1、云南保山矽卡巖型銅鉛鋅共生礦選礦中間試驗(yàn)王曉慧梁友偉張麗軍(中國地質(zhì)科學(xué)院礦產(chǎn)綜合利用研究所,中國地質(zhì)調(diào)查局金屬礦產(chǎn)資源綜合利用技術(shù)研究中心四川成都 610041)摘要:在選礦中間試驗(yàn)條件下,對(duì)云南保山地區(qū)矽卡巖型銅鉛鋅共生礦進(jìn)行了浮選試驗(yàn)研究,取得了較好的選礦指標(biāo)。中間試驗(yàn)選礦指標(biāo)為:銅精礦銅品位18.57%,回收率78.04%;鉛精礦鉛品位67.37%,鉛回收率58.26% ;鋅品位49.11%,鋅回收率88.57%。為開發(fā)該礦提供了選礦技術(shù)依據(jù)。關(guān)鍵詞:矽卡巖型;銅鉛鋅共生礦;浮選;中間試驗(yàn)中圖分類號(hào):TD923 ; TD954 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)志碼:A 文章編號(hào):1000-6532( 2016)

2、04-00云南保山地區(qū)矽卡巖型銅鉛鋅共生礦選礦中間試驗(yàn)采用的選礦工藝流程是在小型試驗(yàn)室試驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上1-6,經(jīng)過連續(xù)擴(kuò)大試驗(yàn)進(jìn)一步改進(jìn),最終確定的一段磨礦-銅鉛混浮-混浮尾礦選鋅-混浮精礦銅鉛分離-分離尾礦搖床選鉛的原則工藝流程。1選礦中間試驗(yàn)選礦中間試驗(yàn)分為個(gè)別設(shè)備的單機(jī)調(diào)試、連續(xù)調(diào)試,穩(wěn)定運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)三個(gè)階段。中間試驗(yàn)處理量為60kg/h,在連續(xù)調(diào)試后,穩(wěn)定運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)72h( 9班),取樣分析計(jì)算每個(gè)班的試驗(yàn)指標(biāo),并在穩(wěn)定運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)期進(jìn)行流程考察。1.1礦樣所取中間試驗(yàn)礦樣經(jīng)過兩段顎式開路破碎機(jī)破碎后再經(jīng)過輥破碎機(jī)與篩分形成三段一閉路破碎流程,最終經(jīng)過篩分機(jī)控制產(chǎn)品粒度-2mm并混勻。試驗(yàn)原礦樣化學(xué)分析結(jié)果見表

14、e7 The con diti on of sedime ntatio n test尾礦干礦/g礦漿濃度/%量筒容積/mL沉降高度/mm壓縮層/mm壓縮層礦漿濃度/%23019.49100031030018.66從圖4看出,浮選尾礦沉降完全大約需要40min,沉降速度較慢。3結(jié)論(1 )選礦中間試驗(yàn)穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行 9個(gè)班,共計(jì)72 h,處理原礦量4.32 t;磨礦細(xì)度為-0.074 mm占85%。 試驗(yàn)指標(biāo)為:原礦中 Cu含量0.58%、Pb含量0.74%、Zn含量2.98% ;銅精礦中Cu含量18.57%、 回收率78.04% ;鉛精礦中Pb含量67.37%、回收率58.26% ;鋅精礦中Zn含量
