli
