6、r walking some time they stopped to have a rest.4try：try to do，努力，試圖干事；try doing：試著干事。例如：They tried to succeed and tried doing their experiments again and again.5. want，need，require接動名詞表示被動意義，接不定式就要用被動式，這時主語與動名詞之間為動賓關(guān)系。例如：These young trees require looking after（=to be looked after）.The matter needs
