5、gofstructureprincipleunderstandcarairconditioningofclassificationandlayoutunderstandcarairconditioningofcla1(概述TY-TF660A型涂膠機是為電子元件廠研制的專用設備之一，是用于對超薄金屬片進行雙面涂曝光油墨的專用設備。TY-TF660A®涂膠機具備手動和自動操作方式，操作簡潔方便。是目前較先進的設備之一。TY-TF660A型涂膠機是在單面涂膠機的基礎上改良的雙面涂膠新機型。是將清洗干凈的0.052.0金屬片上雙面涂光刻膠的專用設備。本機采用OMRON電器為中央控制單元。涂膠

28、采用交流單相220V50Hz10A電源。接線口為三線，請接置設備右后側的三芯插口上。開機前請確認設備可靠接地。12(開關功能12.1 漏電保護開關安裝在右側控制箱內(nèi)板上，有電源控制開關、傳動控制電源開關、涂膠棍控制24V電源控制開關，開機前必須同時合上四組開關機器才能正常運轉。12.2 電源開關電源開關是用來控制設備運行用直流電源的開關。按下電源開關，打開電源，電源指示燈亮，開關電源已接通電源，此時可以進行工作。按下電源開關按鈕，關閉電源，電源指示燈滅。12.3 急停緊急停止開關。在工作的過程中，遇到緊急情況，按下開its/units:160hours4,major:automobilemai

43、輥壓力大小15(維護與保養(yǎng)為了保證TY-TF660A型涂膠片機長期穩(wěn)定地工作，最大限度地發(fā)揮機器的效能，在日常使用及檢修中應注意以下幾點:1(保持涂膠機的清潔，特別是涂膠輥要保持干凈，經(jīng)常用溶劑清潔膠輥表面的雜質(zhì)和粉塵。2(在日常使用和檢修中，不能將螺釘和硬質(zhì)物體掉落在涂膠輥上，不要劃傷和碰傷涂膠輥表面。3(每個工作日后要徹底清洗上下涂膠輥和勻膠輪表面,特別是涂膠輥紋路中不可遺留殘余油墨.4(每個工作日后要徹底清洗抽膠泵，不能留有殘余膠液。5(有相對運動的零部件之間要保證運動靈活，潤滑良好。6(各零部件聯(lián)接處的螺栓不能有松動現(xiàn)象，如有松動，應及時擰緊。its/units:160hours4,m
