8、12. 索賠：貨物到達(dá)買方后，買方應(yīng)向中國進(jìn)出口商品檢驗(yàn)檢疫局申請對質(zhì)量、規(guī)格、數(shù)量進(jìn)展初步檢驗(yàn)，并出具檢驗(yàn)證明書，如發(fā)覺貨物品質(zhì)、規(guī)格、數(shù)量與合同不符，除保險(xiǎn)公司或船運(yùn)公司應(yīng)負(fù)責(zé)的以外，買方在貨到 _ 天內(nèi)有權(quán)換貨或索賠，一切費(fèi)用(如商檢費(fèi)、相關(guān)的運(yùn)費(fèi)、保險(xiǎn)費(fèi)etc )由賣方擔(dān)當(dāng)。claims: within _ days after the arrival of goods at destination should bequality, specifications or quantity be found not in conformity with the stipulationso
