2、 conceptualdesign.AbstractBased on TRIZ and AD, the forecast technology of product evolution and the technology of solving conflicts and the mapping of function domain to physics domain are studied comprehensively. And through the principle innovation and structure innovation, a new-style sight ster

3、eo garage is innovative designed to solve the parking problems in beauty spots. The ADs mapping of function domain to physics domain is used to find conflicts and types. Then the excellent structure (the vertical-turn stereo garage with single-lifting-point lording platforms is selected. This paper

4、integrates TRIZ and AD to form a new process model of conceptual design. This model makes product satisfy consumer's demand, shortens the period of product design and improves the capability of market competition.1 IntroductionWith the rapid development of global economy, product innovation has

5、become the key of winning in the market competition of the manufacturing. The conceptual design is the most important phase in the product innovation design process, while the principle scheme design and the structure innovative design are the key of the conceptual design which can forecast the adva

6、nced technology in future and can develop the new generation product fast and highly effectively. It is getting more and more important to enterprise's survival and the long-term development.2 The evolution tendency forecast of the stereo garage based on TRIZTRIZ (Theory of inventive problem sol

7、ving 1-2, 8 is considered a new theory that is most comprehensive at present, which elaborates the invention and creation systematically and realizes the technological innovation. Using this theory, the process of creation and invention may be speed up, moreover can obtain high grade innovation prod

8、ucts . 2.1 TRIZ evolution theoryThe forecasting technology of TRIZ that is technical evolution theory, contains the evolution pattern and evolution route and so on in the technical system. The evolution pattern of TRIZ has several kinds of manifestation, for example: Savranskys technical evolution t

9、heory (ET6, technical evolution guidance theory (GTE 3, directly evolution theory (DE 13, technical evolution law. All of these are the development of Altshullers TRIZ traditional evolution theory 5, 9-10. These tools not only can forecast the technology development, but also can unfold the possible

10、 structure condition of the forecast product. This theory even more has the instruction function in the product innovation in the conceptual design phrase compared to the traditional technology forecast method.Along with the TRIZ's development, the evolution pattern's kind of number also unc

11、easingly changes. And then appears 10 kinds of evolution pattern, 8 kinds of evolution pattern and 11 kinds of direct evolution pattern successively 3, 12-13. Through carrying on the analysis to the DEs eight kinds of evolution pattern and combining the technical evolution law of Petrov, literature

12、11 classifies the technical evolution according to the structure, the time, the function, the controllability and the idealization and then summarizes the following 10 kinds of evolution pattern:Pattern 1: simplification,refers the system evolutes from simple to complex, again from complex to simple

13、;Pattern 2: microscopic, refers the system evolutes from the macroscopic object to the microscopic object;Pattern 3: flexibility, refers the system evolutes to the direction that dynamic increases;Pattern 4:curved surface-rization, refers the evolution of the systems geometrical shape;Pattern 5: mul

14、ti-dimension, refers the system evolutes to the direction that the dimension increasesPattern 6: harmonization, refers the system evolutes to the direction that various parts harmonious ;Pattern 7: integration, refers the system evolutes to the direction of super system ;Pattern 8: automation, refer

15、s the system evolutes to the direction that the controllability increases;Pattern 9: intellectualization, refers the system evolutes to the direction that reduces person's involvement;Pattern 10: idealization, refers the system evolutes to the direction that increases the idealized level.2.2 Ana

16、lysis the evolution trend of parking facilityParking facility's performance requirement is different due to the parking lot scale, kinds of place. Therefore, this paper neglecting the parking facilitys concrete performance, only according to the evolution route under the evolution pattern analyz

17、es its parts work principle and the structural style. Table 1 specifically analyzes the parking facilitys evolution route.Analyze the evolution route and the summary above, then determinate the parking facility's position in each kind of evolution route using the evolution potential diagram. Her

18、e is only the simple expression, cannot express precisely. Figure 1 is the technology evolution potential chart of parking facility. In the chart the dashed area for already is the completed evolution part, while the non-dashed area expressed the possible evolution to achieve the ideal system which

19、is the evolution potential. We can see from the potential chart: The parking facility is in the start and growth stage in each kind of the evolution pattern. But the development potential is relatively large in flexibility, curved surface-rization, microscopic, integration, idealization, that is, it

20、 is developed to the directions of dynamic, compatibility, controllability and so on. 21、opping in urban traveling scenic spot and the unsuitable between existing stereo garage and the environment.We can seek a series of feasible invention principle through analyzing the conflicts exist which based on the technical conflict solution principle of TRIZ. The designer might find the directi

22、on of the product improvement innovation under these principless instruction. We can get the technology conflict analysis of the existing stereo garages structural style though investigation and analyzing which in table 2.The exiting stereo garage cannot be able to adapt to the scenic area environme

23、nt, so there is a request that increases its compatibility and changes in contour, simultaneously the complexity of the equipment increases; the stereo garages low efficiency cant meet the requirements of the user because the traffic flow is anxious and stochastic in scenic spot, so there is a reque

24、st that reduces the time of vehicles deposits and withdraws, meanwhile it leads to worsen the manufacturability and the feasibility of the equipments. A group of technical conflicts emerges.Based on the analysis of the conflict, using matrix of conflict solute we may search and select, then we can g

25、et the invention principle such as“ dynamic , substitution of mechanical system, parameter changed, abandon and repair , asymmetry , unachieved and surpassed function” . We are intend to draw up a design of vertical turn stereo garage that a type of half ground half underground and assembled conside

26、ring all influencing factors and the design direction which gets by the invention principle searched. Constructing a new vertical turn stereo garage whose outward appearance likes the giant ferris wheel can increase a magnificent picture for the scenic spot and if we decorate it again, then causes i

27、t unified to the natural realizing parking suited to the landscape.The vertical turn stereo garage using the one-sided support is a kind of garage that hanging platform in order to raise the land efficiency, save the land, increase the garages imports and exports. This garage is composed by the hang

28、ed platform system, support system, driving and braking system, control system, balanced system, transporting system, model system, environment system, anti-radar system. Supported by one-sided of the hanged platform is established in the supporting structural and driving and braking system is conne

29、cted to the support system. The support system includes inner ring and outer ring which is connected to the turning device on main axle by the outrigger and high-strength bolts. 30、 turn stereo garage that single point hanged4 Appraisal and analysis of the vertical turn stereo garages innovation scheme based on AD We need to appraise and analyze through the powerful tool in order to ascertain the scheme of the vertical turn stereo garage that single point hanged is correct and

31、 it is non-coupling design or decoupling design. This paper chooses the most superior structural style the vertical turn stereo garage that single point hanged by using the mapping of function domain to physics domain and design matrix to find conflict and type. This paper integrates TRIZ and AD to

32、form a new process model of conceptual design.4.1 Independent Axiomatic of AD theoryAxiomatic Design adopt the method that from the abstractsummary of product to concrete structure or structure features and top-down decomposition. All the Axiomatic Design include the process of analysis and decompos

Designer integrate the two processes organically in different designs and then standardize the entire design process in order to adept different designs ,that not only carry out the concept design of product but also analyze development decision of product and detailed design of product9.In t

34、he design process of product, users domain comprise the needs and the property of product that the users find. Function domain comprise FRs that usually are provided by project manual and restriction. Physics domain ,in which choose a key DPs to meet FRs. Finally, process domain provides PVs which p

35、roduce DPs.Mapping process between domains can be showed byeigenvector which definite design objectives and design solutions in mathematics. 36、called design matrix which shows the design of product.TO satisfy independent axiomatic, design matrix must be diagonal matrix or triangular matrix. When A is a diagonal matrix, one DP can meet every FR, this is called nocoupling design. When A is a triangular matrix, if independence of FR can be gu

37、aranteed in case that DP is determined in an appropriate sequence, which is called decoupling design. When any matrix of other forms is filled matrix, which lead to a coupling design 12.4.2 Appraisal of the vertical turn stereo garages innovation scheme based on ADThrough market research and analysi

38、s we can know that , tothe urban traveling scenic spot the properties (CN the users desired is : solve the difficulty of parking in the premise of not affect the landscape. Mapped to the function domain, FR1 shows the achievement of vehicles deposits and withdrawsefficiently; FR2 shows in harmony wi

39、th the landscape andbeautify the scenic landscape. Mapped to the physics domain, the corresponding design parameters DP: DP1 shows thevertical turn stereo garage with vehicles deposits and withdraws efficiently; DP2 shows landscape-mechanical equipment. 43、rmine the order of design that first determine the design parameters of function independent and then thinking the influence to other design parameters finally determine the schemes4,9. Summing up the above-mentioned decomposition, we can get the entire design matrix between function requirements an

But this design is a decomposition design , there is optimize space and optimal design to turn this design into a nocomposition design.5 conclusionsThis paper integra

47、tes TRIZ and AD to form a new process model of Conceptual design (the vertical-turn stereo garage with single-lifting-point lording platforms.This model makes product satisfy consumer's demand, shortens the period of product design and improves the capability of market competition.Based on the c

48、ore tools of TRIZ (technical evolution theory, we analysis and forecast the evolution trend of parking facility ,moreover, we find a larger development potential evolutionary line which provides stereo garages innovation direct for designers.Based on the technical conflict solution principle of TRIZ

49、, we analysis the existing stereo garage and scenic areas and their own problems. Through analyzing this problems ,we find conflicts and standardize them. After finding solution principle by conflict solution principle, we choose the innovation scheme of the stereo garage with the characteristics of

50、 tourist spots and functional requirements. Integrated independent axiomatic of AD , we use the mapping of function domain to physics domain and Design Matrix to find conflict and determine the type of design,then determine the design whether to achieve decoupling design or non-coupling design, thus

51、 make product various functions mutually independent and meet the requirements of independent axiomatic, then the performance, reliability, usability and robustness will be improved significantly.
