2、series boiler chemical dosing equipment include the system of adding ammonia, adding hydrazine, adding phosphate of boiler and condensing water adding ammonia and so on.結(jié)構(gòu)布置ConstructSJY 系列爐內(nèi)加藥裝置采用單元組合的布置形式。主要視機(jī)組容量的大小，鍋爐配置的方式（多爐共用一套或單爐單套等），自動(dòng)化程度水平的高低（自動(dòng)或手動(dòng)） ，靈活組合成不同的形式單元，安裝在一個(gè)基架上。The SJY series chemi

5、um whichconsider on customer needed and kinds of chemical.液位檢測(cè)、自動(dòng)停泵The pump of liquid level testing and stopping automatically溶液箱設(shè)置磁性翻板液位計(jì)，實(shí)現(xiàn)就地液位顯示、液位遠(yuǎn)傳、高低限報(bào)警，低低液位自動(dòng)停泵，防止計(jì)量泵空轉(zhuǎn)。There is a magnetic drop-leaf liquid level meter in the solution tank for displaying liquid level, transmitting liquid level

6、, alarming and stop automatic when the liquid level lower than normal and prevent from racing.前置過濾front filter裝置在溶液箱出口設(shè)置過濾器，防止堵塞及設(shè)備出現(xiàn)故障。There is a filter on the outlet of the solution tank which prevent from jam and equipment broken.配藥Dosing氨液的配置除手工配置外也可進(jìn)行自動(dòng)控制，當(dāng)溶液箱液位低至設(shè)定值時(shí)，自動(dòng)開啟凝結(jié)水進(jìn)口電磁閥至高液位時(shí)關(guān)閉，在溶液箱出口

7、管道上安裝的導(dǎo)電度表的測(cè)量值，控制進(jìn)氨閥門開啟， 當(dāng)濃度達(dá)到2%（相當(dāng)于 450s/cm 的電導(dǎo)值）時(shí)，自動(dòng)關(guān)閉進(jìn)氨閥，完成配藥。It could add the ammonia liquor automatically or manually. When the liquid level lower to set value, it will open the condense inlet solenoidvalve to high liquid level automatically and then close it.聯(lián)胺溶液的配置采用手搖泵或電動(dòng)抽液泵將聯(lián)胺溶液加入溶液箱內(nèi)和凝結(jié)水混合
