Next figure is the pattern of structure.3.1.1 傳動(dòng)部分The drive part臥式電機(jī)、直交軸齒輪減速器及聯(lián)軸器等組成，電機(jī)通過(guò)彈性聯(lián)軸器（或皮帶輪）水平安裝在減速器中心平面上，整個(gè)傳動(dòng)裝置安置在傳動(dòng)支架上。減速器的潤(rùn)滑采用浸油潤(rùn)滑。Drive part composed motor,speed reducer and so on and it installed on the drive trestle

6、table.3.1.2 回轉(zhuǎn)部分The rotated part回轉(zhuǎn)體由臥式電機(jī)通過(guò)臥式減速器直接驅(qū)動(dòng)，為了軸承的密封和防止立軸的磨損，在主軸外設(shè)有主軸套，并在主軸套外表面粘接耐磨瓷磚。為了保證工作的平穩(wěn)性，回轉(zhuǎn)體已經(jīng)進(jìn)行動(dòng)平衡試驗(yàn)。The horizontal motor drive the rotated part by the retarder . Active balance test is performed to assure the balance of work.3.1.3 殼體部分The shell part殼體部分是由鋼板和型鋼焊成的焊接件。殼體上設(shè)有人孔和檢修孔，以便維護(hù)和檢修。殼體內(nèi)部在圓周?chē)较蜓b有均勻間隔的導(dǎo)流葉片，便選粉空氣均勻地進(jìn)入選粉室，導(dǎo)流葉片采用耐磨材料。The shell part is welded with steel plate and formed steel. The manhole and access hole is desi

8、gned for maintenance or overhaul. There are even distribution guide vanes on the circumference inside the shell part, so separating air can enter separating room equably. The guide vane is made of wear-resisting material.3.1.4 潤(rùn)滑系統(tǒng)The lubricant system本系統(tǒng)采用潤(rùn)滑脂進(jìn)行潤(rùn)滑，設(shè)有干油泵，定期向主軸的軸承供潤(rùn)滑脂，對(duì)主軸軸承進(jìn)行潤(rùn)滑。具體的供潤(rùn)滑脂

9、管路見(jiàn)附錄一The lubricant system is acted by lubricant grease. The thin oil pump adds lubricant grease to bearing of the main shaft bearing. 3.2 工作原理Working Principle粉磨后的物料隨磨內(nèi)氣體，從殼體下部進(jìn)氣口進(jìn)入殼體，在沿殼體上升過(guò)程中，由于氣流速度的減慢，大量的粗粉沉積下來(lái)，由殼體排料口排出。含大量細(xì)粉的氣體經(jīng)過(guò)一定角度的固定導(dǎo)風(fēng)葉片及轉(zhuǎn)子的格板形成渦流，物料受氣流作用分成粗粉、細(xì)粉?？窟@種獨(dú)特的結(jié)構(gòu)使物料能得到多次重復(fù)分選，而每次分選都是根

10、據(jù)明確的力的平衡來(lái)完成，即在轉(zhuǎn)子與殼體之間形成一個(gè)均衡穩(wěn)定的水平旋渦流，使物料在選粉區(qū)停留時(shí)間相當(dāng)長(zhǎng)，更便于保證選粉細(xì)度，提高選粉效率，提高整個(gè)煤磨系統(tǒng)的產(chǎn)量。The grinding powders enter the bottom of the shell part with the separating air. The air speed will reduce as it rise in the shell part, where the coarse particles are aggradated and discharged through the hopper. The se

11、parating air with much finer particles forms a vortex when pass by the rotor and guide vane with a slope, hence the particles are classified into fine and coarse. The particles can be classified repeatedly using this structure, and every classification is completed by the balance of certain forces.

12、It is to say the equable and steady plane vortex, formed between the rotor and shell, keeps the particles stay longer, in order to ensure the fine size, the high efficiency, and the output of the whole grinding system.4.安裝與試運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)Installation and trial running4.1 安裝Installation4.1.1 安裝前的準(zhǔn)備preparation fo

13、r installation4.1.1.1使用單位根據(jù)制造廠提供的產(chǎn)品安裝圖紙熟悉產(chǎn)品性能、結(jié)構(gòu)、使用等要求。User must familiarize the characteristics,structure,using and so on base on the product installation drawing which provide by maker.4.1.1.2使用單位根據(jù)產(chǎn)品裝箱清單逐一開(kāi)箱檢查，選粉機(jī)所屬的零部件是否齊全，并檢查零部件有否碰傷和損壞。Please check the detailed list of goods clearly to ensure t

18、平面度±2mm之內(nèi)。Adjust all group of pad to make the shell horizontal.The plane degree of up-plan and water level of down-shell should not exceed 2mm.4.1.4.4殼體最后固定好后，將墊片和墊塊點(diǎn)焊在一起。Spot welde the pad and heel together after shell have been fixed.4.1.4.5將圖五所示部分的上殼體與別的部分分開(kāi)，保證除去上殼體的另外部分的相關(guān)位置不改變。將上殼體安裝在下殼體上。

25、nstallation of speed reducer.(figure8)4.1.8.1調(diào)整減速器的方位，對(duì)準(zhǔn)定位的銷(xiāo)孔，在傳動(dòng)支架上放置減速器。Adjust the position of speed reducer and aim locating hole of pin,take speed reducer to drive support.4.1.8.2裝入定位銷(xiāo)，用螺栓固定機(jī)座和支架。 Insert locating pin and fix support and machine base by bolt.4.1.8.3以立軸的半聯(lián)軸器為準(zhǔn)，調(diào)校減速器中心用精度為0.01mm的測(cè)微

26、儀和厚度規(guī)測(cè)量二半聯(lián)軸器的端面偏差和徑向偏差。Adjust the center of speed reducer,measure the end plane tolerance and radial tolerance by measurement with precision is 0.01mm.The standard of this measurement is half couping of vertical shaft.i A-B0.15mm之內(nèi)A-B within 0.15mm ii O在0.20mm之內(nèi)O within 0.20mm4.1.8.4中心校準(zhǔn)后，將定位銷(xiāo)裝入減速器和

27、底座，并用螺栓固定。Insert locating pin between speed reducer and lampstand and fix it by bolt after center have been adjusted.4.1.9 管道Piping erection4.1.9.1安裝之前，所有管道內(nèi)部須經(jīng)干凈的壓縮空氣清洗。All of the piping should be washing by clean compressed air before install.4.1.9.2按照?qǐng)D中的潤(rùn)滑脂進(jìn)出口，純凈空氣進(jìn)口的方向安裝管道。Install piping accordi

31、接螺栓。Check up and tight link bolt4.2.7負(fù)荷試運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)Trial running under load 無(wú)負(fù)荷運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)合格后，才可進(jìn)行負(fù)荷試運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，加載程序可按磨機(jī)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)計(jì)劃進(jìn)行。Only trial running without load is eligible, does trial running under load can be carried on, working procedure according to plan of grinding.負(fù)荷運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)中除滿足無(wú)負(fù)荷試運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)要求外，需滿足下列要求：During trial running under load

42、掉管路。Dismantle pipelines5. 6.3將傳動(dòng)裝置拆下。Dismantle drive device5. 6.4將軸和軸轂套連同上殼體部分一起與下錐體拆開(kāi)。露出轉(zhuǎn)子部分。Separate shaft, shaft cover and up-shell from down-shell to show rotor.5. 6.5用千斤頂或其他裝置支撐軸、軸轂套和上殼體部分，拆掉主鎖緊螺母。Use jack or other device to support the shaft,shaft cover and up-shell to unlock locknut.5. 6.6拆下主

43、軸套上部法蘭同支座的連接螺栓。Dismantle connecting bolts between flange on main shaft casing and support.5. 6.7拆下主軸套的下部后蓋可將廢潤(rùn)滑脂倒出。Remove back cover on the lower part of main shaft casing, and pour oil out5. 6.8拆下主軸聯(lián)軸器及壓蓋可抽出軸進(jìn)行檢修。Take apart coupling and gland on main shaft, and draw out the shaft to overhaul.檢修主要內(nèi)容：Main programs of overhauling:a. 各軸承磨損情況，清除軸承內(nèi)油渣，進(jìn)行必要的更換。Check abrasion of bearings, clean bearings and oil sludge in the shaft casing. If necessary, some parts should be changed.b. 各連接處的密封及軸承的油封磨損，注意油封的兩唇間用鋰基潤(rùn)滑脂充滿，絕不可用鈣基潤(rùn)滑脂。Check seals at every connecting part,
