1、設(shè)計計算<一>設(shè)計方案的確定本設(shè)計任務(wù)為分離甲醇-水混合物。對于二元混合物的分離,應(yīng)采用連續(xù)精餾流程。設(shè)計中采用泡點進(jìn)料,將原料液通過預(yù)加熱器至泡點后送入精餾塔內(nèi)。塔頂上升蒸汽采用全凝器冷凝,冷凝液在泡點下一部分回流至塔內(nèi),其余部分經(jīng)產(chǎn)品冷卻器冷卻后送至儲罐。該物系屬易分離系,最小回流比,故操作回流比取最小回流比的2倍。塔釜采用間接蒸汽加熱,塔底產(chǎn)品經(jīng)冷卻后送至儲罐。<二>精餾塔的物料衡算1、原料液及塔頂、塔底產(chǎn)品的摩爾分率甲醇的摩爾質(zhì)量 M甲醇=32.04kg/ kmol 水的摩爾質(zhì)量 M水=18.02kg/kmolXF= XD=XW=2、原料液及塔頂、塔底產(chǎn)品的平均

28、29-94)除沫器當(dāng)空塔氣速較大帶液現(xiàn)象嚴(yán)重,以及工藝過程中不許出塔氣速夾帶霧滴的情況下,設(shè)置除沫器,以減少液體夾帶損失,確保氣體純度,保證后續(xù)設(shè)備的正常操作。常用除沫器有折流板式除沫器,絲網(wǎng)除沫器以及程流除沫器。本設(shè)計采用絲網(wǎng)除沫器,其具有比面積大、質(zhì)量輕、空隙大及使用方便等優(yōu)點。設(shè)計氣速選?。海禂?shù)=0.107,除沫器直徑:吊柱塔徑D=800mm,可選用吊柱250Kg,S=600mm,L=3150mm,H=900mm,材料用A3裙座塔底采用裙座支撐,裙座的結(jié)構(gòu)性能好,連接處產(chǎn)生的局部阻力小,所用它是塔設(shè)備的主要支座形式,為了制作方便,一般采用圓筒形。由于裙座內(nèi)徑>800mm,故裙座壁
