1、在高中階段教學(xué)過程中,圖書室是一個(gè)不可或缺的部門,并且圖書室與教育、教學(xué)有著非常密切的了解。我校是省級示范性普通高中,面積360多平米、能容納260多名學(xué)生閱覽,我校對圖書室的投入一直是非常大的,近幾年來隨著素質(zhì)教育的不斷改革以及發(fā)展,圖書室在我校占據(jù)了非常重要的地位。學(xué)生在圖書室可以閱讀自己比較感興趣的書籍,不斷拓寬學(xué)生的知識面。同時(shí)圖書室也成為提高教師教學(xué)能力的一個(gè)主要陣地,為教師從事教研以及科研提供了一定的資料。一、高中圖書室在學(xué)校教學(xué)中的地位近幾年來各個(gè)學(xué)校都開始實(shí)施素質(zhì)教育,此時(shí)圖書室起著非常重要的作用。在學(xué)校教育事業(yè)中,高中圖書室占據(jù)非常重要的位置,并且圖書室也擔(dān)負(fù)著指導(dǎo)學(xué)生課外閱
2、讀的重任。圖書室對是補(bǔ)充師生知識的重要場所,也是培養(yǎng)學(xué)生自學(xué)能力的重要場所。學(xué)校應(yīng)該正確認(rèn)識圖書館的特有功能,引導(dǎo)教師以及學(xué)生對圖書室有一個(gè)正確的認(rèn)識。圖書室是一個(gè)非常龐大的信息庫,因此學(xué)校要加強(qiáng)對圖書室的現(xiàn)代化建設(shè),將圖書室的作用發(fā)揮出來?,F(xiàn)階段,圖書室不再是簡單的搜集、整理相關(guān)的圖書資料,而是要開發(fā)、研究以及利用信息資源,根據(jù)讀者不同的需求來提供不同的資料。二、高中圖書室在學(xué)校教學(xué)中的作用(一)圖書室有助于拓展師生的知識面學(xué)校的主要任務(wù)就是為國家培養(yǎng)更多有用的人才,然而在培養(yǎng)人才的過程中,要依靠學(xué)校的德、智、體、美等方面的教育。在開展這方面教育的時(shí)候,教師起著主導(dǎo)性的作用,并且教師還要鼓勵(lì)
3、學(xué)生多多閱讀課外資料,從資料中汲取相關(guān)的能量,促使自身的全面發(fā)展。高中圖書室是以教學(xué)的實(shí)際需求為依據(jù),為教師、學(xué)生提供他們感興趣的資料。高中圖書室是知識的寶庫,并且也成為教師、學(xué)生進(jìn)行學(xué)習(xí)以及開展科研活動(dòng)的重要場所。高中圖書室所服務(wù)的主要對象就是在校的高中學(xué)生。高中生面臨著非常大的壓力,他們要努力學(xué)習(xí)考入自己理想的學(xué)府。但是如果高中生僅僅依靠課堂中的知識是不夠的,他們還應(yīng)該到圖書室閱讀相關(guān)的資料,讓自己學(xué)習(xí)到更多的知識。高中圖書室服務(wù)的另一個(gè)對象就是老師。在整個(gè)教育過程中,教師占據(jù)主導(dǎo)地位,教師自身的教學(xué)水平會(huì)對教育的質(zhì)量產(chǎn)生一定的影響。教師應(yīng)該定期閱讀相關(guān)的書籍來完善自身的專業(yè)知識,不斷提高
4、自身的教學(xué)質(zhì)量。因此高中圖書室也成為各科教師進(jìn)行學(xué)習(xí)的重要場所。我校圖書室為教師每年都訂了各科教學(xué)參考書以及與各學(xué)科相關(guān)的書籍,如課課堂?教材?教法、中國教育報(bào)、數(shù)學(xué)通訊、英語周報(bào)、數(shù)理報(bào)、中國考試、中國音樂教育、生物學(xué)教學(xué)、歷史教學(xué)、閱讀與作文、中國學(xué)校衛(wèi)生、班主任之友、等等。此外,還為學(xué)生訂閱了如中學(xué)生、課堂內(nèi)外、求學(xué)、文摘報(bào)、發(fā)明與創(chuàng)新、中國青年、時(shí)事報(bào)告、思維導(dǎo)讀伴你學(xué)(物理、化學(xué)、生物、政治、歷史、等)、閱讀與作文。(二)圖書室有助于推動(dòng)教研、科研活動(dòng)的順利開展當(dāng)前,教育事業(yè)處于改革的新時(shí)期,其最主要的動(dòng)力就是要依靠科研實(shí)踐。教育工整理往往會(huì)研究提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量的方法、關(guān)于后進(jìn)生的教育方
5、式、培養(yǎng)學(xué)生創(chuàng)造性思維的途徑等內(nèi)容,在研究完之后再運(yùn)用到實(shí)踐中,從中再總結(jié)出寶貴的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。然而以上的這些工作都離不開圖書室,圖書室為這些教育工整理提供了相關(guān)的資料。教育工整理在開展教研以及科研活動(dòng)的時(shí)候,要將圖書室中的資料利用起來。同時(shí)教育工整理也要經(jīng)常閱讀一些報(bào)刊雜志,了解到當(dāng)前教研、科研發(fā)展的新動(dòng)向,及時(shí)將新動(dòng)向告訴其他老師。近幾年來教學(xué)改革的步伐在不斷加快,教材更新的速度也越來越快,因此圖書室的負(fù)責(zé)人應(yīng)該采購最新版的教材,從而可以滿足教師的實(shí)際需求。有一些教師所需要的資料是比較罕見的,因此圖書室的負(fù)責(zé)人應(yīng)該將其記錄下來,然后去購買,盡可能的滿足每一位教師的需求。(三)圖書室有助于培養(yǎng)學(xué)生思
6、想政治素質(zhì)高中圖書室不僅僅是傳播科學(xué)文化知識的場所,也是提高師生政治思想水平的場所。中國未來的發(fā)展離不開青少年,因此青少年的政治思想素質(zhì)是非常重要的。對于高中生來說,他們正處于形成良好的思想品德以及行為習(xí)慣的重要時(shí)期,因此教師要抓住這個(gè)時(shí)期,引導(dǎo)著學(xué)生樹立正確的價(jià)值觀念。青少年擔(dān)負(fù)建設(shè)社會(huì)主義事業(yè)的重任,因此教師要引導(dǎo)學(xué)生去了解我國的歷史文化,了解我國在歷史上所取得的輝煌,讓他們樹立崇高的理想,為建設(shè)社會(huì)主義事業(yè)而努力。在平時(shí)教學(xué)過程中,教師要鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生在課余時(shí)間多多閱讀優(yōu)秀作品,如果學(xué)生可以將自己的課余時(shí)間利用好,那么就可以快速發(fā)展學(xué)生的智力以及體力等多個(gè)方面。但是有一些學(xué)生在讀書的時(shí)候往往都
7、缺乏明確的目標(biāo),因此圖書室管理人員要適當(dāng)為學(xué)生推薦一些優(yōu)秀的書籍,讓他們從中學(xué)習(xí)到相關(guān)的知識。思想政治課和歷史課可以提高學(xué)生的修養(yǎng),但是課本上的知識較為枯燥無味,不利于吸引學(xué)生的注意力。此時(shí)教師不妨給學(xué)生推薦幾部名人傳記、文學(xué)巨著等,然后讓他們在課余時(shí)間去閱讀,在閱讀過程中讓學(xué)生感受到其中人物的人格魅力,然后無形之中也感染著學(xué)生。這種教學(xué)方法不僅豐富了學(xué)生的知識,還有助于提高學(xué)生的思想政治水平,最終取得事半功倍的教學(xué)效果。三、總結(jié)圖書室既是學(xué)生補(bǔ)充知識的重要場所,又是教師更新自身專業(yè)知識,補(bǔ)充能量的重要陣地。因此學(xué)校要重視對圖書室的管理,認(rèn)識到圖書室的作用。對于圖書室的管理人員要輔導(dǎo)學(xué)生怎樣選
