1、提高后進(jìn)生教育工作做法 美國心理學(xué)家威譜.詹姆斯有句名言:人性最深刻的原則就是希 望別人對自己加以賞識。在應(yīng)試教育的年代,后進(jìn)生就是因為這個不 光彩的稱號,使他們經(jīng)常處在被遺忘的角落??扇缃窠逃霈F(xiàn)了轉(zhuǎn)軌, 已由原來的應(yīng)試教育轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)樗刭|(zhì)教育。它要求全面提高學(xué)生素質(zhì),面向每一個學(xué)生。這無疑對改變后進(jìn)生來說是一個很好的機(jī)會。在素質(zhì)教育中,他們可以得到關(guān)心、愛護(hù)的同時,他們的優(yōu)點也可以得到進(jìn)一步賞識。而這些正是他們以前所缺少的?,F(xiàn)結(jié)合平時工作談幾點做法:一:曉之以理、動之以情,給他們以勇氣。俗話說得好:人非草木,熟能無情。由于后進(jìn)生常常被遺忘,要想使他們在短期內(nèi)由后進(jìn)變先進(jìn)不大可能。它是一個過程,只

2、要我們多接觸他們、了解他們,找到他們身上的閃光點,給他們講清道理,注意他們一點點的變化,用愛心、用真情去感化他們。我想:精誠所至、金石為開。他們會改變的。在我教學(xué)中就發(fā)生過這樣一件事,讓我至今難忘。有一男生天資聰慧,而學(xué)習(xí)卻不盡人意。于是我首先從生活上照顧他。有一次,他生病了,當(dāng)我得知后,找他詢問病情,然后把他帶到醫(yī)院、掛號、看病、交費、拿藥。我一個人樓上樓下跑了好幾趟,漢水浸濕了衣服。看完病回來,他又說肚子餓,我又趕緊給他買東西吃。放學(xué)后,送他回家。家長得知后非常感激。過了兩天,該生病情好了許多。此時,我看他落了兩天課程,我就在放學(xué)后到他家去給他補課。一遍不行兩遍,這樣不厭其煩地講解,很快他

3、就把課補上了。后來,我發(fā)現(xiàn)該生上課也開始認(rèn)真聽講了作業(yè)也認(rèn)真了。在一次班會上特別表揚了他。課后該生找我對我說您這樣關(guān)心、愛護(hù)我,我再不認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí),我能對得起您嗎?從那以后,該生的學(xué)習(xí)成績穩(wěn)步提高。從這事可以看出對后進(jìn)生的關(guān)心愛護(hù)是多么重要。二:循序漸進(jìn)、持之以恒。嚴(yán)師出高徒,是的。但是凡事都得講個度,任何事物變化都有一個過程。所以,對后進(jìn)生的改造也要有一個循序漸進(jìn)的過程,更何況是一個小學(xué)生。對于后進(jìn)生首先得給他們分分類,看看他們屬于哪一類,是智力低的還是智力高的,只有弄清病根才能對癥下藥。對于智力低的學(xué)生,只有把復(fù)雜的知識簡單化,分層次進(jìn)行練習(xí),先抓基礎(chǔ)再逐步加深。能學(xué)到什么程度就什么程度,不能

4、過于勉強(qiáng)。我所教的學(xué)生中對那些智力低的,一篇不算長的課文要背好幾天,于是我便給他們訂計劃,第一天只背第一節(jié),甚至只有幾句。這樣他們很快就完成了。當(dāng)時我就在全班同學(xué)面前表揚了他們。第二天,有的竟主動要求背兩節(jié),當(dāng)然第二天也就順利地完成了任務(wù)。剩下的內(nèi)容第三天全背完了。當(dāng)其中一個背完全文時,他長嘆一口氣說:原來別人能做到的我也能做到。當(dāng)時我便以龜兔賽跑的故事來啟發(fā)他們。對于那些智力還可以的則要多督促。因為他們之所以成為后進(jìn)生主要是他們自控能力差,學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度不端正。所以得多提醒,不能放松,多做思想教育。多講一些古今中外名人成才的故事啟發(fā)他們,使其端正學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度,然后再耐心指導(dǎo),遇到困難要迎難而上,不能退

5、縮,教師在一旁鼓勵。一份耕耘一份收獲,要讓學(xué)生時刻感受到老師心中有我。三:挖掘閃光點,增強(qiáng)學(xué)生自信心。人人都有優(yōu)點,如同人人都有缺點一樣。再好的學(xué)生都有缺點,再差的學(xué)生也有優(yōu)點。在班級多開展一些活動,以便給他們提供展示才華的機(jī)會,這樣可以讓后進(jìn)生展現(xiàn)自己閃光點,還可以受到別人的尊重。在一次班級書法展時,意外發(fā)現(xiàn)一后進(jìn)生原來卻寫有一手很漂亮的鋼筆字,于是我把他的作品貼在頭版頭條,并且在以后的工作中,我讓他負(fù)責(zé)黑板報的抄寫,誰知他一次比一次寫得漂亮。為此,我班的黑板報還受到學(xué)校的表揚呢。這次他可在班級找到自己的位置,同學(xué)們對他也刮目相看。他的每門功課也有所提高,作為老師,有什么比見到學(xué)生取得成績更
