11、ementl生產(chǎn)效率的追求。 Pursue of Efficiency for Production and Logistics 原則上，SNP是1/2/4/5/10/20的倍數(shù)，并且與長(zhǎng)安福特南京公司兩小時(shí)的用量接近。（對(duì)于小的零件，采用外部尺寸為400*300*148的可重復(fù)使用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)周轉(zhuǎn)箱包裝，并且包裝重量小于15千克） In principle, SNP is in multiples of 1, 2, 4, 5, 10 or 20, and some parts must be close to the quantity used in 2 hours in CAF. However,

12、 SNP for small parts, for example a screw, can be decided based on gross weight of the packaging, which is less than 15kg in the standard container. 3.Basic Requirementl環(huán)境方針/Measure to Environment 長(zhǎng)安福特在整個(gè)物流過(guò)程中，致力于保護(hù)生態(tài)平衡，其環(huán)境方針如下： CAF endeavors to conserve ecology in the all process of logistics. The

13、measures of environment for the packaging are followings. 每個(gè)包裝必須包含最小量的內(nèi)部材料內(nèi)部材料必須盡量簡(jiǎn)單并且可以回收使用。 Each packaging must have the minimum amount of interior material to ensure the parts quality. When interior material are required, those must be durable. 為了保障零件品質(zhì)必須采用輔助材料的時(shí)候，應(yīng)最小限度采用的輔助材料，同時(shí)必須考慮環(huán)境保護(hù)情況。 When

14、the assistant material is necessary for the parts quality, the assistant material must be minimum and the environment must be considered.3.Basic Requirementl自動(dòng)化要求/Factory Automation 標(biāo)簽：包裝標(biāo)簽必須包含條形碼標(biāo)志以支持工廠的自動(dòng)化。 Label: The packaging label must contain the bar code symbol to support factory automation.

15、托盤(pán)：托盤(pán)必須采用四個(gè)方向都可以用叉車裝卸的。托盤(pán)必須采用雙面托盤(pán)。 Pallet: The pallet must be four way for the fork to loading and unloading. 16、裝，鐵質(zhì)外包裝原則上要求可以折疊（8個(gè)順序件可以特殊考慮）。 At first, the plastic container should be chosen prior, and basically, the metal container should be folded (except the container of the 8 frequency parts).4.Container Standardl 其次根據(jù)供應(yīng)商的距離選擇包裝容器，南京及附近的供應(yīng)商優(yōu)先選擇不可折疊塑料箱，如上圖所示；距離較遠(yuǎn)(例如天津)供應(yīng)商優(yōu)先選擇可折疊容器，如下圖所示： Then, the distanc

32、并附帶說(shuō)明。供應(yīng)商必須立即重新向長(zhǎng)安福特傳送“C”表。原則上，供應(yīng)商把包裝申請(qǐng)和“C”表一同傳送，但是，如果長(zhǎng)安福特向供應(yīng)商提供包裝細(xì)節(jié)，本著與生產(chǎn)設(shè)備相匹配的觀點(diǎn)，要求工廠提供設(shè)計(jì)圖紙，長(zhǎng)安福特發(fā)布類似“C”表的“E”表。 For designed packaging, supplier make up “C” sheet and submit this sheet to CAF MP&L Dept, and get the CAFs agreement before 3 months from the start of the supply. When CAF agree with the designed packaging by supplier from the efficiency of Logistics, the measure of ecology and CAF standard, we print and send the confirmation list of agreement. When CAF dose not agree, CAF return
