11、件等。新能源汽車方面,重點發(fā)展新能源整車、動力電池及充換電系統(tǒng)、電機及電控系統(tǒng)等。半導(dǎo)體照明方面,重點發(fā)展襯底、外延及芯片,封裝,LED照明產(chǎn)品等。根據(jù)全市產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展規(guī)劃,雙流縣將建設(shè)成為全市新能源產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的核心承載區(qū)。2. 12、king system, photoelectric transformation, storage system, steam-turbine and generation system, and concentration of solar thermal power system. And solar photovoltaic development focuses on crystalline silicon cell, thin film solar cell, off- and on-grid generation system, and PV supporting facilit

13、ies. In the aspect of nuclear power, the development focuses on industrial heating system and core supporting parts and system concentration of nuclear island. In the aspect of wind power, the development focuses on high-efficiency vertical wind turbine system, paddle wind turbine generator, and cor

14、e supporting parts. In the aspect of new energy auto, the development focuses on new energy car load, powered cell,charging and changing system, electric motor, and electrical control system. In the aspect of semiconductor illumination, the development focuses on substrate, epitaxy, core cell, assem

16、ngliu County(一雙流縣新能源產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀(i Development Situation2008年以來,按照成都市“一區(qū)一主業(yè)”產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展定位,雙流縣被確定為成都市發(fā)展新能源產(chǎn)業(yè)的核心區(qū)域。為此,雙流縣委、縣政府提出了加快打造以新能源產(chǎn)業(yè)為龍頭的成都重要現(xiàn)代制造業(yè)基地,并立足于新型工業(yè)支撐城市經(jīng)濟,著力完善產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)劃,全力抓好項目引進,努力優(yōu)化配套服務(wù),全縣新能源產(chǎn)業(yè)正呈現(xiàn)出起步迅速、加快發(fā)展的良好勢頭。在剛剛閉幕的2009中國新能源產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展年會上,雙流縣榮膺“2009年中國新能源產(chǎn)業(yè)百強縣”并位居榜首。目前,雙流縣已基本建成占地2.1Km2,以光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)為主的新能源產(chǎn)業(yè)基地,先后引

17、進天威新能源、阿波羅太陽能、漢能控股、新光硅業(yè)、恒基偉業(yè)等項目53個,協(xié)議總投資達410余億元(其中光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)項目19個,協(xié)議總投資達300余億元。今年1-11月,雙流縣26家規(guī)模以上新能源企業(yè)實現(xiàn)工業(yè)總產(chǎn)值53億元、同比增長83.7%,實現(xiàn)工業(yè)增加值14.4億元,同比增長76%。Since 2008, Shuangliu County has been ratified as the core area for the development of new energy development in Chengdu according to Chengdus industrial develo

And CPC Shuangliu County Committee and Shuangliu government have brought forward the target of establishing Chengdu as the important modern manufacturing base dominated by new energy industry based on the concept of new industry supporting urba

19、n economy, the improvement of industry planning, the introduction of key projects, and optimization of supporting facilities. Now, the new energy industry of Shuangliu County has shown a good momentum of development. On the annual meeting of 2009 China New Energy Industry, Shuangliu County gained th

20、e title of T op 100 Counties of 2009 China New Energy Industry and ranks the first.Shuangliu County has set up a new energy industry base, occupying an area of 2.1 square kilometers, with photovoltaic industry as its backbone. Now, 53 projects have been settled in the base involving Tianwei New Ener

21、gy, Apollo Solar, Hanergy Holding Group, Xinguang Silicon, Hi-tech Wealth, etc. with the total contracted investment of over 41billion RMB, among which 19 projects are in photovoltaic industry with the contracted investment of over 30billion RMB. From January to November of 2009, 26 new energy enter

23、iu County1. 科學(xué)規(guī)劃,引領(lǐng)新能源產(chǎn)業(yè)快速發(fā)展按照成都市工業(yè)集中發(fā)展區(qū)“一區(qū)一主業(yè)”產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展宏觀要求以及“近期產(chǎn)業(yè)化,中期應(yīng)用化,遠期服務(wù)化”的發(fā)展思路,著力打造西航港工業(yè)集中發(fā)展區(qū)新能源產(chǎn)業(yè)核心承載區(qū)。規(guī)劃至2012年,全面建成國家級新能源高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)基地;至2017年,雙流縣新能源產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)劃面積將達到33 km2。明確提出,到2012年、2015年、2017年新能源產(chǎn)業(yè)銷售收入分別實現(xiàn)300億元、1000億元、2000億元的近、中、遠期發(fā)展目標(biāo)。1.
