A multi -objective reactive power voltage optimal control model considering transition process is proposed ，which intelligently sections the transition process ，dynamically estimates the load change direction ，and uses the intelligent -domination

11、 parallel algorithm to more precisely carry out the optimal control of the grid active power loss ，the voltage fluctuation caused by control equipment operation and the system voltage stability load margin change caused by load variation. The better performance of optimal control with proposed model is verified by the simulations for the IEEE 30-bus model and an actual system model. This work is supported by th
