6、he buyers by fa within 15days.異議與索賠：Discrepancy and Claim:貨物到達目的地后，買方假設(shè)對貨物的質(zhì)量/數(shù)量 /重量有異議，應(yīng)在貨物到達目的地后 15天內(nèi)憑賣方成認的公眾鑒定人出具的檢驗證明向賣方提出，否那么賣方將不承當責任。對由不可抗力造成的損失，或?qū)儆诔羞\人 或保險人責任范圍內(nèi)的，賣方不予賠償。任何一方未按上述規(guī)定的期限履約，無論是賣方?jīng)]有發(fā)運還是買 方?jīng)]有開證，或者信譽證不符合合同條款而買方又沒有及時修改，對方都有權(quán)解除合同，并向另一方索賠 補償直接損失。遭受不可抗力除外。In case any discrepancy on quali
