2、活地為各種設(shè)備潤滑點(diǎn)加注潤滑脂，一次可向一點(diǎn)或多點(diǎn)加注潤滑脂，可解決大型設(shè)備中難以潤滑部位的潤滑作用。適用于各種干油（潤滑脂）潤滑的場(chǎng)合，對(duì)于潤滑點(diǎn)多，分布范圍分散的潤滑點(diǎn)尤為適用。它廣泛用于冶金、礦山、電站、水泥、制糖和建筑、運(yùn)輸機(jī)械及其它重型機(jī)械上。DRB type electronic refuel bogie is a kind of bogie that place high-pressure grease pump on movable bogie, inject grease to all kinds of equipments lubrication points compac

6、d working theory2.1 結(jié)構(gòu)組成2.1 structural composition DRB電動(dòng)加油小車如（圖1）所示。加油小車主要由電動(dòng)潤滑泵和手推小車組成，潤滑泵由貯油筒1、柱塞泵2、減速器3和電動(dòng)機(jī)4等組成。其工作原理系統(tǒng)圖見（圖2）。 DRB electronic refuel bogie(as shown in drawing 1).Refuel bogie mainly composed of electronic lubrication pump and trolley,lubrication pump is composed of oil storage cyl

7、inder,plunger pump2,reducer3 and motor4 etc.Its working theory system is shown as drawing(drawing 2).2.2 工作原理2.2 Working theory潤滑泵工作原理如（圖3）所示。泵起動(dòng)，電機(jī)減速后，轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)偏心機(jī)構(gòu)1，推動(dòng)滑架2，使泵室內(nèi)二組柱塞3、6作往復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng)。當(dāng)一組柱塞吸油時(shí)，另一組柱塞壓油，隨著偏心機(jī)構(gòu)的連續(xù)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，從而實(shí)現(xiàn)連續(xù)供油。每組柱塞由工作柱塞3、6控制柱塞4、7和頂桿5、8組成?？刂浦蓮椈闪ν苿?dòng)起啟閉油口作用，并由滑架2迫使頂桿將其推入極限位置，保證出油口完全封閉。Lubri

8、cation pump working theory is shown as (drawing 3).After pump starts and motor slows down,turn the eccentric mechanism 1, push the slid rack 2 to make the 2 groups of plunger 3,6 in pump making advance and return movement.When a group of plunger absorbing the oil,the other group of plunger pressing

9、oil along with continuously rotation of the eccentric mechanism to realize continuous oil providing.Each plunger is composed of working plunger 3,6,control plunger 4,7 and mandril 5,8.Control plunger is pushed by spring power to open and close oil port,and force mandril by slid rack to push it to ul

10、timate position to guarantee complete seal of outlet oil port.潤滑泵貯油筒內(nèi)裝有螺旋油盤和刮油板，在棘輪的作用下，單向順時(shí)針轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)，迫使?jié)櫥M(jìn)入泵室，同時(shí)可消除氣泡，使泵不吸空。Lubrication pump oil storage cylinder is equipped with Spiral oil pan and oil scraper plate,it rotates one-way clockwise under the function of ratchet wheel,forces grease into pump

11、 room,at the same time it can eliminate bubbles to make sure the pump doesnt absorb empty. 3. 使用和維護(hù)3. Use and maintenance 3.1 使用方法和注意事項(xiàng)3.1 Using methods and precautions在開始使用前,必須向泵的減速器里加注120150ml工業(yè)齒輪潤滑油N220。工作1000小時(shí)更換一次潤滑油。Before starting ,120150ml industrial gear lubrication oil N220 must be poured

12、into the reducer of pump.Lubrication oil should be changed every 1000 working hours. 三相電源接通后（三相電源插座專用，注意電機(jī)反轉(zhuǎn)，電機(jī)風(fēng)葉應(yīng)順時(shí)針旋轉(zhuǎn)），起動(dòng)潤滑泵，觀察壓力表是否能達(dá)到系統(tǒng)壓力。把加油槍對(duì)準(zhǔn)廢油桶扳動(dòng)槍機(jī)，應(yīng)該有壓力油射出。放開槍機(jī)即被封住，這樣就可以正常使用。After three-phase power supply is switched on(three-phase power socket dedicated,pay attention to the motor reversal

13、, motor fan should rotate clockwise),start the lubrication pump,observe if the gauge can reach the system pressure.Target refuel gun to waste drum pulled trigger,there should be pressure oil coming out.It is sealed after loosing the trigger so that it can be used normally.3.2 電器控制說明3.2 Electronic co

14、ntrol instruction3.2.1 首先插上三相插頭,確認(rèn)電源指示燈亮。3.2.1 First stick in the three-phase power socket,make sure that the power indicator light is on.3.2.2 按動(dòng)“啟動(dòng)”開關(guān)，油泵開始運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，再按”停止“開關(guān)，油泵立即停止運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。3.2.2 Press “start” switch,oil pump starts to run,press “stop”switch,oil pump stops running immediately.3.3 維護(hù)3.3 Maintena

15、nce潤滑泵為了保證系統(tǒng)工作安全、可靠，防止造成意外，設(shè)有雙層保險(xiǎn)機(jī)構(gòu)，第一油泵具有調(diào)節(jié)壓力的溢流閥，當(dāng)壓力超過設(shè)定值后，溢流閥即被打開，將油脂返回貯油筒內(nèi)；另外在泵出油過濾器處設(shè)有安全爆破薄片，如超壓就會(huì)擊穿爆破片，這兩種保護(hù)措施都會(huì)防止發(fā)生設(shè)備事故。Lubrication pump is equipped with double insurance institutions in order to make sure the safety and reliability of working system,prevent from causing accident,the first oi

16、l pump has relief valve which can adjust pressure,when the pressure exceeds the setting point,relief valve opens and transfers grease back to oil storage cylinder;in addition there is a safety blasting chip on oil outlet filter of the pump,the chip will breakdown if overpressure,both of the protecti

17、ve measures will prevent equipment accidents.泵溢流閥在產(chǎn)品出廠時(shí)調(diào)定壓力為40MPa，根據(jù)潤滑系統(tǒng)使用的工作壓力，允許適當(dāng)調(diào)節(jié)溢流閥的壓力。The adjust pressure of pump relief valve is 40MPa when product coming out of factory,the pressure of relief valve can be adjusted properly according to the working pressure of lubrication system while using.泵的出口和貯油筒的加油口處
