英語(yǔ)教研組簡(jiǎn)介

1、英語(yǔ)教研組簡(jiǎn)介     我校英語(yǔ)教研組是一個(gè)富有朝氣、布滿活力、致力于英語(yǔ)特色教學(xué)的教研組。全組現(xiàn)有老師9人，其中高級(jí)老師2人，中級(jí)老師12人，初級(jí)老師8人。我們有著閱歷豐富、成果顯赫的指導(dǎo)力氣，有著精神飽滿而富有戰(zhàn)斗力的中堅(jiān)力氣，還有年輕而富有沖擊力的后備力氣，這使我們英語(yǔ)組形成了平衡而有力的進(jìn)展鏈條。    我們?cè)诮虒W(xué)中既留意團(tuán)隊(duì)合作，又重視共性進(jìn)展。每學(xué)期都組織老師上公開(kāi)課，以及參與校際溝通活動(dòng)，大家相互學(xué)習(xí)，溝通教學(xué)感受和心得，使本組在融洽中和諧進(jìn)展；同時(shí)，在“青藍(lán)工程”的幫扶下，年輕老師健壯成長(zhǎng)，有著自己的教學(xué)特色

2、，指導(dǎo)老師毫無(wú)保留地傳授閱歷，也布滿了年輕老師的活力。我們還樂(lè)觀思考與探討，勤于總結(jié)和反思，將教學(xué)中的疑點(diǎn)和難點(diǎn)各個(gè)擊破，保持優(yōu)點(diǎn)并進(jìn)行改進(jìn)。   我們也留意調(diào)動(dòng)同學(xué)的樂(lè)觀性，進(jìn)展同學(xué)的共性。我組每學(xué)期都進(jìn)行一次同學(xué)英語(yǔ)競(jìng)賽，如：作文競(jìng)賽、英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)競(jìng)賽和英語(yǔ)基礎(chǔ)學(xué)問(wèn)競(jìng)賽等等，老師樂(lè)觀籌備，同學(xué)踴躍參與，給愛(ài)好英語(yǔ)的同學(xué)供應(yīng)了施展才能的舞臺(tái)，也為英語(yǔ)教學(xué)制造了良好的學(xué)習(xí)氛圍。   在新課改的推動(dòng)下，我們樂(lè)觀參與課改培訓(xùn)，更新教學(xué)觀念，開(kāi)展課題爭(zhēng)辯，樂(lè)觀撰寫教學(xué)論文和制作教學(xué)課件。近年來(lái)我組老師的論文和課件多次獲得國(guó)家級(jí)、省級(jí)嘉獎(jiǎng)，并在國(guó)家級(jí)、省級(jí)

3、刊物上發(fā)表了多篇教學(xué)論文。 回首過(guò)去，展望將來(lái)。英語(yǔ)教研組全體老師將連續(xù)保持優(yōu)勢(shì)，加強(qiáng)溝通，拼搏進(jìn)取，將自身的聰慧才智融入到教學(xué)中，將徹底挖掘潛能，噴灑于光輝的教育事業(yè)中，憧憬和制造奇特的將來(lái)。  Introduction    English Teaching and Research Group in No.7 middle school is a group which is full of vigor and vitality, and aims at characteristics of English teaching.

4、There are now 22 teachers in our group, including 2 senior teachers, 12 intermediate teachers, and 8 junior teachers. Our group owns experienced and excellent teachers as guide power, spirited and combat-worthy teachers as backbone power and young teachers with impact as reserve power, which makes u

5、s form a balanced and powerful developing chain.      We not only attach importance to group cooperation, but also pay attention to the development of personality in our teaching. Every term, we often organize teachers to give open classes, as well as take part in interchange act

6、ivities between schools. We learn from each other and exchange feelings and experience of English teaching, which makes our group develop friendly in harmonious atmosphere. Meanwhile, with the help of the GreenBlue Project, young teachers keep steady and become stronger and stronger, and they have t

7、heir own characteristics of teaching. Guide teachers pass on their experience without reservation, and they are also full of young teachers vitality. We also think research actively, and are diligent in summary and self-examination, which makes us destroy the questionable and difficult points one by

8、 one, and keeps our advantages, even improves them.    We pay attention to arouse the enthusiasm of students, and develop their personalities. Every term, we hold an English competition about composition, spoken English or basic knowledge, etc.  Teachers prepare actively and stud

9、ents join in with vigor or eagerness. These activities offer students who are interested of English a stage of showing their talent，and also create good study atmosphere for English teaching.    With the motivation of new reformation of curriculum, we actively take part in t

10、he training of it, renew our teaching concepts, carry out subject study, write teaching thesis and make courseware. Recently our theses and courseware win a lot of prize about national level and provincial level, and some theses were published in relative publications.    Looking back the past, and looking forward to the future, all teachers in our group will continuously hold on to our advantages, and     strengthen communication, struggle and make progress. We will integrate ou
