1、工業(yè)工程專業(yè)本科培養(yǎng)方案Undergraduate Education Program of Industrial Engineering 一、修業(yè)年限及授予學(xué)位名稱四年;工學(xué)/管理學(xué)學(xué)士 、Length of Schooling and DegreeFour Years; Bachelor of Engineering / Management.二、培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)本專業(yè)培養(yǎng)學(xué)生掌握扎實的工程技術(shù)和信息技術(shù)基礎(chǔ),掌握現(xiàn)代管理與系統(tǒng)科學(xué)的理論和方法。培養(yǎng)能熟練應(yīng)用工業(yè)工程知識,在制造領(lǐng)域、管理科學(xué)與工程領(lǐng)域的技術(shù)部門和管理部門從事技術(shù)管理以及生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)的規(guī)劃、設(shè)計、評價和創(chuàng)新,培養(yǎng)既懂技術(shù)又擅長管理的高
2、素質(zhì)創(chuàng)新型人才。、Educational ObjectivesThe main object of education is training students to master basic knowledge about engineering technology and information technology, and the principles and methods of modern management and system science. The graduate students will be proficient in industry engineering
3、 knowledge, and work in technical and management department of manufacturing, management science and engineering field to undertake the tasks of technical management, and production system planning, design, evaluation and innovation.三、培養(yǎng)規(guī)格及要求畢業(yè)生應(yīng)獲得以下幾方面的知識和能力:1. 掌握工業(yè)工程、信息工程的基礎(chǔ)理論;2. 掌握制造工程、管理科學(xué)與工程以及系

13、息系統(tǒng)課程設(shè)計:綜合運用數(shù)據(jù)庫系統(tǒng)的理論知識,設(shè)計小型數(shù)據(jù)庫應(yīng)用管理系統(tǒng)。金工實習(xí):了解熱、冷加工及裝配的過程,初步掌握機械設(shè)備基礎(chǔ)知識和基本的工藝操作技能。生產(chǎn)實習(xí):包括機制實習(xí)和IE實習(xí)兩部分,了解工業(yè)產(chǎn)品的加工工藝過程、定位夾緊過程,了解典型設(shè)備的工作原理及結(jié)構(gòu),了解生產(chǎn)組織情況、企業(yè)管理情況以及設(shè)施布置情況,能熟練地進(jìn)行車間現(xiàn)場診斷,進(jìn)行程序分析、動作分析和作業(yè)測定,提出提高生產(chǎn)效率和生產(chǎn)產(chǎn)量的一系列措施和策略。機械設(shè)計課程設(shè)計:完成機械部件、機構(gòu)分析與綜合設(shè)計,培養(yǎng)設(shè)計、計算、繪圖、查閱技術(shù)資料、手冊、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的能力與技能。機械制造技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)課程設(shè)計:掌握工藝規(guī)程及夾具設(shè)計的基本理論、方法
14、和步驟,完成典型零件的工藝設(shè)計、夾具設(shè)計。設(shè)施規(guī)劃與物流系統(tǒng)課程設(shè)計:通過對某一產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)加工過程為例,進(jìn)行物流分析、非物流分析和綜合相關(guān)分析,對生產(chǎn)工廠進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的規(guī)劃設(shè)計,完成工廠總平面布置設(shè)計并各方案進(jìn)行分析和評價。綜合課程設(shè)計:綜合應(yīng)用所學(xué)的專業(yè)基礎(chǔ)知識和專業(yè)知識,選定一個典型零件的加工制造工藝過程,完成生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃與設(shè)計,編排生產(chǎn)計劃與作業(yè)計劃,進(jìn)行質(zhì)量管理與控制,進(jìn)行財務(wù)與成本核算等,對設(shè)計方案進(jìn)行評價與選擇。畢業(yè)設(shè)計:以實際工程設(shè)計、生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)分析、改進(jìn)企業(yè)流程再造、管理信息系統(tǒng)、項目管理、戰(zhàn)略管理、人力資源管理、財務(wù)管理、質(zhì)量管理、供應(yīng)鏈管理、管理技術(shù)研究、軟件開發(fā)等為研究課題,進(jìn)
15、行綜合設(shè)計(科研)能力訓(xùn)練與培養(yǎng)。、Concentrated Practical Training and Its RequirementsElectronic Practice: to understand the basic process of electronic products production and master the use of basic instrumentation. Management Information Systems Curriculum Design: synthetically using the theoretical knowledge of
16、 database system to design a small database application management system.Metalworking Practices: to understand the processes of heat, cold working and assembling, to preliminarily grasp the basic technology skills about machinery equipment and process operation. Production Practice: it includes two
17、 parts which are mechanism practices and IE practices. To understand the process of industry production and clamping position process; to understand the working principle and structure of typical equipments, and the station of production organization, business management and facilities layout; to ha
18、ve the skills to carry out workshops diagnosis, program analysis, operations analysis , motion and operations analysis; to propose a series of measures and strategies to increase productivity and production. Mechanical Design Curriculum Design:through the completion of mechanical components,mechanis
19、m analysis and synthesis design, the students will have the competence and skills of design, calculation, drawings, access to technical information, manuals and standards. Mechanical Manufacturing Fundamental Curriculum Design:to master the basic theory, methods and steps of process planning and fix
20、ture design, and to complete the process and fixture design of typical parts.Logistics System Engineering Design: taking the product of the production process for an example, the students will carry factory system production planning and design and factory layout to complete the program design, anal
21、ysis and evaluation through Logistics analysis, non-Logistics analysis and non-correlation synthesis analysis.Integrated Curriculum Design: through an integrated application of basic knowledge and professional expertise in selected parts of a typical preparation in manufacturing process, to get the
22、completion of the production system planning and design, production planning and operations scheduling program, the implementation of quality management and control, such as financial and cost accounting, design evaluation and selection program. Graduation Project: take an actual engineering design,
23、 production system analysis, improvement business process reengineering, management information systems, project management, strategic management, human resources management, financial management, quality management, supply chain management, management of technology research, software development an
