23、用。for the documents and data required by party b and submitted by party a for design work, if they are submitted by party a later than the stipulated date not more than 7days,party b shall deliver the design documents according to the stipulation in clause 4 of the contract; if more than 7days but w

24、ithin 10 days, party b shall postpone the documents delivering date accordingly as per the stipulation in clause 4 of the contract; if more than 10 days, both two parties shall define another design cycle and additional charges to party b caused by the delay of party a .6.1.2在合同履行期間，如甲方要求終止或解除合同，乙方未

28、n 30days beyond the time limit in the contract, party b shall have the right to stop the work for next step, and inform party a in a written form. in case that the design documents are not approved by the superiors of party a or the contract project is stopped to postpone, the design fee shall be pa

30、.1.6甲方應(yīng)保護乙方的設(shè)計版權(quán)，未經(jīng)乙方同意，甲方對乙方交付的設(shè)計文件不得復(fù)制或向第三者轉(zhuǎn)讓或用于本合同外項目的建設(shè)，如發(fā)生以上情況，乙方有權(quán)進(jìn)行索賠。 party shall protect the design copyright, and shall not copy design documents or transfer to third party for the construction beyond the contract project without consent of party b. party b shall have the right to apply fo

31、r claim provided the above situations occur.6.2乙方責(zé)任：liability for party b 6.2.1乙方按本合同第四條規(guī)定的內(nèi)容、時間及份數(shù)向甲方交付設(shè)計文件。 因乙方原因延期交付圖紙，每延期一天，應(yīng)承擔(dān)應(yīng)支付金額的千分之二的逾期違約金。party b shall deliver the design documents to party a according to the content, date and number of copies stipulated in clause 4 in the contract, and sh

32、all be responsible for paying 2 demurrage liquidated damages out of the total amount of value for every single days demurrage due to the delay for drawing delivery caused by party b. 6.2.2乙方對設(shè)計文件出現(xiàn)的遺漏或錯誤負(fù)責(zé)修改和補充，由于乙方設(shè)計錯誤造成工程質(zhì)量事故損失，乙方除負(fù)責(zé)采取補救措施外，應(yīng)減收或免收損失部分的設(shè)計費，并根據(jù)損失程度向甲方償付賠償金，賠償金最多與免收的設(shè)計費金額相等。party b s

33、hall be responsible for modifying and supplementing the missing and incorrect parts in the design documents, and shall reduce or exempt the design fees for the parts of loss, besides adopting remedy measures, provided that project quality accidents is caused by party b due to design mistakes. party

34、b shall be responsible for paying compensation to party a according to the caused loss, and maximum compensation amount is equivalent to the design fees exempted.6.2.3乙方在交付設(shè)計文件后，參加有關(guān)上級審查及根據(jù)審查結(jié)論負(fù)責(zé)不超出原定計劃任務(wù)書范圍內(nèi)的必要調(diào)整補充。乙方按合同規(guī)定時限交付設(shè)計文件一年內(nèi)項目開始施工，負(fù)責(zé)處理有關(guān)設(shè)計問題。在一年內(nèi)項目尚未開始施工，乙方負(fù)責(zé)上述工作，可按所需量向甲方適當(dāng)收取咨詢費。party b sh
