161、新員工將接受為期三個月的試用期,如需延長試用期那么以不超過1 個月為限。在試用期內(nèi)人事部將對新員工的工作進(jìn)行審查,以確定是否符合工作標(biāo)準(zhǔn),如不符合工作標(biāo)準(zhǔn),那么予以辭退。調(diào)職及降級:根據(jù)工作需要及員工表現(xiàn),員工可被調(diào)職、晉升或降級至其他職位或部門,薪金及福利亦會相應(yīng)調(diào)整。工資:員工工資按勞動合同規(guī)定發(fā)放于公司規(guī)定之日期以現(xiàn)金的形式發(fā)放。員工之每月工資包括根本工資、伙食補(bǔ)貼。根本工資按薪級而定。其中伙食補(bǔ)貼為浮開工資,放假期間取消。職級:公司依據(jù)員工所在不同部門、不同崗位承當(dāng)不同責(zé)任劃分以下級別:董事長級總經(jīng)理級副總級部門主管級一般員工級工作時間:員工每周工作時間四十小時不包括用膳時間,每天工作

162、時間為8:0011:30;13:0017:00,員工午休時間為11:3013:00,午休時間禁止玩撲克、麻將等賭博性娛樂,公司設(shè)有乒乓球、跳棋、軍棋、象棋、圍棋等供員工午休自由娛樂。各員工必須嚴(yán)格遵守工作時間。加班:如員工在規(guī)定時間以外加班,員工應(yīng)根據(jù)工作需要服從公司安排。公司以年終獎金方式給予補(bǔ)償。曠工:凡事先未辦請假手續(xù)而無故缺勤或請假未準(zhǔn)即私自休假者為曠工。曠工除被違紀(jì)處分及扣除當(dāng)日工資外。另按公司罰款處理,曠工三天或以上者,按除名處理。終止合約:試用期內(nèi),任何一方都可提出終止合約,第一個月內(nèi),雙方均可隨時提出終止合約;第二個月內(nèi),雙方均可提前4 天終止合約,如未提前7 天通知對方終止合

163、約,那么以7 天工資代補(bǔ)償。試用期滿后,、任何一方需終止合約必須提前一個月以書面通知另一方。雙方亦有權(quán)以現(xiàn)金補(bǔ)償通知。在特殊情況下,例如:員工犯有嚴(yán)重過失,公司可立即解除合約,而無需事先通知。亦不需作出賠償。裁員:因經(jīng)營政策、技術(shù)、經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治或其他不可抗逆條件影響下,公司有權(quán)裁減員工,有關(guān)裁減數(shù)量及裁員補(bǔ)償,公司將根據(jù)國家政策執(zhí)行。員工福利法定假期:所有員工可享有國家規(guī)定的以下法定假日,如因業(yè)務(wù)需要,在法定假日不能休假,將由公司安排以年終獎金形式補(bǔ)償,1 、元旦2、勞動節(jié)3、國慶節(jié)4 、春節(jié)福利假:年前因無工程需要,可放帶薪假,年滿工作5 年以上者,每年可休假二天,休假需一次性提取,不能累積,

164、逾期視為自動放棄。事假:如無充分理由,員工不得請事假。凡有特殊原因而請事假者,應(yīng)提前報批請假申請表,經(jīng)部門經(jīng)理和行政副總、總經(jīng)理批準(zhǔn)后,方可休假,否那么按曠工論,事假扣除當(dāng)日工資。病假:1、員工患病申請病假,必須附有診斷病歷,經(jīng)部門主管、行政副總、總經(jīng)理批準(zhǔn)方為有效,急診病例,不能趕來公司,應(yīng)于公司上班時間前通知部門主管,逐級通知,并在第二天回公司補(bǔ)辦休假手續(xù),病假期間在考勤時連續(xù)計算,包括公休日和法定假日,病假按日工資50%扣除。2、公司員工可享用帶薪病假一天,超出局部按無薪假處理,此假期僅限于有病時享用,不可預(yù)提,過月自動作廢。3、員工確實(shí)由于患慢性病或特別疾病不能上班,需要住院或長期病休

169、調(diào)整和選拔培養(yǎng)的依據(jù),每年舉行一次,均由主管級以上人員采用鑒定或面談方式進(jìn)行。吸煙:除指定區(qū)域和經(jīng)批準(zhǔn)辦公室外,任何人均不得隨處吸煙。私人 :工作時間內(nèi)除緊急事外,員工不得打或接聽私人 ,否那么會影響員工的個人表現(xiàn),嚴(yán)重者要受到紀(jì)律處分。離職手續(xù):1、凡離職員工必須在當(dāng)日內(nèi)到行政部辦理離職手續(xù),未能上交所欠物品者,公司有權(quán)拒絕發(fā)薪及轉(zhuǎn)出人事檔案。2 、員工離職七日內(nèi),仍不來辦理離職手續(xù)者,那么視為自動領(lǐng)取工資論,對該員工所占有的工作設(shè)施等,公司將作出處理,其造成的一切后果及個人的一切財產(chǎn)損失公司概不負(fù)責(zé)。員工申訴:員工對工作不滿之處,應(yīng)直接向直屬上司提出,如對答復(fù)不滿意,可親自或以書面形式向行

170、政主管提出,倘以書面形式員工須注明姓名及部門,否那么不予處理。申訴須在事件發(fā)生二日內(nèi)提出,申訴員工要求保密者,那么予以保密處理。親友事訪:出于平安及影響本人及他人工作,工作時間不能會見親友,如特別需要時,事先須經(jīng)行政主管批準(zhǔn),以免為難或不愉快發(fā)生。保障公司利益:1、員工在受聘期間,嚴(yán)禁私自攝取公司之任何財務(wù)自用或圖利。2、員工在受聘期間,不可對外泄露公司內(nèi)部政策、行政架構(gòu)、工程資料或其它有關(guān)事務(wù)上之商業(yè)秘密。3、員工應(yīng)防止參與任何與公司利益有沖突的事務(wù),投資或活動,如員工或直系親屬在與本公司有業(yè)務(wù)往來或意向的任何行業(yè)或機(jī)構(gòu),擁有直接或間接的金錢利益或股權(quán),員工也必須向行政部申報。4、任何員工假

171、設(shè)成心或因疏忽而導(dǎo)致公司有所損失,公司可根據(jù)實(shí)際情況追討有關(guān)損失。防止收受利益:任何員工如未經(jīng)公司許可,不得利用職權(quán)向客戶、供給商、同事或其它與業(yè)務(wù)有關(guān)的人士索取或收受任何私人利益。利益乃指禮物、借貸、費(fèi)用、報酬、回傭、職位、契約、職位等,如收受利益會影響員工客觀處事或引致公司利益受損,員工應(yīng)拒絕接受。黨、團(tuán)、工會活動:黨、團(tuán)、工會組織是公開合法組織,其活動以不影響本公司正常業(yè)務(wù)為原那么,黨、團(tuán)、工會會員如需在工作時間參加會議時,應(yīng)事先通知行政主管,同意后可進(jìn)行。過失類別:過失將以其嚴(yán)重性分為三類,詳列如下:輕微過失:1、儀態(tài)舉止未能到達(dá)公司要求。2、上班時衣冠不整。3、在辦公場地大聲喧嘩。4

172、、下班后無故在公司范圍內(nèi)逗留。5、未能保持工作臺或工作場所的整潔。6、工作時嚼口香糖或吃零食。7、使用內(nèi)部 辦理私人事務(wù)。8、工作時,收聽收音機(jī)、錄音機(jī)或看與工作無關(guān)的書刊。9、隨地吐痰,亂扔垃圾或亂寫亂畫,破壞衛(wèi)生整潔。10、不禮貌地高聲與客人、上司、同事對話。11、當(dāng)月無故遲到三次。12、工作或工作效率欠佳,工作粗心大意。13、違反部門常規(guī)。14、不熟悉相關(guān)的工作程序。重大過失:1、擅自私調(diào)工作臺或在柜內(nèi)存放任何公司物品發(fā)放除外。2、對同事違紀(jì)行為隱瞞不報。3、對主管、同事、客人不禮貌。4、私自攜友或其它人士到公司內(nèi)。5、吵鬧粗言穢語或擾亂公司安寧。6、私自使用車輛而未登記,辦理手續(xù)的。7、違反吸煙條例,在禁煙區(qū)吸煙。8、損耗損壞公司設(shè)施。9、挑撥打架事件。10、在公司內(nèi)售賣或兜售私人物品。11、不服從上級的工作安排,成心消極怠工。12、發(fā)表虛假或誹謗的言論,影響其它員工聲譽(yù)。13、在上班時間,擅自離開工作崗位或到其它部門閑蕩。14、提供虛假資料或不實(shí)報告。15、偽造病假證明。16、違反平安管理條例。17、懈怠疏忽而造成工作損失。18、外因工作而私自在
