43、ation會留出時間做這個部分。13、Orientation: 情況大致介紹。和人相關(guān)1、Candidate: 討論某個項目的候選人。2、Owner: 指某個項目的負(fù)責(zé)人,比如老板問起某個項目,哪個項目誰負(fù)責(zé)的啊,就可能會說這個項目owner是誰?3、Direct report: 直線匯報,指的是頂頭上司或者直線下屬這一條直線。4、Line manager: 直線經(jīng)理,指的是直接匯報給誰。5、People manager: 指實際帶人的經(jīng)歷,而不是聽上去職位頭銜是經(jīng)理但是不一定帶人的,比如“產(chǎn)品經(jīng)理”、“項目經(jīng)理”等。6、Backup: 項目的備選負(fù)責(zé)人啦,休假時找個頂班的同事啦之類。7、Ba

45、n eye on it: 項目上線了可以和老板說,總之我會盯著的啦,您放心吧。5、CRM: customer Relationship Management, 客戶關(guān)系管理。6、EDM: electric direct mail, 給客戶發(fā)郵件的方式。7、FAQ: frequently asked questions, 常被問到的問題,一般新項目介紹最后會放一個FAQ文檔,用于解答一般疑惑。8、OP: operation,運營。9、QA: quality assurance, 測試、檢測。10、YOY: year over year, 年環(huán)比,比如說我們這個年環(huán)比增長40%,就可以說40% YOY.11、KPI: key performance indicator, 績效。12、Scope: 指工作內(nèi)容范圍,比如小A的工作scope變大了,就是范圍廣了。13、Bandwidth: 帶寬,這里指精力,比如和老板抱怨,老板,你給我這么多活,我的bandwidth不夠啊。攤手。會議場景1、align: 原意指“結(jié)盟”,工作中常指兩方達(dá)成一致,比如說“你們組內(nèi)部align好一個統(tǒng)一的意見之后發(fā)我?!?、on the same page: 達(dá)成共識
