深圳國(guó)際能源大廈建筑設(shè)計(jì)國(guó)際競(jìng)賽征選第一次答疑

1、深圳國(guó)際能源大廈建筑設(shè)計(jì)國(guó)際競(jìng)賽交流回復(fù)3rd Q&A for International Energy Tower Design Competition根據(jù)近日與多家設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)的交流，對(duì)有關(guān)問題集中回復(fù)如下：1、關(guān)于成果文件： About submissions:考慮到匿名參賽是國(guó)際上重要競(jìng)賽的普遍慣例，為保證國(guó)際競(jìng)賽的公正性，各設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)提交的成果文件必須按要求進(jìn)行標(biāo)記遮蓋密封，所有的成果文件須中英文對(duì)照。Considering sealed-bid is a common convention of international competition,in order to ensu

2、re the fairness, all submissions must be marked and sealed as required. All submitted documents would be in both Chinese and English.（1）圖冊(cè)均需嚴(yán)格按招標(biāo)文件補(bǔ)充資料要求進(jìn)行處理；除A3文本圖冊(cè)正本有簽章和蓋章以外，其它A3 文本圖冊(cè)副本、 A0展板、模型及CD光盤中均不能出現(xiàn)任何設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)的名稱、標(biāo)識(shí)等可識(shí)別物，否則視為廢標(biāo)。不安排設(shè)計(jì)單位講解，匯報(bào)演示文件以CD/DVD光盤提交，形式不作限定，設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)可自行選擇。考慮到評(píng)委組成，演示文件建議為英文配音和中文字

Except for the original copy of A3 design explanation and drawings should contain signatures and stamps as required, other copies of design explanation and drawings, A0 display boards, models and CD should not

4、 contain any names of design organization and marks. Otherwise the submissions will become invalid. There will not be personal presentations, but free-formed e-files of presentations submitted in DVD or CD. Considering the consist of jury, English audio with Chinese subtitle is highly recommended.（2

8、s no restrictions on whether build a corridor between two towers.3、關(guān)于建筑高度： About the height of the towers:用地規(guī)劃許可證要求雖限高為 250 米，但考慮到深圳市中心區(qū)整體規(guī)劃的要求，建議北塔約 180200 米、南塔約 80100 米。The height limit on the license of land planning is 250 meters, however, considering the urban plan of the CBD area, we suggest 1

9、80-200 meters for the north tower, and 80-100 meters for the south tower.4、關(guān)于停車位： About parking lot:停車位 1000 個(gè)不作強(qiáng)制性規(guī)定， 可根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)需求、造價(jià)等適當(dāng)減少，但建議在 800以上?？煽紤]部分車位用停車庫(kù)形式?？紤]部分停車位預(yù)留充電設(shè)施。1,000 parking spaces will not strictly required.
