17、覺到很有必要寫篇博文與正準備參加復(fù)試的準研 究生或未來準備考研的同學做些交流。就個人的經(jīng)歷，自己很少遇到過面試的準研究生能充分利用很短的面試時間來展示其最好的能力 和水平的。由于這些年參加本單位面試的準研究生很多，一位學生的面試時 間都很短，幾分鐘到十幾分鐘，這么短時間要測試考生的綜合能力和 英語聽說能力，對考生和老師都是一種挑戰(zhàn)。我們的考生有的是有能力水平但不知道怎樣利用回答問題來展 示自己，有的是沒有能力水平也不知道怎樣利用回答問題來展示自 己。前者是考生自然是自己吃了虧，后者是沒有辦法。為了使考生面試時不太緊張和由于中國人習慣不直說，教師提問題一般都是采用看“由表及里”、觀“由此及彼”、

18、聽“弦外之音” 和輔“旁敲側(cè)擊”等“狡猾”方式，以判斷學生的能力水平并打分 的。教師最想考核的是學生的研究潛能和能力，承然優(yōu)秀的研究潛能和能力需要有扎實的基礎(chǔ)和專業(yè)知識作為基礎(chǔ)！本文不談面試的服裝、禮儀、坐姿、表情、目光等一般問題，而 是羅列一些面試時的問答例子。Q.請簡單介紹你的情況。A.有的同學以為很容易答，馬上介紹他的姓名、年齡、父母、出生地等等。其實這是浪費時 間，請想一下由上述情況能給你什么高分！考生應(yīng)該是重點介紹能展現(xiàn)自己水平能力的一面，如學習成績、獲獎、特長等等。其實老師想知道的也是后者。Q.請談?wù)勀闼趯W院或系里的情況。A.其實老師是想了解考生對所在院系的了解、是否關(guān)心其院系老

20、技術(shù)路線。A.有的同學回答是“網(wǎng)上查查資料、整理整理什么的。對檢索什么數(shù)據(jù)庫、 采用什么方法、運用什么工具、設(shè)計什么實驗、等等一概說不出或沒有可說的，一聽這種學生即使畢業(yè)了其論文也是等于沒做和沒有什么創(chuàng)新可說的。Q.請談?wù)勀悴殚嗊^什么數(shù)據(jù)庫和學術(shù)期刊。A.有的同學只講個 CNKI或一兩個常見刊物名，這種情況看出學生的學術(shù)視野和接受的訓練 非常一般。如果能夠講出一些國外著名數(shù)據(jù)庫和學術(shù)期刊，那效果就完全不一樣了。Q.請介紹你專業(yè)的培養(yǎng)方案。A.此問題老師是想了解學生的整體知識體系等。但一些考生無層次、無結(jié)構(gòu)的羅列幾門課程的名字，甚至幾門骨干專業(yè)課的名稱都說不出來，這種學生考分再高也要打問號。Q.

21、請講一講你學得最好的一門課程的內(nèi)容。A.有的同學就把考試的課程說出來，但進一步問及該課程的知識體系或里面的一些重點，又回答不出來或不正確，那該生就很難說優(yōu)秀了，因為學的最好的課程也是如此而已。Q.你對那些研究方向感興趣。A.有的同學把一個大專業(yè)大學科就當作興趣來提，比如我喜歡安全管理、交通安全、等等， 這種回答就看出該生對所在專業(yè)的前沿方向一點不知，也沒有聽過這種講座， 等于沒有回答問題。Q.你打算具體做個什么研究課題。A.有的同學把一個非常科普的常識性題目就說出來，有的把一個大專業(yè)的名字就說出來。從這就可看出這種學生就是沒有做過什么科研訓練的。Q.請說一篇期刊上發(fā)表的學術(shù)論文的格式或結(jié)構(gòu)。A

22、.有的學生回答不出來。如果問及一條參考文獻的規(guī)范格式包括哪些要素，更是回答不了。 那就知道該生沒有閱讀過什么科技論文等。Q.請舉例談?wù)勎锢碇R與安全檢測的關(guān)系A(chǔ).這類問題比較能夠考出研究生的科學思維能力，其實物理學的溫度、力、氣體等參數(shù)的測試在安全測試中一樣需要，物理學、電學很多知識都可以用到安全測試的。如果學生一個例子都說不出來，那其科學思維能力和理論聯(lián)系實際的能力就打折扣的。同樣，還可以用數(shù)學、化學、力學等在安全測試或事故預(yù)防的作用舉例來提問題。Q.你讀過哪些與你專業(yè)相關(guān)的課外書。A.有些同學列舉的課外書是一些99艱上的人都看的小書，有的列舉的書本來就是本專業(yè)里的書。如果這樣可以看出該生對

23、相關(guān)學科不感興趣，知識面不寬，不具有交叉學科意思。Q.舉例說出閱讀小說和科技書有什么區(qū)別。A.這種題目一般可考察學生的分析總結(jié)能力，例如讀小說要讀完后才知道整個故事和小說的結(jié)構(gòu)，讀科技書只要瞄一下目錄就知道該書談什么和整體結(jié)構(gòu)的安排。學生回答不出什么也看出一些問題。Q.舉例說你如何做科學實驗。A.有的學生不假思索地隨意說出，其像炒個小菜一樣簡單和做那幾步。這樣也看出該生沒有設(shè)計實驗的經(jīng)驗和不會總結(jié)方法、步驟什么的。等等，教師還可以即時根據(jù)學生的回答提出更加深入的聯(lián)想問題來。上述問題同樣適合于用英文來問答，例如：Q. Please introduce yourself briefly.A.本來這

24、類題目也是非常好展現(xiàn)自己的。但一些同學就像背兒歌一樣：My name is XXX. Iam twenty-one year old. I was born in XXX Henan. I come from XXX university.。這樣只能讓老師看出是小學生的英語水平和浪費了很多時間。這種題目一般事前應(yīng)該有所準備，應(yīng)該用比較學術(shù)性的英語講講自己的成績、獲獎、特長等等什么的，既展示英語水平又 展示研究才能。1 .自我介紹篇（重點）。基本上每個院校每個專業(yè)的口試中都會涉及這一方面?？脊倨鋵嵤且璐肆私饽愕目陬^表達能力以及你的報名表之外的一些信息。自我介紹時間以 2-3分鐘為宜。思路要清楚
