1、 輪機(jī)長常規(guī)命令CHIEF ENGINEERS STANDING ORDERS1 任何輪機(jī)員都必須仔細(xì)閱讀輪機(jī)長的常規(guī)命令和夜航命令并執(zhí)行。Any officer signing the following rules certifies that he has read them and will, to the best of his ability, carry them out during his watch.2 在執(zhí)行輪機(jī)長命令時(shí)，為了人命和船舶的安全，輪機(jī)員在特殊情況下應(yīng)實(shí)施背離輪機(jī)長的命令是必要的.In carrying out the following rules, off

He ensures that the engine department ra

4、tings assigned to his watch carry out their duties in a diligent and proper manner.5 值班輪機(jī)員主要職責(zé)是操作機(jī)械裝置的安全且處于良好狀態(tài)并確保船上人命安全、貨物、船舶和機(jī)器的安全。The main duty of the engineer on the watch is to operate the engine plant in a manner that ensures the safety of life onboard, the cargo, the vessel and the machinery.

5、 Revolutions and power setting indicated by the chief engineer must be maintained.6 船舶在海上時(shí)，輪機(jī)員值班地點(diǎn)是機(jī)艙，除非是輪機(jī)長同意，或其他輪機(jī)員接班，在任何情況下不得離開機(jī)艙，同時(shí)應(yīng)負(fù)責(zé)接聽電話和回應(yīng)車鐘。At sea the station of the engineer on watch is the engine room. He does not leave his station on any account, unless instructed to do so by the chief en

7、 trouble, breakdown or other defect of machinery .8 輪機(jī)員應(yīng)經(jīng)常檢查全部機(jī)艙設(shè)備、鍋爐和其他機(jī)械設(shè)備，在檢查時(shí)應(yīng)特別注意主、付機(jī)的一些儀表的讀數(shù)、軸承溫度等且使之處于良好的狀態(tài)。The engineer on watch shall make frequent inspections covering the engine room, boilers and auxiliary spaces within the engine room. When main these inspections, particular attention sh

He also informs his relief of any bearings or equipment that are or have been overheated, any existing defects of machinery, water or bunker tanks in use and any other pertinent information which will be of assistance to his rel
