1、1 引言機(jī)械制造工業(yè)是國民經(jīng)濟(jì)中一個(gè)十分重要的產(chǎn)業(yè),它為國民經(jīng)濟(jì)各部門科學(xué)研究、國防建設(shè)和人民生活提供各種技術(shù)裝備,在社會(huì)主義建設(shè)事業(yè)中起著中流砥柱的作用。從農(nóng)業(yè)機(jī)械到工業(yè)機(jī)械,從輕工業(yè)機(jī)械到重工業(yè)機(jī)械,從航空航天設(shè)備到機(jī)車車輛、汽車、船舶等設(shè)備,從機(jī)械產(chǎn)品到電子電器、儀表產(chǎn)品等,都必須有機(jī)械及其制造。閥也是有些設(shè)備中所不可缺少的,我們應(yīng)該了解閥的機(jī)械制造工藝過程才能把產(chǎn)品制造出來。閥廣泛運(yùn)用于機(jī)械行業(yè)中,在設(shè)計(jì)閥機(jī)械加工工藝過程時(shí)要合理選擇加工刀具,進(jìn)給量,切削速度、功率,扭矩提高加工精度,來提高閥加工精度,保證加工質(zhì)量。傳統(tǒng)的制造技術(shù)發(fā)展到了一個(gè)嶄新的階段。傳統(tǒng)制造不斷吸取機(jī)械、電子、信息

2、、能源及現(xiàn)代管理等技術(shù)成果,并將其綜合應(yīng)用于產(chǎn)品整個(gè)生命周期,稱為“市場-設(shè)計(jì)-制造-市場”的大的生產(chǎn)制造系統(tǒng)。在生產(chǎn)制造系統(tǒng)中,各個(gè)專業(yè)學(xué)科間不斷交叉、融合,其界限逐漸淡化甚至消失。用人單位根據(jù)市場要求需要高技能的數(shù)控編程技術(shù)人員,要成為一名合格的機(jī)械加工技術(shù)人員必須掌握機(jī)械制造工藝,能夠指定出合格的工藝規(guī)程和合格的數(shù)控程序,如何制定合理的加工路線和加工的參數(shù)直接影響著零件的加工質(zhì)量和效率及成本。本次設(shè)計(jì)就在于通過畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)培養(yǎng)我們能夠根據(jù)機(jī)械設(shè)備和零件的要求編制合理的加工工藝為以后從事機(jī)械加工的技術(shù)工作打下堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。本次課題是閥塊-控制(MD25-CZ18381-3-0)生產(chǎn)過程分析,通過

3、對它的合理分析從而制定合理的工藝方案,正確的裝夾方式,合理的加工順序及走刀路線,正確的刀具以及加工所用的設(shè)備。并且對其優(yōu)點(diǎn),存在的問題及市場前景做出準(zhǔn)確的判斷。通過這次實(shí)踐我可以對閥的工藝流程有更加深刻的了解,對合理選擇主軸轉(zhuǎn)速,切屑速度,被吃刀量等參數(shù)有更加理性的認(rèn)識(shí),對工裝的合理利用有了更廣泛的了解。在加工零件的時(shí)候每一次對刀,試切都是對自身能力的檢驗(yàn)。相信在自己的不斷努力下,我一定能夠很好的完成這次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)。使自己理論知識(shí)與實(shí)踐知識(shí)達(dá)到真正的統(tǒng)一。 2零件介紹及零件圖閥塊控制(MD25-CZ18381-3-0)是博士力士樂(常州)有限公司發(fā)給我們公司進(jìn)行加工的。它主要用于控制油路方面,它

4、要求外形尺寸200*200*230,材質(zhì)為45號(hào)鋼,重量為64.6kg,閥接觸面和法蘭接觸面表面粗糙度為0.8um,平面度0.01/100mm,閥塊表面鍍鉬,鍍層10um,分析其圖紙它需要做6個(gè)面。其圖紙如下:3. 工藝分析3.1 零件圖工藝分析 MD-25-CZ18381-3-0系列產(chǎn)品從圖紙上看需加工六個(gè)面,其圖不是我們平常所看到的三視圖,而是展開圖。要想很好的加工出這塊零件我們就的對圖紙進(jìn)行深刻的分析,了解其設(shè)計(jì)思路,對其尺寸公差,形位公差,技術(shù)要求有充分的了解。首先我們分析left面:如圖所示left面主要加工的是螺紋(M27*2,M14*1.5,M33*2,M22*1.5)和直徑為1

34、80G98G84Z-23.R3.F120.G80G00Z50.M303.2 工序和裝夾方式的確定工藝方案制定MD25-CZ18381-3-0閥塊經(jīng)過上面的介紹對其零件圖有了充分的認(rèn)識(shí),對零件的尺寸公差,形位公差,技術(shù)要求有了更理性的認(rèn)識(shí),相信經(jīng)過上面的分析我會(huì)根據(jù)分析結(jié)果制定出合適的加工工序方案。1. 由于博士力士樂提供給我們的原材料不規(guī)格,上下余量太大,而且六個(gè)面都不垂直,所以在加工零件之前我們需要將原材料銑成統(tǒng)一的尺寸。2. 在分析產(chǎn)品的六個(gè)面時(shí)我發(fā)現(xiàn)left面螺紋孔較多,工序較復(fù)雜,所以我們決定先將left先做了。Left面上有兩個(gè)M33*2,M14*1.5以及M27*2和M22*1.5

35、螺紋需要加工。在做這些螺紋孔之前我們需要將直徑為12.0,16.0,22.0,26.0等孔做到位,還需將直徑為12.5,20.5,25,31.0的螺紋底孔做到位,在利用10mm銑刀銑出直徑為25.0,34.0,42.0,47.0的槽,然后再倒角攻絲3. 做完left面以后我們可以找兩塊等高塊做front或back面,經(jīng)過我們商量覺的先做back面合適,因?yàn)檫@個(gè)面打通12.5的孔后還要用鉆頭鉆出一個(gè)槽出來。在查出模版圖搞清楚位置和孔大小后可以加工了。只不過在攻絲的時(shí)候要特別小心,以防絲攻斷在工件里面。4. 做front面像38.0的孔就不要加工到位,因?yàn)榭赡苡捎阢@頭磨損會(huì)造成機(jī)床報(bào)警,在加工時(shí)只
