1、老師,你不應(yīng)該這樣做老師,是人類靈魂的工程師,因此在做任何事時(shí)應(yīng)該為學(xué)生做出好的表率。然而我們的一些老師在做各種事情時(shí),有的不僅沒有考慮為學(xué)生做表率,而是只在要求學(xué)生做好,他自己則是無(wú)所謂;有的甚至對(duì)學(xué)生過(guò)于苛刻,使師生之間關(guān)系很不融洽;有的事業(yè)心不強(qiáng),整天就在混日子,這種做法真讓人想不通,多讓人寒心啦!一、老師懶散把學(xué)生帶壞了。有的老師認(rèn)為國(guó)家給的待遇少了,原來(lái)自己付出的太多,因此從現(xiàn)在起我要加倍休整,平時(shí)上班就是玩,也不說(shuō)好好鉆研課標(biāo)、教材,認(rèn)真?zhèn)湔n,仔細(xì)想想上課該怎么上,該怎樣培養(yǎng)學(xué)生各方面的能力。一走進(jìn)辦公室就朝電腦旁邊一坐,上網(wǎng)聊天,看看新聞,或者去看看那些衣服漂亮,那些鞋子好看,哪
2、種項(xiàng)鏈自己帶上好等等(因?yàn)閷W(xué)校明文規(guī)定,上班時(shí)間不準(zhǔn)玩游戲,打牌等,所以上班時(shí)間沒有人在網(wǎng)上玩游戲、打牌),一坐就是幾節(jié)課;要么幾個(gè)人在辦公室里侃大山,說(shuō)一些與工作毫不相干的事情,學(xué)生的作業(yè)堆在那兒,他好像沒看見,等到上課時(shí)匆忙的拿著書就到教室去照本宣科,要么讓學(xué)生自己看,美其名曰叫自學(xué),實(shí)際上一節(jié)課下來(lái),學(xué)生根本無(wú)收獲,老師到是簡(jiǎn)單了,但學(xué)生被耽誤了,讓他們也跟著養(yǎng)成了做任何事情都是懶心懶意的習(xí)慣。二、老師的行為表現(xiàn)影響著學(xué)生。一些老師走進(jìn)教室之前,嘴里還含著煙,衣服也是沒有扣上的,短短的肚臍裝,頭發(fā)被染得奇形怪狀,到講臺(tái)上一站,活像一個(gè)地痞流氓。他的樣子無(wú)疑感染了學(xué)生,學(xué)生也跟著學(xué)了,學(xué)校
3、三令五申學(xué)生不得披衣散扣,奇裝異發(fā),然而無(wú)論怎樣禁止,怎樣給抓典型都不起作用,最后把學(xué)生找來(lái)寫檢查,學(xué)生寫道:“老師就是這個(gè)樣子,你們?yōu)槭裁粗还軐W(xué)生,而不管老師呢?難道老師有特權(quán)嗎?”這樣的老師該讓人怎么說(shuō)呢?真不配做個(gè)老師!這完全玷污了老師的稱號(hào)!三、老師的過(guò)分做法讓學(xué)生乃至學(xué)生家長(zhǎng)很反感。學(xué)生必定是學(xué)生,什么事都和成人一樣要求,未免太苛刻了,學(xué)生表現(xiàn)不好、作業(yè)做錯(cuò)了,這都很正常,必定學(xué)生到學(xué)校老師接受教育的,如果每個(gè)學(xué)生都做得很好,請(qǐng)問(wèn)究竟還要老師干什么?然而我們有少數(shù)老師卻不這樣想,學(xué)生做錯(cuò)了作業(yè)、考試丟了分,老師都會(huì)給他們相當(dāng)?shù)膽土P。有這樣一個(gè)老師,一次測(cè)驗(yàn)后要求學(xué)生凡基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)錯(cuò)了的,
4、每錯(cuò)1分將整個(gè)試卷錯(cuò)的抄1遍,有的學(xué)生基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)錯(cuò)了10多分,就要抄10多遍,最多被罰抄了17遍,并且限定時(shí)間,過(guò)了時(shí)間就翻倍的罰抄,這樣一來(lái),許多學(xué)生害怕被翻倍,就在別人睡覺后,打著手電筒在被窩里寫;有的則在廁所的路燈下抄,一抄就到了第二天早晨,學(xué)生一夜沒合眼!還有學(xué)生為了完成任務(wù) ,幾頓飯都沒吃,雖然如此,學(xué)生是敢怒而不敢言,只能是甘愿受罰。有的學(xué)生一切時(shí)間都用上了,還是沒有完成,果真被翻倍的罰了。暫時(shí)不說(shuō)這些學(xué)生白天上課是否有精神,其他科的作業(yè)是否能做,單就學(xué)生的健康來(lái)說(shuō),這樣做不是對(duì)學(xué)生的身心的極大的摧殘嗎?老師,為什么要這樣無(wú)情呢?這個(gè)老師的回答是:“這些學(xué)生就是賤,你不懲罰他,他就無(wú)
5、法無(wú)天了?!惫媸沁@樣嗎?其實(shí)每個(gè)老師都明白。老師,你不應(yīng)該這樣做。國(guó)家給的待遇再少,比起以前真是是強(qiáng)多了,我們做事不是為錢,是為我們的良心,因?yàn)槔蠋煶缘氖橇夹娘?,不能一味地要這要那;老師不要太趕時(shí)髦了,尤其與學(xué)生打交道時(shí)更應(yīng)該注意自己的形象和言談舉止,要注意得體,大方,不要過(guò)于怪;老師不要認(rèn)為任何事通過(guò)懲罰就能解決,其實(shí)讓一步海闊天空,學(xué)生不能像成人一樣要求,有時(shí)成人也容易出錯(cuò),何況是孩子呢?罰也該罰,但不能過(guò)分!否則只能適得其反,造成往往欲速則不達(dá)的結(jié)果。qcwa3ptgz7r4i30ka1dkaghn3xtkknbycudxqa7fhyi2chhi92tgkqcwa3ptgshls50c
