1、船舶輪機(jī)設(shè)備操作須知Instruction for operation of ship engine1.主機(jī)Main engine1.1.航前備車Stand by main engine before sailing滑油系統(tǒng)的準(zhǔn)備Preparation for lube oil system1.1.1.檢查循環(huán)柜滑油油位是否在正常位置。Check oil level in main engine lubricating oil circulating tank.1.1.1.1.起動主機(jī)油泵,檢查機(jī)油系統(tǒng)壓力警報器和溫度自動調(diào)節(jié)器是否處于正常位置。Start up main engine lub
2、e oil pump, check engine oil system pressure alarm and automatic temperature controller in normal condition.1.1.2.冷卻水系統(tǒng)準(zhǔn)備Preparation for water cooling system1.1.2.1.檢查膨脹水位是否正常將暖缸(熱機(jī)閥轉(zhuǎn)回后,起動氣缸冷卻水泵應(yīng)檢查壓力,警報和自動調(diào)溫器是否正常并起動水泵。Check the level in FW expansion tank. After changing over the warming jacket valve
3、, start up jacket cooling water pump and check pressure, alarm and automatic temperature controller, then start water pump.1.1.2.2.設(shè)有獨立油頭冷卻系統(tǒng)的,要檢查其膨脹柜液位,壓力警報,自動調(diào)溫器是否正常,起動其冷卻泵。If independent fuel valve cooling system is equipped, check the level of expansion tank, pressure alarm, automatic temperatur
4、e controller, then start cooling pump.1.1.2.3.檢查冷卻海水系統(tǒng)各閥是否在正常位置(海水泵可待溫度升高后才起動。Check various valves of seawater cooling system is in normal position or not. (Seawater pump can be started only after temperature increases.1.1.3.燃油系統(tǒng)的準(zhǔn)備Preparation for fuel system1.1.3.1.檢查柴油日用柜油位,放出殘水,檢查燃油系統(tǒng)各閥是處于正常位置。Ch
5、eck oil level of diesel oil service tank and drain off the residual water. Check various valve of fuel system is operational.1.1.3.2.起動燃油增壓泵,檢查系統(tǒng)壓力警報是否正常。必要時放掉主機(jī)油頭空氣。Start up fuel booster pump, check system pressure alarm. If necessary, should vent from fuel valves.1.1.4.起動空氣系統(tǒng)的準(zhǔn)備Preparation for sta
6、rting air system1.1.4.1.檢查主起動伐及缸頭起動閥,是否靈活并加滑油。Check main starting valve and cylinder head starting valves for normal operation and oiling.1.1.4.2.檢查空氣壓力,放掉空氣瓶內(nèi)的殘水并檢查其壓力警報是否處于正常狀態(tài)。Check air pressure and drain off water from air bottle. Check pressure alarm in normal state or not.1.1.4.3.檢查空氣壓縮機(jī)及有關(guān)閥門,
7、是否正常(機(jī)動操縱時,一般用兩臺空氣壓縮機(jī)供氣。Check air compressor and related valve normal or not. (When maneuvering, generally two air compressors to be put into use1.1.4.4.打開空氣瓶的出口閥和通往主機(jī)的空氣閥。Open the outlet valve of air bottle and air valve to main engine.1.1.4.5.打開自動控制系統(tǒng)的空氣閥,并檢查各控制空氣壓力,及其警報是否正常(如用液壓控制,即檢查其有關(guān)閥門起動液壓泵,并
8、檢查其壓力警報是否正常。Open the air valve of auto-control system, check various air pressure and related alarm. (If hydraulic control is used, check related valve, start hydraulic pump and check related hydraulic alarm.1.1.4.6.檢查通往氣笛系統(tǒng)的空氣閥是否開啟。Check air valve to the air whistle in open.1.1.4.7.檢查增壓器透平油泵,查看增壓器的
9、油位情況。Check turbo-charger lube oil pump, check oil levels of turbo-charger.1.1.5.按照操作規(guī)程,起動備用發(fā)電機(jī)并電使用,保證機(jī)動操縱時所需的電量(機(jī)動操縱時,一般用兩臺發(fā)電機(jī)供電。As operation regulations, start the stand by generator and parallel so that should ensure enough power when maneuvering. (When maneuvering, normally use two generators to
10、supply power 1.1.6.起動舵機(jī)油泵,并與駕駛臺校對舵角。Start steering gear oil pump. Check with bridge for rudder angle.1.1.7.盤車Turn engine1.1.7.1.檢查確認(rèn)軸系的氣缸頭等部位無障礙,各導(dǎo)門已關(guān)緊,并打開各缸示功閥。Check the shafting and cylinder head. And the access doors is closed. Open the indicator valves.1.1.7.2.搭上盤車機(jī)盤車(最好將主機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)2轉(zhuǎn)以上檢查主機(jī)和軸系是否靈活。Engag
11、e the turning gear turn the main engine over 2 revolutions. Check main engine and shafting is flexible or not.1.1.7.3.確認(rèn)主機(jī)和軸系靈活后,脫開盤車機(jī),捶上止動銷。After confirm main engine and shafting flexible, disconnect turning gear, insert the safety pin.1.1.8.沖車和試車(活車Start the engine on air briefly and a brief trial
12、 on power1.1.8.1.沖車(沖車的目的主要是檢查和吹走氣缸雜質(zhì)、殘水和積油,以及檢查起動的換向系統(tǒng)的動作是否正常步驟是:檢查關(guān)閉掃氣箱放水考克。再次檢查確認(rèn),廢氣透平和缸頭處無障礙物,示功閥已開啟。通知駕駛臺,檢查船尾和舷梯外,有無礙物,確保那些部位無障礙。搖車鐘“正車”到駕駛臺,取得駕駛臺的“正車”回令。派人到氣缸頭附近觀察。搖車鐘到駕駛臺,要求“倒車”,得到“倒車”回令后,用手柄或手輪或按鈕進(jìn)行“換向”和“倒車”,沖車。若無發(fā)現(xiàn)異常情況,則可關(guān)閉示功閥。Start the engine on air briefly (Start the engine on air briefl
13、y is to check and clean impurity, waste water, oil dust in cylinder. Check exchange system normal or not. Process as follow,-Check and close the drain cocks of scavenging box-Confirm again exhaust turbine and cylinder heads no obstacle, indicator valves have been opened.-Inform bridge to check and e
14、nsure no obstacle besides aster and gangway.-Switch engine telegraph to Forward, get the Forward repeated order from bridge.-Assigned crew to observe near cylinder heads.-Ring Astern, get the Astern followed up from bridge. Use hand shank, hand wheel or button to reversing and Astern, run engine. If
15、 everything is normal, close the indicator valve.1.1.8.2.試車(試車的目的,是進(jìn)一步檢查起動和換向系統(tǒng)工作的可靠性,以及燃油系統(tǒng)工作是否正常步驟是:檢查并調(diào)整調(diào)速器處于所需位置。用手柄或按鈕(加燃油“倒車”試車(因沖車時機(jī)器在倒車方向,故可直接倒車試車緩慢轉(zhuǎn)幾轉(zhuǎn)后把機(jī)器停下。搖車鐘“正車”到駕駛臺,得到“正車”回令后,進(jìn)行“換向”正車,起動動轉(zhuǎn),緩慢轉(zhuǎn)幾轉(zhuǎn)后,把機(jī)器停下,并搖車鐘“停車”駕駛臺,得到回令后,如果各種情況都有正常,則可用電話告知駕駛臺主機(jī)準(zhǔn)備完畢。A brief trial on power (A brief trial o
16、n power is to check work dependability of start and exchange system. And check fuel system is normal or not. Process as follow,-Check and adjust speed governor to proper location.-Use hand shank or button to test engine astern (Because engine is in astern when running engine, test engine astern imme
17、diately. Turn a few times slowly and stop engine.-Telegraph forward, get the followed up forward from bridge, switch to forward, test engine, t urn a few times slowly and stop engine. Telegraph stop engine, get the repeated order from bridge, if everything is normal, should inform bridge by telephon
18、e engine stand by is ready.1.2.手動操作Manual operation1.2.1.當(dāng)接到車鐘“備車”時,如果主機(jī)確實已備妥可用,機(jī)倉即可回車鐘“備車”表示主機(jī)隨時都可操縱使用。這時值班輪機(jī)員就要集中精力在操縱臺前等侯操縱。并派人準(zhǔn)備做好車鐘記錄以及注意保持空氣瓶的壓力。When receive engine telegraph stand by, if main engine stand by is ready, may reply engine telegraph stand by that shows main engine can operate at a
19、ny moment. At this time, duty engineer should pay attention to maneuvering panel to wait for maneuvering. And assign crew to be prepare for recording engine telegraph and heed to keep the pressure of air bottle.1.2.2.操縱方法因機(jī)型不同而異,但基本程序大同小異。Maneuvering way is different due to different main engine, bu
20、t the basic procedure is similar.1.2.2.1.當(dāng)駕駛臺來車鐘要車時,機(jī)倉即將車鐘轉(zhuǎn)到相同“車令”位置如果主機(jī)已在所需的“車向”停著撥回“車令”后則可直接沖車起動運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn);如果主機(jī)在所需“車向”的反方向停著,把車鐘撥到所需“車向”位置后,先要進(jìn)行“換向”,然后進(jìn)行起動運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。When telegraph is ringing, follow up the telegraph to sa me telegraph order position. If engine telegraph is already in the same course, reply teleg
21、raph order, run engine and start and run immediately. If engine telegraph is in the opposite course, after switch engine telegraph to needed engine course, first exchange course, then run engine and start and run.1.2.2.2.起動運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)的操作大概是這樣的:當(dāng)操作手輪移到“起動”位置。聽到機(jī)器沖動聲音和車速表轉(zhuǎn)動時,迅速把手柄或手輪(包括燃油油門移至“運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)”位置,然后按所需車速調(diào)節(jié)油門
22、。Start and run: Operate M/E maneuver unit to start. When hear machine running sound and speedometer runs, immediately shift hand shank or hand wheel (including fuel accelerograph to run, then adjust accelerogragh as demand.1.2.3.操縱時,油門不宜加得過急過大,以免造成爆燃或超負(fù)荷。During maneuvering, no too much or too fast f
23、or accelerograph, prevent deflagration or overload.1.2.4.操縱過程中,要時刻注意各種可能發(fā)生的異常情況,如強(qiáng)振或爆炸等,并針對具體情況作出相應(yīng)的處理。During maneuvering, heed various abnormal conditions such as strong swing or deflagration. Should handle them according to specific condition.1.3.航行中的管理Management in navigation1.3.1.當(dāng)駕駛臺給“定速”后,緩慢地將
24、主機(jī)開到比“海上轉(zhuǎn)速”低(510%的車速。When bridge orders Ring off engines, should slowly run main engine to th e RPM which is lower 5 to 10 percent than revolution at sea.1.3.2.加至上述車速后,值班輪機(jī)員應(yīng)巡視主、副機(jī)等機(jī)電設(shè)備進(jìn)行一次全面檢查。When get to above mentioned RPM, duty engineer should check overall main engine, auxiliary engines etc.1.3
25、.3.緩慢地將主機(jī)油門加至“海上車速”,然后值班輪機(jī)員再一次全面檢查各主副機(jī)等機(jī)電設(shè)備情況,并正式投入正常航行。Slowly raise main engine accelerograph to revolution at sea, duty engineer should check overall again main engine, auxiliary engine, then normal sail.1.3.4.如電量足夠,可停掉一臺發(fā)電機(jī),用另一臺發(fā)電機(jī)供電航行。If power enough, may stop one generator, sail with another ge
26、nerator.1.3.5.正常航行的管理Management in normal navigation1.3.5.1.每隔一小時按交接班巡回檢查規(guī)定范圍全面檢查一次,發(fā)現(xiàn)不正常現(xiàn)象及時處理或報告輪機(jī)長。The tour inspection must be carried out at the interval of an hour as the scope of handing over the watch, any abnormal findings to be dealt with in time and reported to chief engineer.1.3.5.2.調(diào)節(jié)并保持
27、各種有關(guān)參數(shù)在規(guī)定范圍內(nèi)。Adjust and keep various parameters in the requirement range.1.3.5.3.定時向人工加油部位加潤滑油。Oil to the manual oil filling ports at regular intervals1.3.5.4.每隔兩小時,檢查并記錄各有關(guān)參數(shù)一次。At intervals of two hours, check and record parameters.1.3.5.5.按航行值班規(guī)定的職責(zé)范圍,做好上述以外的其他工作。As the scope of navigation duty, d
28、o well other works besides above mentioned.1.4.完車停航Finished with engine1.4.1.接到駕駛臺的“完車”命令后,將車鐘推至“完車”位置,并去電話給駕駛臺詢問:短時間完車還是較長時間完車,然后根據(jù)具體情況作出相應(yīng)的處理。When receive Finished with engine order from bridge, follow engine telegraph to Finished with engine. Call to bridge to check engine stop for a long time or
29、 for a short time. Operate accordingly.1.4.2.如果是短時間完車等侯“引水”或“聯(lián)檢”,即可只做下列工作。If engine stop for a short time such as waiting for pilot or joint inspect, process as follow,1.4.2.1.關(guān)閉起動空氣。Close starting air.1.4.2.2.關(guān)閉海水泵。Stop the seawater pump.1.4.3.如果較長時間完車(即近期不用車,則需按“完全”完車的要求,做好下列工作。If engine stop for
30、a long time, should operate as full engine stop.1.4.3.1.關(guān)閉起動空氣。Close starting air.1.4.3.2.關(guān)閉控制空氣或關(guān)閉液壓控制系統(tǒng)。Close control air or hydraulic control system.1.4.3.3.關(guān)閉海水泵、油頭冷卻泵、鍋爐循環(huán)泵和尾軸泵和尾軸油泵。Stop the seawater pump, fuel valve cooling pump, boiler circulating pump, stern tube LO pump.1.4.3.4.打開各缸示功閥和掃氣箱油
31、閥。Open the indicator valves and the drain valves of the scavenge air box.1.4.3.5.關(guān)閉一臺空氣壓縮機(jī)Switch off one air compressor.1.4.3.6.根據(jù)具體情況,按操作規(guī)程關(guān)閉一臺電機(jī)Stop one generator according to the load condition.1.5.主機(jī)和應(yīng)急操作時,應(yīng)注意:When main engine emergency operation, attention,1.5.1.進(jìn)港前對主機(jī)進(jìn)行試車,檢查主機(jī)的起動和換向性能以確保主機(jī)用車。M
32、/E to be carried out a trial, check starting and reversing functions in good condition.1.5.2.增開另一部發(fā)電機(jī),并電運(yùn)行。One stand by generator to be started and parallelled1.5.3.主機(jī)換輕油確保機(jī)動性。Main engine to be changed FO over to diesel oil to ensure maneuverability.1.5.4.加強(qiáng)對空壓機(jī),空氣瓶管理。Strengthen management for air c
33、ompressed machine and air bottle.1.5.5.加強(qiáng)對油、水管理,保持壓力與溫度的穩(wěn)定。Strengthen management for oil and water. Keep stability of pressure and temperature.1.5.6.海底閥應(yīng)用高位。High sea chest to be put into use1.5.7.如屬操縱系統(tǒng)損壞,應(yīng)用機(jī)旁操縱系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行操縱。If remote control system found in trouble, operate M/E from the local control cons
34、ole.1.5.8.正確執(zhí)行駕駛臺發(fā)出的操作指令。并正確記錄。Implement order from bridge accurately, entries telegraph record book accordingly.1.6.主機(jī)故障時的應(yīng)急使用Emergency operation when failure of main engine當(dāng)機(jī)械設(shè)備發(fā)生故障時,應(yīng)根據(jù)說明書的要求及實際情況采取正確的應(yīng)急轉(zhuǎn)換,應(yīng)急操縱等措施進(jìn)行正確操作,以保證船、機(jī)和人身安全。When being failure of mechanical equipment, should as instruction
35、 book and actual condition implement emergency exchange, emergency maneuvering etc. to ensure safety of ship, machine and life.1.6.1.當(dāng)機(jī)械故障不能執(zhí)行駕駛臺命令時,輪機(jī)長應(yīng)立即通知駕駛員并報告船長,并將故障時間和情況記入輪機(jī)日記。如需停車、應(yīng)先征得船長同意,但若重要機(jī)件損壞等嚴(yán)重威脅主機(jī)安全時,輪機(jī)長可先停車,后報告船長。When order from bridge can not be carried out due to failure of machine
36、ry, chief engineer should inform duty officer and report to captain. Meantime record failure time and condition in engine log book. If engine stop is needed, should get approval of captain. If important parts are damaged to threat main engine, chief engineer can first stop engine, then report to cap
37、tain.1.6.2.在接到船長命令時,如發(fā)現(xiàn)執(zhí)行該命令時,將引起機(jī)電設(shè)備損壞,輪機(jī)長應(yīng)將可能引起后果告知船長,然后按船長經(jīng)過考慮后的指示執(zhí)行,輪機(jī)長應(yīng)將上述情況詳細(xì)記入輪機(jī)日記,船長也應(yīng)將經(jīng)過情況記入航海日記。If implementing captains order will damage electronic equipment, chief engineer should report it to captain and implement the last order of captain. Chief engineer should record details in engin

Captain also should record it in log book.1.6.3.柴油機(jī)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)中,下列情況應(yīng)立即停車。During diesel engine running, should stop engine immediately if meet follows,1.6.3.1.柴油機(jī)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)已危及人身安全時。Diesel engine running threats life safety.1.6.3.2.滑油、燃油管破裂,大量油類外泄,造成污染并危及柴油機(jī)安全時。Lubricant pipe and fuel pipe are broken, ple
39、nty of oil are leaked, make pollution, threat safety of diesel engine.1.6.3.3.曲柄箱、掃氣箱爆炸時。Crankcase or scavenging box explodes.1.6.3.4.確認(rèn)柴油機(jī)將引起重大事故時。Ensure diesel engine will make serious accident.1.6.3.5.停車后15分鐘,將曲柄箱溫度下降時方可小心地打開曲柄箱道門,進(jìn)行檢查。After stop engine for 15 minutes, decrease the temperature of
40、 crankcase, open the access doors of crankcase and check.1.6.3.6.無法修復(fù),或船舶需運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時,可采用應(yīng)急操縱系統(tǒng)操縱,單缸停油或封缸等措施維持航行。When beyond repair occurs, and M/E must be running ,emergency operation to be taken, stop fuel oil injection of one cylinder or stop one cylinder fire to keep M/E running.1.7.主機(jī)透平增壓器的應(yīng)急措施Emergenc
41、y measure for main engine turbo-charger主機(jī)透平增壓器在運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)過程中發(fā)生振動、損壞而無法使用時,應(yīng)根據(jù)說明書,用專用工具進(jìn)行處理,應(yīng)急措施如下:When M/E T/C found abnormal vibration or damage to make it can not be used, should handle it as instruction book by specific tools. Emergency measures as follow,1.7.1.鎖住轉(zhuǎn)子(具體操作見各機(jī)型的說明書Lock rotor (operation as s
42、pecific instruction book1.7.2.拆除轉(zhuǎn)子、安裝封閉設(shè)備(具體操作作見各機(jī)型的說明書。Dismantle rotor, install seal set. (operation as specific instruction book1.7.3.采取上述兩種措施,應(yīng)保持渦殼中的冷卻水暢通,但要切斷滑油的供應(yīng)。同時,降低柴油機(jī)的負(fù)荷,使排溫不要超負(fù)荷,并開動電動鼓風(fēng)機(jī)或利用活塞掃氣泵供氣同時將損壞的幾個缸油量調(diào)低防止另一臺增壓器喘振而損壞。When implement above mentioned two ways, should keep cooling water
43、 in volute smoothly, andcut off lube oil supply. Meantime lower the load of diesel engine and make discharge temperature no overload, turn on motor-driven blower or piston scavenging pump to supply air. Meantime lower oil volume of damaged cylinder to prevent another T/C from damaging due to surge.1
44、.8.尾軸油封泄漏時的應(yīng)急措施Emergency measures when tail shaft seals leakage尾軸油封泄漏,內(nèi)漏及外漏兩種。Tail shaft seal leakage include inner leakage and outer leakage1.8.1.水潤滑的軸承泄漏時,應(yīng)密切注意泄漏的情況,及時排水,防止機(jī)倉內(nèi)進(jìn)水過多,同時可向船頭壓水或排出尾部壓載水或淡水減少尾部吃水和進(jìn)水量。If water lubricated bearing seal leaks, should heed leakage condition, discharge the wa
45、ter in time, prevent too much water in engine room. Meantime may ballast in bow or discharge ballast water or fresh water in astern to decrease aft draft and input water quantity.1.8.2.油潤滑的軸承密封漏油。Oil lubricated bearing seal leaks(以SIMPLEX密封裝置為例當(dāng)前軸封漏油時,可以切斷供油管路,用人工加油(每二十分鐘一升油左右的方式保證密封件潤滑,若是尾軸封漏油時,首先注
46、意漏油量避免對海上造成大量的污染,將重力油柜從高位轉(zhuǎn)到低位,減少船舶的尾吃水量,用人工加油方式保持潤滑,同時應(yīng)注意尾軸的溫度,必要時可適當(dāng)降低主機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速,待抵港后再處理。(SIMPLEX seal as example When fore seal leaks, cut off oil supply pipe. Manual supply oil (one liter every 20 minutes to keep seal parts lubricated. When tail shaft seal leaks, first notice not to pollute sea, transf
47、er gravity oil tank from high level to low level, decrease aft draft, manual supply oil to keep parts lubricated. Meantime heed temperature of Stern bushes. If necessary, lower the revolution of main engine. Handle it after arriving port.2.柴油發(fā)電機(jī)Diesel generator2.1.準(zhǔn)備和起動Prepare and start2.1.1.檢查發(fā)動機(jī)和柴
48、油機(jī)組周圍及其氣缸頭進(jìn)風(fēng)口或增壓器進(jìn)風(fēng)口等處是否清爽無障礙(自動化機(jī)組,各部位應(yīng)經(jīng)常保持清爽無障礙的狀態(tài)。Check surrounding of the generator and the engine, cylinder head or turbo air intake hole for clear. (For automatic controlled starting generator set, all parts should keep clean and no obstacle.2.1.2.檢查并打開各缸示功閥(自動化機(jī)組,各示功閥需經(jīng)常保持關(guān)閉。Check and open th
49、e indicator valves. ( For automatic controlled generator set, indicator valves to be kept closed.2.1.3.檢查油底殼(或循環(huán)柜油位是否正常(自動化機(jī)組,機(jī)油油位應(yīng)經(jīng)常保持在正常位置。Check oil sump (or the circulating LO tank oil level is normal or not. (For automatic machine set, oil level should keep in normal position.2.1.4.盤車并用手搖泵機(jī)油,查看機(jī)
50、油系統(tǒng)的供油情況,直至機(jī)油壓力達(dá)0.05-0.10Mpa必要時打開曲軸箱導(dǎo)門查看各主軸系、大小端承等處的供油情況,確認(rèn)機(jī)油充分進(jìn)入各潤滑表面(裝有預(yù)備潤滑油泵的自動化機(jī)型,可以不用手搖泵泵機(jī)油同時向人工加油部位加油(自動化轉(zhuǎn)動后自動向各需要加油部位加滑油。Turn engine and pump LO by hand until oil pressure upto 0.050.1Mpa. If necessary, open the access doors and exam the lubricating condition of shafting, both ends of connect
51、ing rod. Ensure lube oil flow to all lubricating surface (If install automatic reserved lube oil pump, no need to use manual lube oil pump. Meantime load oil to manual loading oil parts. (If pump is automatic type, when turn on pump, automatically load oil to parts needing loading oil.2.1.5.檢查冷卻淡水進(jìn)出
52、閥,各缸冷卻水出口閥,機(jī)油冷卻器進(jìn)出機(jī)油閥和海水閥是否在正常位置,油溫和水溫自動調(diào)節(jié)器是否正常(自動化機(jī)型,各種閥門和自動調(diào)節(jié)器應(yīng)經(jīng)常保持在正常狀態(tài)。Check the following inlet and outlet valves in correct position, FW cooler, jackets, lube oil cooler, seawater valves, automatic LO/FW temperature regulator in good condition. (For automatic type, various valves and automatic
