29、足環(huán)境保護的各項規(guī)定,水經(jīng)處理后達標排放。(2) 、廢水治理工程具有適當?shù)陌踩禂?shù),各工藝參數(shù)的選擇略有富余。(3) 、選擇工藝成熟可靠,并要結(jié)合廠方的實際情況。(4) 、在保證處理效果的基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計上盡可能采用符合廠方的實際情況的新工藝、新技術(shù),以保證設(shè)計工藝的先進性,并為以后發(fā)展留有余地。(5) 、處理系統(tǒng)要操作方便,運行安全可靠,經(jīng)常性運行費用盡可能要低。2、 處理工藝的選擇項目廢水主要為工藝廢水、生活污水、地面沖洗水、初期雨水。廢水的特點為含鹽量和有機物高,NaCl含量為17.9%,針對項目廢水特點,我所對其廢水采取分質(zhì)處理,廢水治理方案共分為二部分:一是高濃度含鹽廢水的前處理;二是綜

30、合廢水處理。(1)高濃度含鹽廢水前處理 廢水水質(zhì)5-溴-6-甲基脲嘧啶工藝廢水中萃取工序廢水鹽份高,其廢水水質(zhì)情況如下:工藝廢水水質(zhì)情況表污染物CODCR mg/l苯mg/l鹽%二甲苯mg/l甲醇mg/l含 93.1711049處理能力項目對工藝廢水擬采用蒸發(fā)濃縮的處理方式,間歇操作運行,每天運行一次,處理量為2.0米m3/日,安裝350千克/小時流量計,每天操作(含調(diào)節(jié)等預(yù)處理)10小時。處理工藝流程 工藝廢水2.0m3/日中和調(diào)節(jié)池蒸發(fā)濃縮冷 卻后續(xù)處理工序 冷凝水 廢鹽晶、有機殘渣高濃度含鹽廢水處理工藝流程圖工藝說明a. 中和調(diào)節(jié)池 由于工藝廢水排放不穩(wěn)定,先將

31、廢水引入調(diào)節(jié)池再用廢水泵轉(zhuǎn)至儲液缸暫存,趁熱用計量泵,經(jīng)過換熱器預(yù)熱后送入蒸發(fā)器蒸發(fā)濃縮。b. 蒸發(fā)濃縮由于項目工藝廢水中主要污染物為鹽類和有機物,蒸發(fā)濃縮的基本原理是利用廢水加熱沸騰后,水和非揮發(fā)性的溶解物(鹽類,大分子有機物)相分離,甲醇可汽提回收利用。通過蒸發(fā)濃縮除鹽而使廢水得到凈化,并提高其可生化性。工藝廢水從旋流式薄膜蒸發(fā)器頂部的進口沿切線方向流進 ,由于速度很高,離心力很大,因而形成均勻的螺旋形薄膜,緊貼器壁流下,在內(nèi)壁外層蒸汽夾套的加熱下,液膜迅速沸騰汽化。析出的廢鹽晶和蒸發(fā)殘渣由椎底排出,蒸發(fā)器的二、三次蒸汽通過換熱器加熱廢水,從而節(jié)約蒸汽的消耗;液體進入調(diào)節(jié)池進行后續(xù)處理。從

32、夾套中出來的蒸汽再經(jīng)冷凝器冷卻后進入中和調(diào)節(jié)池進行后續(xù)處理。c. 廢晶鹽、蒸餾殘液處理項目工藝廢水蒸餾產(chǎn)生的廢晶鹽和有機殘液(主要含高沸點、難降解的大分子)有機物,均屬危險廢物,收集后密閉保管,送鹽城宇新固體廢物處置有限公司處置。(2)綜合廢水處理 設(shè)計處理能力經(jīng)預(yù)處理的工藝廢水、生活污水、地面沖洗水及初期雨水合并后進行綜合處理,其設(shè)計處理能力為48立米/日(不考慮蒸發(fā)析鹽前后廢水量的變化)。 綜合廢水處理工藝流程 見下工藝廢水2.0m3/日 其它廢水46m3/日調(diào)節(jié)(PH)池2冷 卻蒸發(fā)濃縮調(diào)節(jié)池1 冷凝水 上清液 厭氧微電解塔 廢鹽晶、有機殘渣 藥劑二沉生物炭床絮凝反應(yīng)器接觸氧化塔斜板沉淀

33、器 邊 出水污泥干化場污泥濃縮池 污泥外運 工藝流程圖四、 水處理構(gòu)筑物設(shè)計說明及規(guī)格1.格柵車間排放的污水經(jīng)過格柵、格網(wǎng),可以截留大塊污物,顆粒狀物體等,以防止其后管道和設(shè)備堵塞。進水渠斷面為400mm×400mm,粗格柵的柵條間距為10mm,細格網(wǎng)網(wǎng)格間距為3mm,均采用人工清渣。2.調(diào)節(jié)池2 該池主要將不同種類、不同濃度的廢水集中到一個相應(yīng)的水池中,通過機械攪拌使之充分混合從而使廢水均質(zhì)、衡量,減小對后續(xù)處理的沖擊負荷,以達到穩(wěn)定運行的目的,同時也可以使大顆粒的沉砂得到沉降并調(diào)節(jié)PH=3-5。 調(diào)節(jié)池有效容積約為240m3,停留時間為120小時。地下鋼筋混凝土結(jié)構(gòu),環(huán)氧防腐。3

34、. 厭氧微電解塔厭氧氧化通常分為水解、酸化、乙酸化和甲烷化四個步驟。芳香烴類等其它化合物對一般厭氧菌有一定的毒害作用,使生化菌的作用受到抑制,難以降解。但在微電解反應(yīng)條件下,芳香烴類等其它化合物將被迅速分解為無毒性或毒性較小的小分子有機物,提高了廢水的可生化性,同時去除了部分的CODcr。水力停留時間為5 h,鋼結(jié)構(gòu),環(huán)氧防腐。4絮凝反應(yīng)器絮凝反應(yīng)采用渦流反應(yīng)工藝,具有停留時間充分、反應(yīng)效果好;水力停留時間為1h,鋼結(jié)構(gòu),環(huán)氧防腐。5. 斜板沉淀器斜板沉淀器的優(yōu)點是停留時間短,沉淀效率高,占地省。設(shè)計流量為1m3/h。沉淀段表面負荷為1.0m3/m2·h,沉淀時間為2.0h,超高20

35、0mm,上清液高度為700mm,沉淀區(qū)有效水深為900mm,緩沖層高度為700mm,污泥斗高度為1100mm,沉淀區(qū)加裝PVC斜板,A3鋼結(jié)構(gòu),環(huán)氧防腐。6. 接觸氧化塔(PACT)接觸氧化池采用鼓風機提供氧氣,使微生物能利用污水中的有機污染物作為底料,進行正常的新陳代謝,從而降低污水中有機污染物的濃度。在溶解氧和營養(yǎng)物都充足的情況下,微生物繁殖迅速,生物膜逐漸增厚,溶解氧和污水中的有機物憑借擴散作用,為微生物所利用,從而達到去除污染物的目的。接觸氧化池表面呈長方形(內(nèi)裝填料含懸掛填料及生物炭填料),廢水從池首端進入,在曝氣和水力條件的推動下,混合液均衡地向前流動,并從池尾端流出。接觸氧化池任

36、何兩個斷面都存在有機基質(zhì)的濃度梯度,因此存在著基質(zhì)降解動力,BOD降解菌為優(yōu)占菌,可避免污泥膨脹問題。曝氣池采用鋼結(jié)構(gòu),設(shè)計流量為24m3/T,有效容積為10m3,水力停留時間10h。保護層高為400mm,有效水深為3600mm,氣水比為15:1,需風量為30m3/h。采用盤狀曝系統(tǒng)曝氣, A3鋼結(jié)構(gòu),環(huán)氧防腐。為保證處理效果接觸氧化池分兩格。7生物炭床反應(yīng)器(二沉池合建) 為確保處理效果,對排放水進行生物炭床反應(yīng)器處理,使廢水經(jīng)處理后能穩(wěn)定達標排放。生物活性炭工藝是一種生化和物化相結(jié)合的污水處理工藝,其主要作用是去除水中溶解性的有機污染物,在無溶解氧的條件下,活性炭與污染物質(zhì)之間屬于單純的吸
