2、景的簡(jiǎn)述。接著介紹了注塑模的整個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)流程，分析塑件、選取注射機(jī)并作出部分參數(shù)的校核，然后是注塑模的整體設(shè)計(jì)，包括成型塑件幾何形狀和尺寸的成型部分及其零部件設(shè)計(jì)、澆注系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)、排溢與引氣系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)、溫度調(diào)節(jié)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)、脫模機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)以及模架設(shè)計(jì)。本文利用斜導(dǎo)柱和活動(dòng)型芯完成塑件上側(cè)向凹孔的抽芯動(dòng)作，凹孔耳座的脫出由組合斜滑塊完成。最終完成了賽豹車組合儀表罩單型腔注塑模設(shè)計(jì)，使理論與工程實(shí)際緊密結(jié)合。關(guān)鍵詞：注塑模；冷卻系統(tǒng)；澆注系統(tǒng)；側(cè)向抽芯機(jī)構(gòu)；斜滑塊 AbstractWith the plastic industry swift and violent development, the

Next, the whole design process of injection mould is introduced, that is, analysis plastic part, choose injection machine with some of its parameters being checked so as to satisfy design demands, then the injection mould overall design
