31、83;·····71、 設計任務書 1.題目: 設計驅動離心鼓風機的v帶傳動。 如圖所示,主動帶輪1裝在電動機軸上,從動輪2裝在鼓風機軸上,兩帶輪中心的水平距離a等于大帶輪直徑d2的2倍。 2.已知條件作業(yè)題號電動機型號鼓風機轉速n2一天工作時間(h)1y100l2-480016 3.v帶傳動設計內容 選擇帶的型號、確定基準長度、根數(shù)、中心距、帶輪的材料、基準直徑以及結構尺寸、初拉力和壓軸力。2、 電動機的選擇電動機型號額定功率(kw)滿載轉速(r/min)質量(kg)y100l2-43142038 由參考文獻(2)表20-1查得電動機主軸直徑d=28mm,長度e=60mm。3、 v帶傳動設計設計計算及說明結果1.確定計算功率pca 由參考文獻1表8-7查得工作情況系數(shù)ka=1.1,故 pca=kap=1.1×3kw=3.3kw2.選擇v帶
