17、值班問(wèn)題:每周 7天 , 護(hù)士人員的配置是不一樣的。因?yàn)樗幸归g、周末、節(jié)假日之分。所以臨床護(hù)士需獨(dú)立承擔(dān)值班的任務(wù) , 護(hù)患比例下降的同時(shí) , 護(hù)士面臨的是全面的病房管理、病情不穩(wěn)定的患者群、急危重癥病人的出入院、急救問(wèn)題等。然而對(duì)于長(zhǎng)征醫(yī)院根據(jù)每日的每時(shí)段最少的護(hù)士數(shù),進(jìn)而求出在滿足該條件下的最少的雇用護(hù)士數(shù),我們就可以得出該問(wèn)題的最優(yōu)化問(wèn)題,需要建立目標(biāo)函數(shù)以及相應(yīng)的約束條件,并且利用 LINGO軟件編寫程序代碼,確定該醫(yī)院領(lǐng)導(dǎo)為滿足每班所需要的護(hù)士數(shù),合理地安排好每一天每一時(shí)期的人數(shù)安排,而且做到安排每一個(gè)人的不因?yàn)楦鞣矫娴挠绊懗霈F(xiàn)缺班現(xiàn)象,這就是要求我們?cè)趺慈ダ盟鶎W(xué)的知識(shí)去無(wú)誤計(jì)算
