1、Unit 3 How do you make a banana milk shake?一、教材分析本單元以制作一些家庭飲食為話題,主要談?wù)撘恍┏R姷募彝ワ嬍撤矫娴闹谱鞣椒ǎㄟ^豐富多彩的口語練習(xí), 掌握制作方法的同時,又在語言情境中, 對一些不可數(shù)名詞和可數(shù)名詞加以區(qū)分和應(yīng)用,熟練掌握這些名詞的表達(dá)方式和口語中的提問方式,同時還要學(xué)習(xí)掌握一些新詞,如: shake , blender , yogurt , ingredient , teasp oon , watermelon , a cup of , bowl , popcorn , sauce , turk ey , slice , rel

2、ish , lettuce , sandwich , bread , top , recipe, duck , pancake , honey ,還有一些動詞及短語, 如:turnon , cut up , pour , peel , put into , mix up , add ,roll及 how many 與 how much的區(qū)別應(yīng)用。二、 學(xué)生分析1) 知識基礎(chǔ) 在七年級中已經(jīng)有兩個單元介紹了大量的食品單詞。但本單元對部分的詞匯以及制作過程的學(xué)習(xí)存在一定難度。2) 思維能力 學(xué)生有較強的記憶力和模仿能力, 但還有待培養(yǎng)知識的擴(kuò)展運用能力和肢體運動智能。3) 認(rèn)知心理 學(xué)生有較強的求

3、知欲和表現(xiàn)欲, 但對于還存在自信不足或羞于表現(xiàn)的學(xué)生還要多加激勵。三、 教學(xué)目標(biāo)分析1)語言目標(biāo)掌握可數(shù)名詞和不可數(shù)名詞和How much / How many引導(dǎo)的特殊疑問句。2)能力目標(biāo)聽:能聽懂制作一種食品的對話材料。說:能夠描述制作一種家庭食品的過程。讀:能讀懂介紹食譜的文章。寫:能寫出 Section A和 Section B中的重點單詞和重點句型,并能夠為自己最喜歡的食物寫食譜。3 )情感文化目標(biāo)( 1)培養(yǎng)學(xué)生與人交往中具有的積極態(tài)度,了解中西方在談?wù)摽蓴?shù)名詞與不可數(shù)名詞的不同方式; (2)了解更多的關(guān)于飲食方面的詞匯,詢問或描寫一種食物的制作過程。4)跨學(xué)科學(xué)習(xí)(1)肢體運動智

15、1b 聽力訓(xùn)練,學(xué)習(xí)制作香蕉奶昔的全過程模仿 1c 中的對話提示,讓學(xué)生利用目標(biāo)語編對話。通過口語交際訓(xùn)練,充分學(xué)習(xí)領(lǐng)會制作奶昔的全過程。在學(xué)生熟知制作香蕉奶昔的同時學(xué)習(xí)制作 蘋果奶昔 。這是對知識能力的遷移性訓(xùn)練。此時知識的適當(dāng)拓展對學(xué)生來說容易接受。鞏固所學(xué)知識,學(xué)習(xí)與生活緊密結(jié)合,學(xué)以致用。附課堂練習(xí),可檢測學(xué)生對所學(xué)知識的掌握程度。教學(xué)反思:飲食這一話題,緊密聯(lián)系學(xué)生生活,他們既熟悉又感興趣。而且學(xué)生對 milk shake 因新奇而產(chǎn)生求知欲,因此他們積極參與課堂活動,對 mak e an apple shake 的程序掌握得很好,一些英語后進(jìn)生也在課堂上“躍躍欲試”。此外,讓學(xué)生學(xué)
