148、3;············· 81第一章 系統(tǒng)概述及設(shè)備簡介1.1 脫硫系統(tǒng)概述國電宿遷熱電有限公司2×135MW機(jī)組煙氣脫硫工程由北京國電龍?jiān)喘h(huán)保工程有限公司以特許經(jīng)營的方式建設(shè),南京龍?jiān)喘h(huán)保有限公司負(fù)責(zé)本項(xiàng)目的施工,設(shè)計(jì)由雙方共同完成。國電宿遷熱電有限公司位于宿遷市南偏東距市中心14km處,京杭大運(yùn)河南岸,洋北鎮(zhèn)西側(cè),距洋北鎮(zhèn)中心1.5km。廠址位于城市規(guī)劃區(qū)之外,北側(cè)為徐莊及京杭大運(yùn)河南岸大堤和河灘,南靠宿遷至洋北鎮(zhèn)的公路,西側(cè)靠近蔡溝村,東側(cè)隔灌
149、溉排洪渠為趙莊。本工程項(xiàng)目是為機(jī)組配備一套氨法脫硫工藝系統(tǒng),兩爐一塔配置,不設(shè)換熱器,凈煙氣從塔頂煙囪(直徑5米,高度90m)排放,脫硫率不低于95。工藝系統(tǒng)主要包括:液氨儲運(yùn)系統(tǒng)、煙氣系統(tǒng)、二氧化硫吸收系統(tǒng)、工藝水系統(tǒng)、硫銨脫水系統(tǒng)等,按2×135MW燃煤機(jī)組在BMCR 工況下進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。1.2脫硫系統(tǒng)工作原理鍋爐來高溫?zé)煔饨?jīng)增壓風(fēng)機(jī)增壓后進(jìn)入預(yù)洗滌塔,經(jīng)洗滌、降溫至50-60后進(jìn)入吸收塔,吸收塔上部布置有三層漿液噴淋層,煙氣自下而上與噴淋液逆流接觸反應(yīng),生成的NH4SO3 落入吸收塔底部漿池。氧化空氣經(jīng)氧化噴槍注入吸收塔漿池,對中間產(chǎn)物進(jìn)行強(qiáng)制氧化生成脫硫副產(chǎn)品硫銨(NH4)2SO
150、4。經(jīng)吸收劑洗滌脫硫后的凈煙氣,通過除霧器除去大部分水滴后排入大氣。吸收塔循環(huán)液經(jīng)循環(huán)泵輸送至吸收段,與煙氣中的二氧化硫反應(yīng)形成亞硫銨溶液,落入吸收塔漿池后被鼓入的空氣氧化成硫銨溶液。硫銨溶液經(jīng)吸收塔排出泵送入預(yù)洗滌塔,洗滌高溫?zé)煔猓篃煔鉁囟冉档?0-60,經(jīng)濃縮泵循環(huán)噴淋,反復(fù)吸收氧化,最后形成固含量約5%的硫銨溶液去中和箱。在中和箱中加入氣氨和氧化空氣,調(diào)節(jié)pH值到56之間,再經(jīng)硫銨旋流泵送至一級旋流器中進(jìn)行濃縮,使底流固含量提高到20%-30%左右,一級旋流溢流液返回預(yù)洗滌塔。底流進(jìn)入料液箱經(jīng)硫銨料液泵送入二級旋流器中進(jìn)行濃縮,二次分離后二級旋流溢流返回中和箱,底流硫銨漿液固含量約為4
151、0,進(jìn)入離心機(jī)進(jìn)行液固分離,得到的硫銨固體含水率3%的濕物料,經(jīng)螺旋輸送機(jī)直接進(jìn)入干燥機(jī)進(jìn)行干燥,干燥后硫銨含水量在1.0%以下,硫銨成品進(jìn)入料斗,經(jīng)計(jì)量包裝,送入倉庫。1.3脫硫吸收劑及副產(chǎn)品的性質(zhì)脫硫吸收劑的性質(zhì)本工程采用氨氣為脫硫劑,運(yùn)輸和儲存采用液氨。氨的性質(zhì)如下:性狀:氨為無色、有刺激性惡臭氣體。在適當(dāng)壓力下可以液化,同時放出大量的熱量。當(dāng)壓力降低時則汽化,同時吸收周圍大量的熱。氨有毒,空氣中最高允許濃度為30mg/m3。氨蒸汽與空氣混合物的爆炸極限為16-25%(最易引燃濃度17%)。氨極易溶于水(在20水中溶解度34%),氨的水溶液呈堿性,0.1mol/L水溶液的PH值為11.1
152、。理化常數(shù):分子式:NH3 , 分子量:17.03 , 相對密度:0.7714g/l,沸點(diǎn): -33.5 , 熔點(diǎn):-77.7, 自燃點(diǎn):651 , 爆炸極限:15.7-27.4%, 蒸汽密度:0.6 , 最易引燃濃度:17%,產(chǎn)生最大爆炸壓力的濃度:22.5% , 最大爆炸壓力:0.485MPa,臨界溫度:132.5, 臨界壓力:112.5 大氣壓蒸汽壓:-33.6時為1大氣壓 ;4.70為5個大氣壓、25.7時為10個大氣壓、50.1為20大氣壓。危險(xiǎn)特性:氨氣外逸會危及人畜健康與生命。遇水則變?yōu)橛懈g性的氨水,盛裝在密閉容器內(nèi)受熱后壓力增大,空氣中氨濃度達(dá)15.7-27.4%時,遇火星會
153、引起爆炸。有油類存在時,會增加燃燒危險(xiǎn),氣態(tài)氨有強(qiáng)烈的刺激氣味,低濃度的氨對眼睛及上呼吸道粘膜有刺激作用,高濃度的氨可引起水腫甚至窒息昏迷。操作時,應(yīng)注意安全生產(chǎn)。侵入途徑:氨主要經(jīng)呼吸道吸入。對粘膜和皮膚有堿性刺激及腐蝕作用,可造成組織溶解性壞死。高濃度時可引起反射性呼吸停止和心臟停搏。臨床表現(xiàn):急性中毒:短期內(nèi)吸入大量氨氣后可出現(xiàn)流淚、咽痛、聲音嘶啞、咳嗽、痰帶血絲、胸悶、呼吸困難,可伴有頭暈、頭痛、惡心、嘔吐、乏力等,可出現(xiàn)紫紺、眼結(jié)膜及咽部充血及水腫、呼吸率快、肺部羅音等。嚴(yán)重者可發(fā)生肺水腫、急性呼吸窘迫綜合癥,喉水腫痙攣或支氣管粘膜脫落致窒息,還可并發(fā)氣胸、縱膈氣腫、胸部X線檢查呈支
154、氣管炎、支氣管周圍炎、肺炎或肺水腫表現(xiàn)。血?dú)夥治鍪緞用}血氧分壓降低。眼接觸液氨或高濃度氨氣可引起灼傷,嚴(yán)重者可發(fā)生角膜穿孔。皮膚接觸液氨可致灼傷。中毒處理:吸入者應(yīng)迅速脫離現(xiàn)場,至空氣新鮮處,維持呼吸功能。臥床靜息。及時觀察血?dú)夥治黾靶夭縓線片變化。給對癥、支持治療。誤服者給飲牛奶,有腐蝕癥狀時忌洗胃。眼污染后立即用流動清水或涼開水沖洗至少10分鐘。皮膚污染時立即脫去污染的衣著,用流動清水沖洗至少30分鐘。本工程用液氨和氨氣,要注意日常安全檢查,防患于未然。脫硫副產(chǎn)品的性質(zhì)本工藝的脫硫產(chǎn)品為硫酸銨,其性質(zhì)如下:硫酸銨為無色晶體,分子量M=132.13,密度P=1769Kg/m3,熔點(diǎn)mp=23
155、5.硫銨飽和溶液的性質(zhì):沸點(diǎn)bp=108.9;硫酸銨的溶解度:溫度2030406080100溶解度g/100g水75.4078.081.088.095.3103.3可見,硫銨的溶解度隨溫度略有增加,但變化很小,因此硫銨結(jié)晶都以蒸發(fā)結(jié)晶、飽和結(jié)晶為主,較少采用降溫結(jié)晶的辦法。硫酸銨產(chǎn)品標(biāo)準(zhǔn):GB535-95項(xiàng)目指 標(biāo) %優(yōu)等品一等品合格品外觀白色結(jié)晶,無可見機(jī)械雜質(zhì)無可見機(jī)械雜質(zhì)氮(N)含量(以干基計(jì))21.021.020.5水分(H2O) 0.20.31.0游離酸(H2SO4)0.030.050.2鐵(Fe)含量 0.007-砷(As)含量 0.00005-重金屬(以Pb計(jì))含量 0.005-

157、X)NH3=(NH4)2SO4 1.5脫硫系統(tǒng)簡介1.5.1 煙氣系統(tǒng)簡介脫硫煙氣系統(tǒng)的主要作用是進(jìn)行脫硫裝置的投入和切除,為脫硫運(yùn)行提供煙氣通道。煙氣系統(tǒng)包括以下設(shè)備及其系統(tǒng):煙道、原煙氣擋板門、出口煙氣擋板門、旁路擋板門、擋板門密封風(fēng)系統(tǒng)、增壓風(fēng)機(jī)及其輔助系統(tǒng),非金屬補(bǔ)償器、預(yù)洗滌、脫硫塔。 當(dāng)脫硫系統(tǒng)停運(yùn)時,來自鍋爐吸風(fēng)機(jī)出口的煙氣,通過在吸風(fēng)機(jī)出口與煙囪之間的煙道上設(shè)置的旁路擋板門直接進(jìn)入煙囪。當(dāng)脫硫裝置運(yùn)行時,脫硫裝置原煙氣擋板門、增壓風(fēng)機(jī)出口煙氣擋板門打開,煙道旁路擋板門關(guān)閉,煙氣引入脫硫系統(tǒng)。煙氣經(jīng)過增壓風(fēng)機(jī)增壓進(jìn)入預(yù)洗滌塔降溫后進(jìn)入吸收塔,從吸收塔出來的凈煙氣進(jìn)入大氣。在正常運(yùn)行的情況下,煙氣系統(tǒng)將鍋爐燃燒產(chǎn)生的煙氣引入脫硫系統(tǒng),在故障情況下,煙氣系統(tǒng)則將煙氣直接導(dǎo)入旁路煙道進(jìn)入煙囪,避免對脫硫系統(tǒng)造成損壞。為了克服脫硫裝置阻力,在脫硫系統(tǒng)上游熱端設(shè)置了一臺軸流式靜葉可調(diào)增壓風(fēng)機(jī)。預(yù)洗滌塔、吸收塔系統(tǒng)簡介煙氣經(jīng)增壓風(fēng)機(jī)進(jìn)入預(yù)洗滌塔,經(jīng)洗滌、降溫至50-60后進(jìn)入吸 收塔煙氣自下而上與噴淋液逆流接觸反應(yīng),生成的NH4SO3 落入吸收塔底部漿池。為氧化吸收塔漿池內(nèi)的亞硫酸氨,設(shè)置了氧化空氣系統(tǒng),本脫硫系統(tǒng)配有三臺氧化風(fēng)機(jī)。氧化空氣經(jīng)氧化噴槍注入吸收塔漿池,對中間產(chǎn)物進(jìn)行強(qiáng)制氧化生成脫硫副產(chǎn)品硫銨(NH4)2SO4。經(jīng)吸收劑洗滌脫硫后的凈煙氣,通過除霧器除去大部分水滴后
