(4) install at the place with good ventilation and cooling.四、電動(dòng)機(jī)的運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn) 電動(dòng)機(jī)應(yīng)妥善接地，接線盒內(nèi)右下方有接地裝置。必要時(shí)，亦可利用電動(dòng)機(jī)的底腳或法蘭盤緊固螺栓接地。 電動(dòng)機(jī)的接線板上有六個(gè)接線柱，分別標(biāo)有下列標(biāo)志。相序abc頭u1v1w1尾u2v2w2 按照銘牌上規(guī)定的接法接成或y。 電動(dòng)機(jī)一般應(yīng)有熱保護(hù)裝置，并應(yīng)根據(jù)電動(dòng)機(jī)的銘牌電流調(diào)整保護(hù)裝置整定值。 當(dāng)電源的頻率與銘牌上的數(shù)值偏差超過1%或電壓偏差超過5%時(shí)，電動(dòng)機(jī)不能保證連續(xù)輸出額定功率。連續(xù)工作的電動(dòng)機(jī)，不允許過載。 電

4、2(3)as ruled connection should be or y. 3一、 概述y系列單相異步電動(dòng)機(jī)是一般用途小型鼠籠式單相異步電動(dòng)機(jī)。外殼防護(hù)等級(jí)ip44，冷卻方式ic411。y系列電動(dòng)機(jī)在下列條件下使用：環(huán)境空氣溫度：隨季節(jié)而變化，但不超過40，海拔：不超過1000m，頻率：50hz；電壓：380v，接法：3kw及以下y接法，4kw及以下接法，工 作 方 式：s1（連續(xù)），定子繞組溫升限值（電阻法）：不超過80。注：對出口或特殊訂貨電動(dòng)機(jī)的頻率、電壓接法可不同于上述值。1.overviewy series three-phases induction motor with co

6、ding): 80note: the connection way can be different from the above parameters for the special requested motors(such as different frequency and voltage).二、安裝前的準(zhǔn)備 電動(dòng)機(jī)開箱前應(yīng)檢查包裝是否完整無損，有無受潮的跡象。 電動(dòng)機(jī)開箱后應(yīng)小心清除電機(jī)上的灰塵及防銹層。 檢查電動(dòng)機(jī)的銘牌數(shù)據(jù)是否符合使用要求。 仔細(xì)檢查電動(dòng)機(jī)在運(yùn)輸過程中，有無變形或損壞，緊固件是否松動(dòng)或脫落，試用手轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)電機(jī)是否靈活。 用500v兆歐表測量絕緣電阻，其值不應(yīng)低于5m，

8、t is not permitted to load.(6)empty or load working motor should not happen to continuous or strange sounds or vibration. the shaft temperature is not allowed to exceed 95. 五、電動(dòng)機(jī)的維護(hù)、修理使用環(huán)境應(yīng)經(jīng)常保持干燥，電動(dòng)機(jī)表面應(yīng)保持清潔。進(jìn)風(fēng)口不應(yīng)受塵土、纖維等阻礙。當(dāng)電動(dòng)機(jī)的熱保護(hù)及短路保護(hù)連續(xù)發(fā)生動(dòng)作時(shí)，應(yīng)查明故障來自電動(dòng)機(jī)還是超負(fù)荷或保護(hù)裝置整定值太底。消除故障后方可投入運(yùn)行。應(yīng)保證電動(dòng)機(jī)在運(yùn)行過程中良好的潤滑。2

9、極電動(dòng)機(jī)運(yùn)行2000小時(shí)，4、6、8極電動(dòng)機(jī)運(yùn)行4000小時(shí)，即應(yīng)補(bǔ)充或更換潤滑脂（密封軸承在使用壽命內(nèi)不必更換潤滑脂），運(yùn)行中發(fā)現(xiàn)軸承過熱或潤滑脂變質(zhì)時(shí)，應(yīng)及時(shí)更換潤滑脂，更換潤滑脂時(shí)應(yīng)清除舊的潤滑脂，并用洗滌劑洗凈軸承及軸承蓋的油槽，然后將zl3鋰基潤滑脂填充軸承內(nèi)外圈之間空腔的1/2（對2極）或2/3（對4、6、8極）。 當(dāng)軸承壽命終了時(shí)，電動(dòng)機(jī)運(yùn)行時(shí)的振動(dòng)及噪聲將明顯增大、檢查軸承的徑向游隙達(dá)到下列數(shù)值時(shí)，即應(yīng)更換軸承。軸承內(nèi)腔（mm）20-3035-5055-8080-120極限磨損游隙（mm）0.100.150.200.30 拆卸電動(dòng)機(jī)時(shí)，從軸伸端或非軸伸端取出轉(zhuǎn)子都可以。如果沒有

10、必要卸下風(fēng)扇，還是從非軸伸端取出轉(zhuǎn)子較為便利，從定子中抽出轉(zhuǎn)子時(shí)，應(yīng)防止損壞定子繞組或絕緣。5.maintains and repair42.preparation(1)to check if the package is damaged or damped before opening the box.(2)to clean the dust and anti-rust layer.(3)to check if the data on the nameplate as requests.(4)to check if the motor unshaped or damaged and if t

11、he parts are loose or fall off duringtransportation. 5)to test the insulated resistance via 500v meg meter tool, the result is no less than 0.5m, or else it needs to make dry for the stator winding, pay attention to the temperature is less than 120.三、 電動(dòng)機(jī)的安裝 電動(dòng)機(jī)允許用聯(lián)軸器、正齒輪及皮帶輪傳動(dòng)。但對4kw以上的2極電動(dòng)機(jī)和30kw以下的

12、4極電動(dòng)機(jī)不宜皮帶傳動(dòng)。如選用小皮帶輪，可擴(kuò)大三角皮帶的傳動(dòng)范圍。雙軸伸電動(dòng)機(jī)的風(fēng)扇端，僅允許用聯(lián)軸器傳動(dòng)。 采用皮帶傳動(dòng)時(shí)，電動(dòng)機(jī)軸中心線與負(fù)載中心線平行且要求皮帶中心線與軸中心線垂直，采用聯(lián)軸器傳動(dòng)時(shí)，電動(dòng)機(jī)軸中心線與負(fù)載中心線應(yīng)重合。 對立式安裝的電動(dòng)機(jī)，軸伸除皮帶輪（或相當(dāng)于普通皮帶輪負(fù)荷）外，不允許再帶其他任何軸向負(fù)荷裝置。電動(dòng)機(jī)的安裝應(yīng)保證良好的通風(fēng)冷卻條件。3.installment(1)electric motors are allowed to conduct with shaft,gear wheel and belt wheel. but for above 4w two

13、 pole & below 30kw four pole are not suit to conduct via belt. facing to the side of fan, it is only permitted to take shaft. (2)taking belt wheel, the shaft center line is parallel with load center line; taking shaft, the shaft center line overlap with 2(1)the working environment should keep dry. a

14、nd the surface of motor should keep clean. then the van has no dust,fiber etc.(2)while happen to the thermal or cutoff, you should check the troubles come from motor or load or protected device.it can work after you resolve those troubles.(3) it should guarantee the motor with good lubrication via w

15、orking. 2 poles motor can work 2,000hrs.4/6/8 poles can work 4,000hrs. supplement or changing lubricate(within sealed bearing life does not change lubrication). when you find it is over the quality life or bearing is too heat, pls change lubrication on time, before you change the new, pls make clean

16、 all the old ones and washing related bearing parts, then fill the lithum base grease into the cavity between inner and outer bearing rings, fill 1/2 for 2 poles, and 2/3 for 4/6/8 poles. (4) when it is over the bearing bearing life, thevibration or noise will increase. and you should change based o
