樓板裂縫加固施工措施處理方案

1、樓板裂縫加固施工措施一、 工程概況根據(jù)青島建工學(xué)院工程鑒定加固中心于2002年3月26日出具的編號為JJ0203-02檢測鑒定報(bào)告，針對浮山所改造工程D12樓樓板底表面裂縫寬度0.3mm的貫通裂縫進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)膠灌縫處理。二、材料 結(jié)構(gòu)膠采用北京市中煤礦山工程有限公司生產(chǎn)的“金草田”牌JCT-8灌縫膠。三、 技術(shù)指標(biāo) 封縫膠：初凝時(shí)間為10-20分鐘，可灌膠時(shí)間為1-2小時(shí)。 灌逢膠：拉剪粘接強(qiáng)度（Mpa）壓縮強(qiáng)度（Mpa）正拉粘接強(qiáng)度（Mpa）適 用 期（min）10401445四、施工方法 1.裂縫基面處理：在裂縫發(fā)生的基體上，用鋼絲刷掃除松散層、灰層、污物等，后用壓縮空氣吹凈施工面，最后用水順

2、裂縫走向擦洗，待水跡干后施工。 2.設(shè)置灌膠嘴：灌膠嘴埋設(shè)的確定原則是，在裂縫較寬處、交錯(cuò)處、端處、裂縫貫穿處等部位必須設(shè)置灌膠嘴，灌膠嘴中心孔應(yīng)對準(zhǔn)裂縫處。灌膠嘴間距應(yīng)根據(jù)裂縫寬度的大小、走向及構(gòu)成的形式而確定，通常情況下間距應(yīng)在20cm左右；對于較寬裂縫（縫寬大于0.5mm）時(shí)，設(shè)置灌膠嘴間距為30-40cm，對于微細(xì)裂縫（縫寬小于0.2mm）時(shí)，間距10-15cm。將配置好的封縫膠（按A：B料重量比為100：0.5-2混合均勻）刮涂于灌膠嘴底座上，按設(shè)計(jì)位置粘貼于裂縫基面上，應(yīng)確保灌膠嘴中心孔對準(zhǔn)裂縫，避免封縫膠堵塞膠孔，否則將直接影響注縫質(zhì)量。 3.封縫處理：其目的在于使裂縫發(fā)生區(qū)構(gòu)成

3、一個(gè)封閉的空腔，保證灌縫膠注充填密實(shí)。將調(diào)配好的封縫膠刮涂于裂縫表面，寬度以2-3cm為宜，施工時(shí)應(yīng)保證刮實(shí)刮嚴(yán)，避免壓力注膠時(shí)跑膠、泄漏。 5.壓力注膠施工：將灌縫膠按A：B料重量比為4：1混合均勻（配比要嚴(yán)格計(jì)量），將配置好的膠裝入灌膠軟管中，用注膠器沿裂縫方向依次進(jìn)行灌注，如發(fā)現(xiàn)封縫不嚴(yán)，應(yīng)停止壓注并及時(shí)進(jìn)行封閉處理。觀察注膠情況：若膠體注入較快應(yīng)檢查是否有泄露處，并進(jìn)行相應(yīng)處理；如在同一點(diǎn)注膠時(shí)，若一次未注滿，可補(bǔ)膠后繼續(xù)進(jìn)行。灌注完成后，及時(shí)取下灌膠器，并用棉絲將灌膠嘴中心孔堵死，防止膠倒流，外溢。待裂縫內(nèi)膠初凝后（春季約34小時(shí)），拆除灌膠嘴并清除表面。施工完后，樓板上表面澆灌40
