16、l requirements1.3.1 check-up before installation1.3.1.1 clean the pipeline before installation. because any smudginess may damage the valve sealing surface, even prevent the valve normal close and open, so make sure any dirt, metal debris, welding slag etc. in the pipline is cleared before installat

17、ion. 1.3.1.2to check valve type, tag no. size, pressure, temperature, safety class etc. according to the lay-out drawing before installation.1.3.1.3 to check valve nameplate content ensure valve type, connection size, flange size, valve material, operating temperature, applicable media meet the proc

23、etc. deposited in the system pipeline when valve first or after maintenance operation, so care should be taken when clean these smudginess, especially to protect the valve seat and float ball2.2normal operation2.2.1 medium flows into the valve body, according to the principle of buoyancy, the float

24、valve body lifting movement with the water level so changes the opening and closing of valves, working as a drain blocking air role.2.2.2 automatic emptying means, such as if valves is not in normal state in the work process, remove the air vent on the cover to release, so that the discharge the air

36、and put valve into operation directly.3.4.5 special requirement for storage, transportation and isolation3.4.5.1 transportationa) opening transport: it can be chosen when this transportation would not damage the equipment. flame-retardant waterproof tarpaulin covers should be used at necessary condi

37、tions. internal air circulation in the waterproof cover should be ensured to prevent water condensation.b) closed transport: if equipment not suitable for opening transport, closed transport should be chosen.c) it is necessary to prevent injury and burr during the transportation, rough handling is p

38、rohibited. d) it is necessary to prevent pollution during the transportation according to relevant provisions e) packaging layer, plug covers should in intact after loading and uploading, or should be replaced.3.4.5.2 storageunless acceptance inspection is required, the packed or maintainable equipm

39、ent should be kept original condition until the end of storage period. (cover and plug should stay in place). restore the packaging and protective layer after inspection finished. the packaging outermost layer should have signs or marks which stated word: do not open the package before the final ins

40、pection. a) stainless steel equipment shall not contact with carbon steel or contaminants during loading and uploading and storage.b) waste materials should be put in isolation area temporary.c) spare parts and individually wrapped accessory should be stored separately and identified.d) equipment sh

43、lve should be repaired or replaced promptly. valve should be reassembled and readjusted if whole valve has been replaced.b) during the normal operation of drain valve, it is required to check if the input pressure indicated value conform to the processing ones, besides, examine the leakage of gasket

44、 and connection parts, if leaks occurs, it should be fastened or replaced at once. c) if the condensation of the media will lead to affect the valve's performance, users should adopt appropriate measures to assess the degree of condensation of such media, or to replace other types of valves.3.5.

45、2 preventive maintenanceit is recommended every week maintenance for the equipment, and mainly check-up the internal and external leakage, and replace gasket at necessary condition.3.5.3 regular testna3.5.4 disassembly maintenance3.5.4.1disassemble valve partsdisassembly method(see pic 2) avoid phys

46、ical injury caused by sudden pressure leakage. it is required to cut off and discharge the pressure between the valve and tubes carefully before disassembly;first outfall drain plug unscrew sewage drained. then unscrew the valve cover 10 centering 14 and drain seat 13 connected to the body and bonnet nut wrench 12 unscrew attendant can remove the valve cover 10 and the valve cover gasket 9. hole collar removed from the valve chamber, and come up with filter 8 float turn unscrew the valve body of the plug and locking screw, then remove the seat 5.all parts must be cleaning and
