1、 LCD12864顯示模塊與微處理器的接口設(shè)計(jì)3中國礦業(yè)大學(xué)信電學(xué)院史良摘要文章詳細(xì)介紹了LC D12864顯示模塊的特性、及顯示程序流程圖。關(guān)鍵詞LC D12864顯示模塊液晶能儀器的設(shè)計(jì), , 因此儀器中就必須配備各種各樣的顯示器, 以便顯示輸入?yún)?shù)和測量輸出的結(jié)果。在便攜式低功耗儀器中, 為了縮小體積、降低功耗, 儀器一般都采用液晶顯示器LC D (Liquid crystal display 。這里介紹一種新型的液晶顯示模塊LC D12864。1顯示模塊(LC D 12864 的特性LC D12864為數(shù)字點(diǎn)陣式液晶模塊, 它包括12864點(diǎn)的液晶面板、C MOS 驅(qū)動(dòng)。由于該模塊有整

4、讀顯示器內(nèi)部狀態(tài)10000讀顯示器狀態(tài):RESET 1:復(fù)位;0:正常ON/OFF 1:顯示器關(guān);0:顯示器開BUSY 1:內(nèi)部在運(yùn)行;0:準(zhǔn)備狀態(tài)寫數(shù)據(jù)01寫數(shù)據(jù)將D0D7的數(shù)據(jù)寫入顯示器的RAM 中讀數(shù)據(jù)11讀數(shù)據(jù)將顯示器中RAM 的數(shù)據(jù)通過D0D7讀出來4LC D 12864與微處理單元的連接在電路中,LC D12864與單片微機(jī)的接線如圖1。3本文項(xiàng)目受國家自然科學(xué)基金(項(xiàng)目批準(zhǔn)號(hào):59874028 資助此時(shí),LC D12864可通過單片機(jī)的P1口選擇控制。由顯示器的時(shí)序圖(圖2、圖3 可知每向顯示器寫入一個(gè)數(shù)據(jù)/指令或讀出一個(gè)數(shù)據(jù)/狀態(tài)時(shí), 均需給使能端E 一個(gè)脈沖的下降沿, 這時(shí)可

7、3, 使封閉約13000m 3的火區(qū)徹底熄滅。7結(jié)論(1 首次采用變壓吸附制氮技術(shù)成功地研制出制氮設(shè)備, 經(jīng)在華亭礦管會(huì)硯北礦的工業(yè)運(yùn)行及性能考核, 主要技術(shù)指標(biāo)達(dá)到設(shè)計(jì)要求, 它的研制成功, 為我國煤礦防滅火提供了大型移動(dòng)式氮?dú)庠丛O(shè)備。(2 在廣泛吸取國內(nèi)外變壓吸附碳分子篩制氮工藝流程優(yōu)點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上, 結(jié)合我國鐵路、公路和礦區(qū)運(yùn)輸條件而進(jìn)行的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì), 具有技術(shù)上的先進(jìn)性和經(jīng)濟(jì)上的合理性。(3 本課題的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新在于成功地解決了大氣量壓縮空氣的凈化、大型吸附塔的結(jié)構(gòu)形式、專用氣流分布器、防止分子篩噴出和粉化的獨(dú)特壓緊裝置以及檢測儀表的信號(hào)輸出可與K J 4煤礦環(huán)境監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)聯(lián)網(wǎng)等關(guān)鍵性技術(shù)。參考文

It is dem onstrated by application that the device is accurate in detecting data , convenient , flexible in operation and safe , reliable in performance.Experiment of electromagnetic radiation technique to predict
12、outburst risk was carried out in a coal heading face in F 15seam. in No. 8Mine of Pingdingshan C oal C o. Ltd. (G roup . Based on investigation of the experiment , the relationship between electromagnetic radiation and outburst risk in front of the face was derived and the critical value of outburst
13、 prediction index was obtained preliminarily. The operating principle ,technical parameters ,structure , function and the developed result of M odel SG S dual -function high -pressure water gauge were dealt with in detail in the paper. The gauge can simultaneously measure quantity and pressure of wa
14、ter in fused into coal seam. Dewatering tests were conducted under pressure for fine coal powder of 3kinds of coal form Y anzhou , Dadun and Xuzhou. The in fluence of pressure and surface active agent on the m oisture of filtered sam ple cake was investigated and the filtering speed and dewatering r
15、esult were measured. The measured results were com pared with that obtained under vacuum condition.The paper described the principle of nitrogen generation , technological process (selection and arrangement of necessary equipment , performance test and fire -fighting results of type KY Z D -800large

In order to s olve the problem , were arranged in the hard slice in stead by making full use of the great difference of

Thus initial success was obtained in the experiment of long -hole v olley shotfiring to prevent outburst of gas and coal.The chemical separation results of antiager A with different dispersity against spontaneous combustion of long flame coal from G e
19、ncun Mine in Y ima was researched. It was shown by the research result that antiager A has obvious separation effect on spontaneous combustion of the coal , and the separation effect can be im proved with the increase of dispersity of antiager A. The effect of 5%antiager A with disperser can be high
20、er than that of 20%magnesium chloride , only a little lower than that of 5%antiager A without disperser. With disperser added ,the used am ount and cost of antiager A can be cut down greatly.Based on the analysis of hydrogeological condition of Liuqiao No. 2Mine ,it was indicated that the main cause of actual water in flow bigger than calculated one was expansion of openings of rock cracks resulted by shock from blasting , water washing and rock displacemnet under co
