1、大氣科學(xué)專(zhuān)業(yè)(氣候資源方向)培養(yǎng)方案Undergraduate Program of Atmospheric Science (Specializing in Climate Resources)一、培養(yǎng)目標(biāo) Educational Objectives本專(zhuān)業(yè)培養(yǎng)具有扎實(shí)的數(shù)學(xué)、物理學(xué)和大氣科學(xué)基礎(chǔ),掌握氣候資料分析和質(zhì)量控制、氣候資料診斷和評(píng)價(jià)、氣候資料應(yīng)用與服務(wù)、氣候數(shù)值模擬的基本理論和專(zhuān)業(yè)技能,獲得從事科學(xué)研究和業(yè)務(wù)工作的初步訓(xùn)練,能夠在氣象、水利和資源開(kāi)發(fā)等部門(mén)從事科研、教學(xué)和業(yè)務(wù)工作的專(zhuān)門(mén)人才。This program trains advanced talents with all

2、-round knowledge in mathematics, physics and atmospheric science. Students who have completed the program learning are expected to have the fundamental knowledge and skills in climatic data analyses and its quality control, climatic data diagnosis and evaluation, climatic data application and servic

3、e, and climatic data simulation. Provided with trainings in scientific research and professional experiences work, they will be qualified for the positions of research, teaching and professional work in the departments of meteorology, water conservancy, and resources development. 二、基本規(guī)格要求 Learning O

4、utcomes本專(zhuān)業(yè)學(xué)生主要學(xué)習(xí)大氣科學(xué)、地球系統(tǒng)科學(xué)基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)和專(zhuān)業(yè)理論,受到科學(xué)思維、科學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)、信息處理技術(shù)等方面的技術(shù)和專(zhuān)業(yè)訓(xùn)練,具有良好的科學(xué)素養(yǎng)和堅(jiān)實(shí)的大氣科學(xué)、氣候資源等方面的基礎(chǔ),掌握氣候?qū)W、氣候資源與氣候評(píng)價(jià)、氣候資料處理及質(zhì)量控制和氣候數(shù)值模擬等方面的專(zhuān)業(yè)理論和專(zhuān)業(yè)技能。具有較強(qiáng)的知識(shí)更新能力和較廣泛的科學(xué)適應(yīng)能力。Students in this program will learn courses related to atmospheric science and earth system science. Upon graduation, they should pos

5、sess basic theories and knowledge in atmospheric science and earth system sciences, and be well educated and trained in scientific thinking, scientific experiment and information technology. They are expected to have a solid theoretical foundation in atmospheric science and climatic resources, claim

6、ing the mastery of theories and skills in climatology, climatic resources and climatic evaluation, climatic data processing and its quality control, numerical simulation of climate with strong capability in knowledge update and professional adjustment.畢業(yè)生應(yīng)獲得以下幾方面的知識(shí)和能力:1、掌握系統(tǒng)的數(shù)學(xué)、物理、計(jì)算機(jī)等方面的基本原理、基本知識(shí);

7、2、具有扎實(shí)的氣象學(xué)和相關(guān)學(xué)科的專(zhuān)業(yè)知識(shí)和專(zhuān)業(yè)技能;掌握現(xiàn)代氣候?qū)W、氣候資源與氣候評(píng)價(jià)、氣候資料處理及質(zhì)量控制和氣候數(shù)值模擬等專(zhuān)業(yè)知識(shí),具有理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際,綜合分析問(wèn)題、解決問(wèn)題的能力,能熟練地運(yùn)用計(jì)算機(jī)解決實(shí)際工作中的問(wèn)題;3、了解相近專(zhuān)業(yè)的一般原理、知識(shí)和方法;4、熟悉我國(guó)氣象業(yè)務(wù)、水資源利用與管理、資源利用等方面的方針、政策和法規(guī),以及氣象現(xiàn)代化與國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的關(guān)系;5、了解大氣科學(xué)、氣候以及氣候變化前沿領(lǐng)域和最新發(fā)展動(dòng)態(tài),確立專(zhuān)業(yè)思維模式和思想方法;6、掌握資料查詢(xún)、文獻(xiàn)檢索及運(yùn)用現(xiàn)代信息技術(shù)獲取最新參考文獻(xiàn)的基本方法;具有一定的實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì),創(chuàng)造實(shí)驗(yàn)條件,歸納、整理、分析實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果

8、,撰寫(xiě)論文,參與學(xué)術(shù)交流的能力。The knowledge and abilities expected of the graduates are as follows:1. Mastering basic theories and knowledge of mathematics, physics, and computer science.2. Possessing theories, knowledge and techniques in climatology and related disciplines including climatic resources and climat

9、ic evaluation, climatic data processing and its quality control, numerical simulation of climate; being able to integrate theory with practice and to use computers skillfully for problem resolution;3. Having the general knowledge regarding related specialties.4. Being familiarity with the state poli

10、cies, laws and regulations concerning national meteorological development, water resources and management, and resources exploitation, and having a clear understanding of the relationship between meteorological modernization and the sustainable development of national economy.5. Keeping abreast of t

11、he latest developments in atmospheric science, climatology and climatic change and being able to think critically and professionally.6. Knowing the general methods of data collection, file retrieval by means of modern information techniques; being able to design, carry out and write on research expe
