25、ic rental, and 270 sets rural housing room3 總 則3.1 .1 為規(guī)范和統(tǒng)一火力發(fā)電廠土建工程的施工質(zhì)量檢查、驗(yàn)收和單位工程質(zhì)量評(píng)定，加強(qiáng)工程建設(shè)質(zhì)量管理與控制，保證工程質(zhì)量，制定本部分。3.0.2 本部分依據(jù)現(xiàn)行國(guó)家有關(guān)工程質(zhì)量的法律、法規(guī)、管理標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及電力行業(yè)有關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)編制。本部分中，引用國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和相關(guān)行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中的強(qiáng)制性條文，以符號(hào)?標(biāo)注。3.2 .3 火力發(fā)電廠土建工程的施工質(zhì)量檢查、驗(yàn)收和單位工程質(zhì)量評(píng)定除應(yīng)執(zhí)行本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的規(guī)定外，尚應(yīng)符合國(guó)家現(xiàn)行有關(guān)強(qiáng)制性標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的規(guī)定。3.0.4 工程施工質(zhì)量檢查、驗(yàn)收和單位工程質(zhì)量評(píng)定均應(yīng)在施工單位自行檢

26、查、評(píng)定的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行隱蔽工程在隱蔽前應(yīng)由施工單位通知有關(guān)單位進(jìn)行驗(yàn)收，并應(yīng)形成驗(yàn)收文件; 涉及結(jié)構(gòu)安全的試塊、試件以及有關(guān)材料，應(yīng)按規(guī)定進(jìn)行見(jiàn)證取樣檢測(cè); 工程的觀感質(zhì)量應(yīng)由驗(yàn)收人員通過(guò)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢查，并應(yīng)共同確認(rèn)。3.0.5 參加工程施工質(zhì)量驗(yàn)收的各方人員及見(jiàn)證取樣人員應(yīng)具備規(guī)定的資格; 承擔(dān)土建工程試驗(yàn)、檢測(cè)的試驗(yàn)室及承擔(dān)有關(guān)結(jié)構(gòu)安全和功能試驗(yàn)、檢測(cè)的單位或機(jī)構(gòu)應(yīng)具有相應(yīng)資質(zhì)。3.0.6 火力發(fā)電廠土建工程質(zhì)量驗(yàn)收劃分為單位（子單位 ）工程、分部（子分部 ）工程、分項(xiàng)工程和檢驗(yàn)批。3.0.7 檢驗(yàn)批是按同一的生產(chǎn)條件或按規(guī)定的方式匯總起來(lái)供檢驗(yàn)用的，由一定數(shù)量樣本組成的檢驗(yàn)體; 可根據(jù)施工及質(zhì)量

27、控制和專業(yè)驗(yàn)收需要按樓層、施工段、變形縫等進(jìn)行劃分。檢驗(yàn)批的質(zhì)量應(yīng)按主控項(xiàng)目和一般項(xiàng)目驗(yàn)收，檢驗(yàn)批合格質(zhì)量應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:1 主控項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量經(jīng)抽樣檢驗(yàn)合格。2 一般項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量經(jīng)抽樣檢驗(yàn)合格; 其中允許有偏差的項(xiàng)目，除有特殊要求外，每項(xiàng)均應(yīng)有80%及以上的檢查點(diǎn)符合要求，其余的檢查點(diǎn)不能有嚴(yán)重缺陷。3具有完整的施工操作依據(jù)、質(zhì)量檢查記錄。3 .0.8 分項(xiàng)工程應(yīng)按主要工種、材料、施工工藝、設(shè)備類別等進(jìn)行劃分，可由一個(gè)或若干檢驗(yàn)批組成。分項(xiàng)工程質(zhì)量驗(yàn)收合格應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定: 1 分項(xiàng)工程所含的檢驗(yàn)批均應(yīng)符合合格質(zhì)量的規(guī)定。solicited opinions and suggestions Arti

34、應(yīng)按專業(yè)性質(zhì)、建筑部位確定; 當(dāng)分部工程較大或較復(fù)雜時(shí)，可按材料種類、施工特點(diǎn)、施工程序、專業(yè)系統(tǒng)及類別等劃分為若干子分部 工程。分部 （ 子分部 ） 工程質(zhì)量驗(yàn)收合格應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:1 分部 （ 子分部 ） 工程所含分項(xiàng)工程的質(zhì)量均應(yīng)驗(yàn)收合格。2 質(zhì)量控制資料應(yīng)完整。3 地基與基礎(chǔ)、主體結(jié)構(gòu)和設(shè)備安裝等分部工程有關(guān)安全及功能的檢驗(yàn)和抽樣檢測(cè)結(jié)果應(yīng)符合有關(guān)規(guī)定。4 觀感質(zhì)量驗(yàn)收應(yīng)符合要求; 質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)為“差”的項(xiàng)目，應(yīng)進(jìn)行返修。 3.0.10單位工程的劃分原則可按下列規(guī)定確定:1 具有獨(dú)立生產(chǎn)（ 使用 ） 功能或獨(dú)立施工條件的建筑物及構(gòu)筑物為一個(gè)單位工程。2 建筑規(guī)模較大的單位工程，可將其具有獨(dú)

35、立生產(chǎn)（ 使用 ） 功能或獨(dú)立施工條件的部分劃為一個(gè)子單位工程。3 .0.11 單位（子單位）工程質(zhì)量驗(yàn)收合格應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定: 1 單位 （子單位 ）工程所含分部（ 子分部 ） 工程的質(zhì)量均應(yīng)驗(yàn)收合格。2 質(zhì)量控制資料應(yīng)完整。4 單位 （ 子單位 ） 工程所含分部（ 子分部 ） 工程有關(guān)安全及功能的檢測(cè)資料應(yīng)完整。5 主要功能項(xiàng)目的抽查結(jié)果應(yīng)符合相關(guān)專業(yè)質(zhì)量驗(yàn)收標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的規(guī)定。5 觀感質(zhì)量驗(yàn)收應(yīng)符合要求。6 .0.12 當(dāng)工程質(zhì)量不符合要求時(shí)，應(yīng)按下列規(guī)定進(jìn)行處理: 1 經(jīng)返工重做或更換器具、設(shè)備的檢驗(yàn)批，應(yīng)重新進(jìn)行驗(yàn)收。2 經(jīng)有資質(zhì)的檢測(cè)單位檢測(cè)鑒定能夠達(dá)到設(shè)計(jì)要求的檢驗(yàn)批，應(yīng)予以驗(yàn)收。3 經(jīng)有

42、beautiful village", and township public rental and Xiang hospitals public rental, and 270 sets rural housing room5 .0.13 通過(guò)返修或經(jīng)過(guò)加固處理仍不能滿足安全使用要求的分部工程、單位（ 子單位 ） 工程，嚴(yán)禁驗(yàn)收。所有單位工程在3.0.14 單位工程質(zhì)量評(píng)定設(shè)“合格”和“優(yōu)良”兩個(gè)等級(jí)。驗(yàn)收合格的基礎(chǔ)上，均應(yīng)進(jìn)行工程質(zhì)量等級(jí)評(píng)定。具備下列條件，應(yīng)評(píng)定為優(yōu)良:1 單位工程質(zhì)量驗(yàn)收合格，且結(jié)構(gòu)安全，滿足使用功能要求。2 單位工程的資料核查結(jié)果，資料齊全、內(nèi)容完整、數(shù)據(jù)準(zhǔn)

43、確、簽字齊全、可查性強(qiáng)。3 主要原材料、半成品及成品的復(fù)試項(xiàng)目齊全，檢驗(yàn)批符合要求; 鋼筋、水泥跟蹤管理有可追溯性。4 地基處理符合要求，樁基工程不得有?類、?類樁 ; 主體結(jié)構(gòu)及主要設(shè)備基礎(chǔ)的沉降符合設(shè)計(jì)要求及相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的規(guī)定。5 混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)內(nèi)實(shí)外光，線條順直; 施工縫留設(shè)合理，處理認(rèn)真，接縫平整; 大體積混凝土溫控良好; 有抗?jié)B要求的混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)無(wú)滲漏。6單層鋼結(jié)構(gòu)主體結(jié)構(gòu)的整體垂直度偏差小于 H/1000mm且小于20mm多層1及高層鋼結(jié)構(gòu)主體結(jié)構(gòu)的整體垂直度偏差小于H/2500mm+10.0m m且小于40mm。 1注 : H 為鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的整體高度。17 建筑物屋面及有防水要求的樓面淋水或滿
