Operating principle: By the reciprocating motion of the pistons in the two material cylinders of the SYF Filling Machine, negative pressure produces in the front chamber of the cylinder so that material could be pu

4、mped. The stroke of the cylinder is controlled by a signal valve so as to adjust filing amount and to achieve accurate filling results (See Fig. 1 and 2). 2. Property: The SYF Filling Machine with extra functions is designed and manufactured by our factory with reference to the same kind of foreign

5、machines. This machine is simpler and easier in operation, error correction, adjustment, cleaning and maintenance. As the machine operates without electricity, it is explosion-proof. 2. 7、is an ideal filling machine for the trades of foodstuffs, daily-used chemicals, pesticide, medicine as well as special trades. In the process of operation, the machine is affected by the following factors: 1. In filling accuracy: Compressed air stability, material uniformity and filling speed2. In f

8、illing speed: Material viscosity, cylinder stroke, filling nozzle size and operational skill3. The machine is filled by the two methods of pedaling and auto filling, which can be switched as desired.Installation and adjustments1. First install the feed pipe (16 in Fig. 1) and tee joint (17). Then lo

9、ck the connecting part with a clamping band(24).2. Install the material-filling nozzle (12), adjust its height and fix it. Connect the upper parts of (12) and (17) with the discharge pipe (15) and lock the pipe with (24) in Fig. 2.3. Insert the air source pipe into the straight fitting (20).4. Insta

10、ll the replaceable nozzle (13) according to bottle diameter. 5. Turn the hand wheel (18 in Fig. 2) in the right side of the machine to adjust filling amount (The data shown on the counter (19) is only for your reference.)6. Connect the air source with the machine and turn on the air source switch (0

11、1).7. Insert the (16) into the charging basket and the pail must contain the material.8. Put the selection switch (05) to the manual-operating mode and control the operation by pedaling. After the operators work becomes skillful, the switch (05) can be put in the auto mode.9. Adjust the throttle val

12、ve I (10) and II (08) and adopt a proper material pumping speed and filling speed. To raise working efficiency, the material pumping speed can be quicker and filling speed slower.5. Turn the handle (08) counterclockwise to accelerate the cylinder (22) withdrawal speed and material-sucking speed.6. Filling

16、accuracy adjustment1. The filling errors are mainly from filling amount, filling speed, and upper and lower valve opening.2. The upper and lower valve opening speed is related to the product viscosity. The great the viscosity is, the slowly the valves are opened and closed. 3. To adj. the valve open

17、ing and closing speed, adj. the valve spring pressure. With increased spring pressure, the valve opening and closing speed is accelerated. 4. The adjustment of the spring pressure is decided by filling metering and the operators experience. 7. Safety operationThe machine is only suitable for liquid

18、filling and not other working media. In order to ensure safe production, please read the following attentions：1. The machine is not powered by electricity but air supply of 46Kg.2. If overflow of the filling nozzle (12) occurs, press the emergency stop switch (06) to keep the workshop clean.3. It is

19、 not allowed to direct flush the machine body (09) with water.4. Although the machine air circuit is not complicated, no arbitrary air pipe connection is allowed. 5. 25、 The machine body is made of stainless steel. Do not let it touch any sharp or hard objects.2. The (22) is factory lubricated. Do not open (22) for applying lubricant.3. Before washing the piston type filling machine, clear the residuals in the (11) and then fill the charging basket with a soft dete

26、rgent. It is suggested to use warm water. If necessary, soap, alcohol or other detergent can be used for washing. 4. When the piston (11) is dismantled, the retaining screw on the (21) should be removed to avoid affect the technological requirements of another (11) when the first (11) is disassemble

27、d. 10. Washing requirementsUpon washing, confirm that the YX ring is in order. If not, let the machine have a filling in circulation to achieve a rough washing. For thorough washing, wash all the parts contacting the material, such as cylinder, piston head, YX ring, one-way valve, filling head, feed

28、 pipe, discharge pipe etc. Upon washing sealing rings, do not miss the YX ring for the piston and the flat ring for the valves and replace broken and damaged rings. Warning: Air source must be shut off before washing the machine. After the machine is washed with organic agents such as gasoline and b

29、enzene, it must be cleaned with soft detergent. 11. Troubleshooting Failures Eliminations Piston refuses to work.1.Check whether the emergency stop switch (06) is abnormally locked.2. Check whether the air source switch(01) is turned on. 確3. Check whether the one-way signal valve is damaged.With cyl

30、inder piston travels to the top, it cannot return.1. Check whether the moving target is toughing the one-way valve.Filling amount is not accurate or no material fed. 1. Check whether the throttle valves (08)and (10 ) are closed.2. Increase the pumping speed of the (08) of the cylinder (22). 3. Check whether the tee-joint (17) is abnormally locked by the clamping band (24).4. Check whether the charging basket contains enough material. 5. Check whether the joints of each pipe is well sealed.
