2、yees general benefits of the hotel in order to provide good benefits for all employees.建立酒店員工基木福利的清晰指引,為所冇員工提供良好的福利待遇。policy政策meals就餐a) all full-time employees of the hotel are en titled to the meal allowa nee ben efits during the pre-opening stage of the hotel as the following. this policy does not
3、 apply to the excom members who already have conditions mentioned in their contract 在酒店籌備廿業(yè)期間,全職員工享受如下就餐補(bǔ)貼。笛理委員會(huì)成員的補(bǔ)貼根據(jù)合同執(zhí)行。level 職級(jí)allow a nee per staff per month每人每月最多補(bǔ)貼note 備注hod/ahodup to rmb 1,830rmb 60 / day部門經(jīng)理、副經(jīng)理每月最多1830元人民幣60元每天section managers supervisors 分部經(jīng)理/主管 captain and rank & fi
4、le 領(lǐng)班及員工up to rmb 1,525.-每刀最多1525元rmb 50 / day人民幣50元每天b) employee needs to obtain official receipts (fapiao) when they have meals and get reimburseme nt on 1st day of the month for expenses of the previous mon th. 員工在外就餐時(shí)應(yīng)収得正式發(fā)票,在每月一號(hào)報(bào)銷上一個(gè)月的餐費(fèi)。c) whe n the staff can teen is ready to provide staff me
5、als, the meal allowa nee will be cancelled automatical!y new policy of meal benefit will be stipulated then. 當(dāng)酒店員工餐廳提供就餐時(shí),此就餐補(bǔ)貼白行終止。新的就餐福利政策另行制定。laundry 洗衣a) supervisor, assists nt department head, hod and above are en titled to the laun dry allowa nee ben efit 主管,副經(jīng)理,部門經(jīng)理以上級(jí)別的員工享受洗衣補(bǔ)貼福利。b) official
6、 receipts shall be obtained by each employee for reimbursement from the finance department on 1st day of the month for expenses of the previous month. 員工洗衣時(shí)應(yīng)収得正式發(fā)票。每月一號(hào)在財(cái)務(wù)部報(bào)銷上月的費(fèi)用。c) the allowanee will be cancelled when the hotel laundry is ready for cleaning uniforms for all employees洗衣補(bǔ)貼在酒店洗衣房能夠?yàn)閱T
7、工洗制服時(shí)自行終iholevel 職級(jí)allowanee per staff per month 每人每月補(bǔ)貼note 備注excom行政委員會(huì)up to rmb 900.-每刀最多900元married status con tract 配偶隨行合同up to rmb 450.-每月最多450元single status contract 單身合同hod/ahod部門經(jīng)理、副經(jīng)理up to rmb 300.-每月最多300元sectio nman ager/supervisor 分部經(jīng)理/主管up to rmb 150.-每月最多150元annual leave 年假all full tim
8、e employees are en titled to ann ual leave ben efits as the follow ing according to different levels certain number of days will be given to employees as annual leave with pay with one year full service at the hotel. the employee can apply for annual leave after 3 months of service in the hotel and
9、the number of annual leave days will be prorated if the service time is not a full year. the employee shall schedule the annual leave properly in advanee and apply for approval of the department head / division head and hr director, and if necessary of the general man ager.所有酒店全職員工根據(jù)職級(jí)按下農(nóng)享有年假福利。在酒店工
10、作一年可以享受有一定天數(shù)的有薪年 假。員工只有在酒店工作滿3個(gè)刀后才可以申請(qǐng)年假,工作未滿一年,年假按比例計(jì)算。員工 應(yīng)合理女排休假,并得到部門經(jīng)理/總監(jiān)及人力資源部總監(jiān)的批準(zhǔn),如有需要,還必須得到總經(jīng) 理的批準(zhǔn)。level 職級(jí)annual leave (working days) 年假天數(shù)(工作日)gmaccording to contract總經(jīng)理根據(jù)合同執(zhí)行excom memberaccord ing to con tract行政委員會(huì)根據(jù)合同執(zhí)行hod/ahod18部門經(jīng)理、副經(jīng)理section managers12分部經(jīng)理supervisors12主管captain / rank

12、n the city center area during the pre-opening period when the hotel is open, apartment at the hotel will be provided 在開業(yè)籌備期間,提供城市中心區(qū)配置齊全的兩居室,交 通和購(gòu)物方便。酒店開業(yè)后,行政委員會(huì)成員將入住酒店 提供的公寓。hod/ahod 部門經(jīng)理、副經(jīng)理each has single bedroom with bathroom and basic furnishing at hotel dormitory.提供酒店宿舍單人標(biāo)準(zhǔn)間。section managers 分
