1、Good morning, everyone,Today, it s a pleasure for me to stand here and Ito have such an opportunity to share some of my teaching ideas withyou. First, let me introduce myself. My name isHu Hongxia , anEnglish teacher from JiaotangMiddle School.My topic today is taken from Lesson 37 of Unit 5 in Stud
2、ent m very pleaBook 4. The main content of this unit is“ Go With Transportationand the topic of Lesson 37 is“ Flying Donuts” . I have decided to sathe lesson from six parts:Part One Analysis of the Teaching MaterialOne: Status and Function1. This unit tells us the improvement of traffic transportati
3、on and the related stories. Besides learning this, students will also learn some words, phrases and expressions of traffic, and so on. In Lesson 37, Danny will introduce a new type of transportation to us, it is imaginary.2. To attain“ four skills” request of listening, speaking, readingand writing,
4、 I will have the students do some exercise about the text.3. Such a topic is very important in this unit. I will lead the students to use their imagination and encourage them to be creative.For example, helping them use English to describe their imaginary transportation. So I think if the students c
5、an learn this lesson well, it will be helpful to make them learn the rest of this unit.4. While teaching them, I will also encourage them to say something about what they think the future transportations will be like. In a way, from practising such a topic, it can be helpful to raise learning intere
6、sts of students and it will be also helpful to improve their spoken language.Two: Teaching Aims and DemandsThe teaching aim's basis is established according to Junior School English syllabus' provision.1. Knowledge objects(1)To study the new words“ fuel ” ,“ oil ” and “ coal ”.(2)To learn an
7、d master the phrases“ think of, on the way tohave fun” , etc.2. Ability objects(1) To develop the students abilities of listening, speaking,reading and writing.(2) To train the students ability ofworking in pairs.(3) To develop the students learning the useful structures. 3. Moral objects abilities
8、of communication by(1) Through different teaching methods to make students be interested in study.(2) Love to know more knowledge about transportation and dare to express their opinions in English.(3) Encourage the students to be more creative and try to make contributions to making new inventions i
9、n the future.Three: Teaching Keys and Difficult PointsThe teaching keys and difficult poin ts basis is established according to Lesson 37 in the teaching material's position andfunction.1. Key points:(1).Be able to express words, phrases and sentences in English.(2). Know about the improvement o
10、f transportation and Dannyinvention.2. Difficult points:Be able to talk about their imaginary future transportation in oralEnglish.Part Two The Teaching Methods1. Communicative teaching method;2. Audio-visual teachingmethod;3. Task-based teaching method;4. Classified teachingmethod.As we all know: t
11、he main instructional aims of learning Englishin the Middle School is to cultivate students speaking, reading, writing and their good sense of the Englishabilities of listening,language. So in this lesson I ll mainly use“ Communicative”teaching method,“ Audio-visual” teaching method and-based“Task”t
12、eaching method and“ Classified” teaching method. That is to say,I ll let the students getbettera understanding of the key structures.I ll give the students some tasks and arrange some kinds of activities, like talking, watching CAI, and reading in roles.In a word, I want to make the students the rea
13、l masters in class while the teacher himself acts as director. I also hope to combine the language structures with the language functions and let the students receive some moral education while they are learning the English language.Part Three Studying ways1. Teach the students how to be successful
14、language learners.2. Make situation and provide meaningful duty, encourage the students to study the text by themselves.Part Four Teaching stepsAs this lesson plays an important part in the English teaching of this unit, I have decided the following steps to train their ability of listening, speakin
15、g, reading and writing, especially reading and speaking ability.The entire steps are:Step1 Warm-up and Lead-inShow the students some pictures of common transportations, like car, bike, train and so on. Ask the students: What can you see from the picture? Is there another kind of transportation aroun
16、d us?Purpose of my designing: In this part, have the students say moreabout what they see or what they don t see. In this way, they willknow today s lesson has something to do with their discussion.Step2 Presentation1. Learn new words in groups. The new word in this lesson are fuel, oil and coal. Sh
17、ow them pictures of these things and teach them these new words.Purpose of my designing: After seeing the pictures, the students will know what they are and they can learn them quickly and easily.2. Play the tape recorder. Let the students listen and imitate the text. Pay attention to their pronunci
18、ation and intonation. Then finish the exercises on the computer.Purpose of my designing: This step is employed to make the students get the general idea of the text. At the same time let the students have a chance to practise their listening and speaking ability.3. Text Learning and a QuizI ll use C
19、AI topresent the whole text. I ll write the key points onthe blackboard while they are watching. After watching, I ll teacthem to read the words and sentences on the Bb. Make sure they can read them well.After teaching them the whole text, including the meanings of new words, the use of similar expr
20、essions and so on. Get the students to try and say out some phrases on the screen, like I don think so, have fun, a new kind of, on the way to school, and so on.Purpose of my designing: To present the text by CAI is much easier for the students to learn and grasp the meanings. CAI can provide a real
21、 situation with its sound and picture and it makes the relationships between the students better.4. Key Structures and Difficult Points LearningFirst, I will divide the students into three groups and tell them to have a discussion about what they learn in this lesson. Then encourage them to try to u
22、nderstand the whole text, know what thedifficult points are, and so on. At last, I will help them to master them all.For example, I teach the students know the differences between phrases think of, think about and think over. I will show them some sentences and get them to know the use of these phra
23、ses. Encourage them to do some exercise about these phrases.Purpose of my designing: By practising using these new words and similar phrases, the students will know how to use them in English and master the use of them better.5. Read and SayGive the students two or three minutes to prepare, and then
24、 get them read the text together in three groups. Tell them to read aloud.Then help the students say something about the future transportation or their imaginary transportation. Encourage them to say more.Purpose of my designing: By reading the text and saying such things, get the students to practi
25、se their reading and speaking ability again.Part Five Summarize and HomeworkAsk the students such questions:What have we learned from this lesson? What does Danny say about his new kind / type of transportation? Do you like his idea? What new phrases have we learned today? Do you have enoughconfiden

29、 本課在今后的英語教學中都占有重要的地位。2、教學目標課程標準中說:英語教學的目的是培養(yǎng)學生運用語言進行交際的能力,為用而學,在用中學,學了就用。因此,我把本課的教學目標定為以下幾個方面:(1)知識目標 掌握單詞及詞組:madam , try , try on, How much , buy, thirty , forty , fifty , sixty , seventy, eighty, ninety, hundred,掌握句子(日常交際用語)1、What can I do for you?2、May I help you? / Can I help you?3、I want4、I d l

How much is it/are they? It s/They re 70 y同時應(yīng)用 1000 以內(nèi)的數(shù)字談?wù)搩r格。( 3)情
31、感目標通過形象、生動的教學,使學生掌握如何使用交際用語,向別人提供幫助和尋求別人幫助,利用對話形式, 學會簡單問衣服的價格等。 培養(yǎng)學生學習英語的強烈興趣, 樂于參加各種活動的積極情感, 并從教用英語問價格的過程中, 讓學生體會到父母為生活奔波的艱辛,告訴學生應(yīng)該關(guān)心理解父母。3、重點與難點重點:學會掌握和熟練運用詞匯、日常用語、句型本課學習了用 What can I do for you? May I help you? 這類向別人提供幫助的句型,通過用 How much is it/are they?It s/They 這re些 句型的操練,來熟練運用交際用語以及熟記20-999 這些基數(shù)
32、詞。難點:數(shù)詞( 20-999 基數(shù)詞)的表達。確定重點與難點的依據(jù):根據(jù)課程標準的要求,和本課所呈現(xiàn)的知識及學生在學習本課時已掌握的語言知識能力二、學情分析本人任教于農(nóng)村中學,教學輔助資源有限,學生的整體英語語言運用能力偏低,發(fā)言不踴躍,同時農(nóng)村學生的學情特點,英語學習對學生有一定難度。 由于缺乏必要的語言基礎(chǔ), 學生必定在課堂上不敢發(fā)言和交流, 所以課堂教學中要積極調(diào)動學生課堂氣氛,在學習語言知識的同時創(chuàng)設(shè)生生和師生交流。三、說教法本課以交際為核心教學,我主要采取以下幾種教法:1、聽力訓練法聽錄音是學習英語的重要方法,也是課堂教學的重要步驟。在聽中可以感知,可以模仿,通過問題的回答提高聽力
33、能力。2、提問引入法通過提問, 集體、分組回答, 或個別學生回答形式開展教學,檢查和鞏固新舊知識。3、情境教學法我充分利用課文對話, 創(chuàng)設(shè)典型場景, 激起學生的學習情緒,把認知活動與情感活動結(jié)合, 學生一旦進入情境, 教材所介紹的購物場景都會一下子推到他們的眼前, 引起他們的關(guān)注, 激起他們應(yīng)用新學的購物場景句型的熱情。 與此同時, 學生對教材語言的感受也會隨之而敏銳起來。4、任務(wù)型教學法: 以完成任務(wù)為動力, 把知識和技能融為一體,提倡學生主動參與,以學生為主體,師生合作,生生合作,體現(xiàn)教與學的互動、交往。5、競賽教學法:通過背誦、提問搶答、給學生以真實感,讓學生身臨其境,喚起他們的形象思維
34、降低學生理解句型的難度,激發(fā)學生們的學習興趣為鞏固舊知識,學習新知識打好基礎(chǔ)。四、說學法及學法指導1、創(chuàng)造條件,發(fā)展聽力學生要經(jīng)常聽錄音,聽教師講英語,聽同學們講英語,這對學好英語大有好處。2、儲備知識,實踐中學學生必須了解語言規(guī)律,掌握豐富的詞匯,熟知語法規(guī)則,會熟練表達由各個話題而展開的交際內(nèi)容。要學會在實踐中學,在應(yīng)用中學,這樣學來的知識記憶深刻,靈活度大。3、及時鞏固,反復記憶凡是教師在課堂上所講到的語言難點,學生應(yīng)及時整理,再次認識并積極使用。 對前面已學過的課文, 學生要有安排地經(jīng)常復習,否則,常常是學了新的,忘了舊的。4、積極操練,重在口頭在課堂上,學生要積極參與教師設(shè)計的每個教
35、學活動,要大膽開口,創(chuàng)造性地說自己想說的話。 課后和其他同學及時進行英語交流。只有這樣,才能將書本知識變成自己的知識 ,提高語言能力;也只有這樣,才能實現(xiàn)脫口說英語的目的。五、說教學程序1、利用短片,激趣導入(約5 分鐘)短片中出現(xiàn)的日常購物和母親的艱辛對學生進行情感教育,并從影片中所呈現(xiàn)的可數(shù)名詞和不可數(shù)名詞導入本課教學。設(shè)計意圖 : 引出課題,放松而愉快,縮短了師生之間的距離,抓住學生的注意力,將學生自然引入學習情境之中,而購物問題能夠貼近生活,貼近學生。2、用舊學新,突破難點(約12 分鐘) 復習第 3 單元所學過的單詞:可數(shù)名詞和不可數(shù)名詞。 復習所學過的數(shù)詞,讓學生背誦1-19 的數(shù)
36、詞。 聽錄音跟讀 P78/2a,結(jié)合板書設(shè)計讓學生總結(jié)數(shù)詞的構(gòu)詞規(guī)律。 完成 2 b 聽錄音注意數(shù)詞的發(fā)音及重音區(qū)別,帶讀、跟讀。 任務(wù)型教學設(shè)計,讓學生在四人小組中競賽記憶 20-999 基數(shù)詞的表達。小組競賽后選出優(yōu)秀選手,教師進行當場提問。設(shè)計意圖 復習基數(shù)詞 1-19 后學習 20-999 符合學生的認知規(guī)律,結(jié)合板書讓學生能輕松的掌握基數(shù)詞的寫法。 任務(wù)型的教學模式,讓學生在教師的指導下,通過感知、實踐、參與和小組合作并競賽的方式,實現(xiàn)掌握基數(shù)詞讀寫的目標,感受成功;讓學生用積極的學習態(tài)度,促進本課基數(shù)詞讀寫難點的突破。3、創(chuàng)設(shè)情境,學習重點(約12 分鐘)看圖片學習句型How much is it/are they? Its/They re并做大量操練練習。(用圖片 )完成 2c 聽錄音并將服裝與相同的數(shù)字匹配。(請個別同學回答)聽錄音 P77/1a 兩遍(不看書),回答黑板上兩個簡單的問題,然后校對答案再聽錄音。教新單詞,學生自己解決讀的障礙,學生扮演角色。讓學生找出不明白的語言點。設(shè)計意圖 把枯燥的任務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)換為用圖片同桌問答的形式,使學生的學習有的放矢,目標性強,學習有動力,通過反復的語言操練運用,最終達到學以致用
