Project description工程概況According to owners requirements, commissioning of equipment installed for unit operation will be performed. Projects include electrical lighting system, utilities syst

3、em, telecommunication system, fire fighting system, HVAC system, 9902 storm water pump station and installation of electrical hoist etc.應業(yè)主要求對本項目的已安裝完的設備單機試運轉。本工程共分電氣照明系統(tǒng)、動力系統(tǒng)、電話網絡系統(tǒng)、消防系統(tǒng)、暖通空調工程、9902 雨水泵站、電動葫蘆安裝等工程2. 12、pline engineers the problems.監(jiān)視設備運行情況,發(fā)現問題及時向專業(yè)工程師匯報。3.2.17Truthfully, wholly, accurately and clearly take commissioning shift record.如實、全面、準確、清晰的填寫調試值班記錄。3.2.18 Carry out inspection and repair under direction of discipline engineer.在專業(yè)工程師的指揮下實施運行中的檢修。3.3Commissioning rules:調試紀律:3.3.1Perform order a

13、nd obey direction.服從命令聽從指揮。3.3.2High attention paid and stick to work.精神集中、堅守崗位。3.3.3Prohibit disordered direction and operation.嚴禁違章指揮、嚴禁違章操作。3.4Shift system:調試交接班制度:3.5Shift personnel shall enter into work site at least 15 minutes ahead and carry out shift meeting under organization of discipline

14、personnel; personnel handing over can leave only after meeting.值班人員提前 15 分鐘進入現場,在專業(yè)人員的召集下開好班前會,交班人員必 須在交班完畢后方可離去。3.6Personnel handing over must carefully introduce operation conditions and operation record; discipline personnel must inspect handing over conditions of whole shift.交班人員必須詳細的介紹運行情況和運行記錄

15、,專業(yè)負責人除自己交接班外,還需檢查專業(yè)內其他人員的交接情況。3.7 Equipment failure in handing over shall be treated by shift personnel with help pf personnel handing over.交班過程中發(fā)現設備的故障,交班人員應協助接班人員排除故障。4. Commissioning of HVAC system暖通系統(tǒng)調試4.1HVAC system mainly includes units 105, 9700, 1200, 303, 9900, 9100A, 9600. This part mainl

16、y explains test operation of unit fans, exhaust fan and split air-conditioner. Commissioning of VRV air-conditioner system, steam heating system and air-conditioner air system and parameter of equipments will be provided one week ahead of commissioning.暖通系統(tǒng)主要分布于 105、9700、1200、303、9900、9100A、9600 等幾個

17、單體。本部份主要講述各單體風機、排風扇及分體式空調的試運轉。VRV 空調系統(tǒng)、蒸汽采暖系統(tǒng)及空調風系統(tǒng)的調試.各設備的參數在試車前一周提供4.2 Test-operation of unit: unit test-operation shall be carried out prior to system commissioning work.單機試運轉:在系統(tǒng)調試前需進行單機試運轉4.2.1 Axial fan: test-operation with temporary power軸流風機:用臨時電進行試運轉 4.2.1.1Inpsection prior to operation of

18、fan風機運轉前的檢查A. Review types and specs of ventilation fan and motor and make sure they are complying withdesign requirements.核對通風機、電動機的型號、規(guī)格應與設計相符B. Inspect fixtures and fasteners and level vibration absorber base; adjust belt wheel or shaft coupler.檢查緊固部位是否牢固,減振底座應調平,皮帶輪或聯軸器應調正。C. Protection and safe

19、ty measures must be provided at electrical works.電氣部位應有防護、保護安全措施。D. Fan performance test and adjustment.風機性能測定與調整E. Make sure of motor insulation conditions of fan and rotary direction of fan.確定風機的電機絕緣情況及風機的旋轉方向F. Inspect installation type.檢查安裝型號是否正確G. Manually turn impeller and make sure in good co

20、nditions.用手轉動葉輪須正常H. Inspect level of vibration absorber and make sure it can comply with related codes and can freely shake (if need).檢查減震器水平是否達到規(guī)范及確保自由搖動(如有)I. Inspect in/out line of start-up panel.起動盤進/出接線是否正確;J. Inspect all wiring screws for firmness.檢查所有接線螺絲是否達到牢固;K. Perform insulation test for

21、 motor and in/out lines and make sure in good conditions.電機及進/出接線進行絕緣測試,并達到規(guī)范;4.2.1.2Test operation of fan風機試運轉A. First point operation: test rotary direction of fan and see if there is any problem.先點動.測試風機轉向是否正確,觀察風機有何異常B. Test air speed of equipment with air speed device and calculate air volume o

22、f fan.用風速儀測試設備的風速,取平均值計算出風機的風量C. Test current of equipments with electrical meter and calculate power.用電流表測試設備的電流并計算出功率D. Test rotary speed of fan motor with meter.用轉數表直接測量通風機電動機的轉速E. When fan operates for at least 2 hours as rated rotary speed, test surface temperature of sliding bearing with meter

23、 and make sure it is no more than 70 and rolling bearing 80; then inspect vibration absorber (if provided) to see if there are any displacement and damages.風機在額定轉速下試運轉時間不少于2小時后,用溫度計測試滑動軸承機殼表面最高溫度不得超過70,第 7 頁 共 15 頁滾動軸承最高溫度不得大于 80。再檢查風機減振器(如有)有無移位和損壞現象。F Test data shall be recorded and compared with

Inspect safety type to see if in good conditions檢查安裝型號是否正確;B. Clean outside and inside rubbishes and make sure

25、 no obstacles.清理風機內外垃圾及確保無阻礙物;C. Manually turning of impeller must be smooth and in good conditions.手轉動葉輪須暢順正常D. Inspect in/out line of start-up panel and carry out insulation test.檢查起動盤進/出接線是否正確,并進行絕緣測試.E. Inspect all wiring screws for firmness.檢查所有接線螺絲牢固; 4.2.2.2Test procedures測試步驟A. Point operati

26、on fan: inspect rotary direction.點動風機,檢查轉向正確;B Test air speed of equipment with air speed device and calculate air volume of fan.用風速測量儀測量風速,計算出風量C Continuously operate for 2 hours to see if there is any problem.連續(xù)試運轉 2 小時,檢查風機是否有異常4.2.3Split air-conditioner (installed by manufacturer and after energ

27、izing, commissioned and tested by manufacturer.)分體式空調(由廠家安裝,在正式通電后由廠家統(tǒng)一進行試運行、調試)4.2.3.1Preperation work prior to test測試前準備A Inspect installation types.檢查安裝型號是否正確; B Inspect wiring.檢查接線必須正確;C Clean rubbishes on air-conditioner and make sure there is no obstacle.清理空調上的垃圾確保無障礙物。D Inspect filter install

28、ation conditions.檢查過濾網安裝情況;4.2.3.2 Test work for split air-conditioner分體式空調測試內容A Equipment is energized and operating; inspect temperature.機器開始通電運轉,檢查溫度范圍顯示是否達到要求. B According to value required, test air temperature.根據設定值測量出風溫度是否達到要求.C Continuously operate for 2 hours to see if there is any problem.

29、連續(xù)試運轉 2 小時,檢查空調的運行是否要異常情況4.2.4Test-operation of air-conditioner sets (after energizing)空調機組的試運轉(需正式送電后進行) 4.2.4.1Preperation work準備工作A Inspect installation type檢查安裝型號是否正確;B Clean rubbishes in and out air-condition processor and make sure there is no obstacle.清理空調處理機內外垃圾及確保無阻礙物;C Inspect all air duct

30、 valves too make sure they are in good condition and stay at correct location.檢查所有風管閥門工作正常,并在正確位置上;D Manually turning belt wheel must be in good condition.使用手轉動皮帶輪須暢順正常;E Adjust fan motor belt wheel concentricity.調整風機馬達皮帶輪同心度;F Make sure belt wheel installation is firm.確保皮帶輪安裝牢固;G Inspect and adjust

31、 belt.檢查及調整皮帶松緊;H Inspect level of vibration absorber and make sure it can comply with related codes and can freely shake.調整檢查減震器水平達到規(guī)范及確保自由搖動;I Inspect filter installation and clean it.檢查過濾網安裝妥善及過濾網清掃干凈;J Inspect all valves switch and make sure they stay at correct location.檢查所有閥門開關在正確位置。K Inspect

33、eration and commissioning plan for VRV air-conditioner system will be provided by manufacturer.)注:(VRV 空調系統(tǒng)試運行及調試方案由廠家進行編制)A First test air volume at vent with air speed device, and then calculate air volume. Tests shall be made for at least three times at different points.先測風口風量,測試可用風速儀,測出平均風速,計算出風

34、量。測試次數不少于 3-5 次于不同點數。B Test equipment current with meter and calculate power.用電流表測試設備的電流并計算出功率C Test of rotary speed: test rotary data of motor with meter.轉速的測定:用轉數表可直接測量電動機的轉數D When fan operates for at least 2 hours as rated rotary speed, test surface temperature of sliding bearing with meter and m

36、ilation and AC System通風空調系統(tǒng)調試4.3.1 Preparation 準備工作:4.3.1.1 Accuracy and security of installation of duct, piping and equipment (ventilator, refrigerating equipment, muffler, AC handling unit, fan coil etc)風管、管道和設備(通風機、制冷設備、消聲器、空調機組、風機盤管等)安裝的正確性和牢固性。4.3.1.2 Air leak at duct joints and joints between

37、 duct and equipment or regulating unit.風管聯接處以及風管與設備或調節(jié)裝置的連接處是否有明顯漏風現象。4.3.1.3 Security, flexibility of adjustment and convenience of operation for fabrication and installation of regulating units.各類調節(jié)裝置的制作安裝是否正確牢固,調節(jié)靈活、操作方便。4.3.1.4 Accuracy of belt drive of ventilators.各類通風機的皮帶傳動是否正確。4.3.1.5 Cleanli

40、and pressure at where air flow is evenly distributed. They should be test at straight duct section with a diameter of at least 4 times as much as that of duct (or size of longer side of rectangular duct) after local resistance, or with a diameter of at least 1.5 times as much as that of duct (or siz

41、e of longer side of rectangular duct) before local resistance. When conditions are limited, the distance can be shortened and more points be increased.測定風管內風量的測定:系統(tǒng)總風管和各支管內風量與風壓的測定截面的位置應選擇在氣流均勻出,按氣流方向應選擇在局部阻力之后大于或等于 4 倍直徑(或矩形風管大邊尺寸),和局部阻力之前大于或等于 1.5 倍直徑(或矩形風管大邊尺寸)的直管段上,當條件受到限制時, 距離可適當縮短,且適當增加測點數量。4.

42、3.2.2 Air volume test at air intake風口風量的測定:A. Test wind speed with anemoscope at fixed point near air intake or by revolving at a constant speed. The average value of wind speeds tested at fixed point is the wind speed at the point.用風速儀在貼近風口處作定點測量或等速回轉法測量風速,取定點法測得的風速取平均值,就為該點的風速。B. The grating or me

43、sh of air outlet contributes to a considerable difference between effective area of outlet and the shell leading to contraction of outgoing air flow, so in calculating air volume at outlet, multiply by 0.71.0 of correction coefficient to make it more accurate. Meanwhile, for air inlet where scope of

44、 incoming is small and air flow is relatively even distributed, so the result is mostly accurate only if the test is conducted near the inlet.在計算風口送風量時,由于風口送風口帶有格柵或網格,其有效面積和外框相差較大,送出氣流為緊縮現象,因此計算面積時應乘以 0.71.0 的修正系數,使計算風量更符合實際,而吸風口,則由于吸氣作用范圍較小,氣流較均勻,只要靠近風口,測量結果一般較正確。C. Allowable deviation between actu

45、al and design air volume of main, trunk and branch ducts should not be larger than 10%.系統(tǒng)總風管、主干風管、支風管各測點實測風量與設計風量的偏差不應大于 10%4.3.2.3 Balance of system air volume系統(tǒng)風量的平衡:A. Only when air volumes of fan and system (incl. total volume of supply and return air, fresh air volume, primary and secondary ret

46、urn air volume, exhaust air volume, and volume of main, trunk and branch ducts at air intake) reach design requirements can adjust air volume of the whole system to requirements.在風機風量測定、系統(tǒng)風量的全面測定(包括送、 回風總風量、新風量、一、二次回風量、排風量以及系統(tǒng)中各總、干、支風管風量風口風量)達到設計要求后,即在全系統(tǒng)風量摸底基礎上方可進行系統(tǒng)調整,使之達到系統(tǒng)風量的要求。B. Balance air vo

47、lume of the system through control valves at shutter, fan and piping of fresh air, primary and secondary wind and air intake.系統(tǒng)風量的平衡調整,可通過各類調節(jié)閥實現,利用新風,一、二次風,風口處的百葉窗、風機及管道各部位的調節(jié)閥等進行調節(jié)。C. Adjusting method: ratio of equal air flow: start from least favorable circuit (in general the farthest branch syst

48、em. Suppose the farthest branch system is 1, and the next 2, and the process goes on) According to actual air volume of branch duct, adjust its ratio L1/L2 with control valve to that ofdesign volume L1/L2, i.e. L1/L2L1/L2, and then adjust L3/L4L3/L4, L3/L4L3/L4and finally the first branch duct to ma

49、ke the ratio about 1. (Total actual air volume nearly equals to total design volume).調節(jié)方法如下: 流量等比分法:先從系統(tǒng)最不利環(huán)路(一般為最遠的分支系統(tǒng),假設最遠的支系統(tǒng)設為 1,其次為 2,以此類推)開始,根據支管的實測風量利用調節(jié)閥將其風量的比值 L1/L2調整到與設計風量 L1/L2 的比值近似相等,即是使 L1/L2L1/L2 ,再依次調整 L3/L4L3/L4 、 L3/L4L3/L4最后調整到第一支管的風管段,使之前后比近似為 1。(實際總風量近似于設計總風量)D. Adjust section

50、 by section: first of all, adjust air supply duct till the volume is 5%10% larger than design volume, and then adjust branch duct near main duct and end duct to make them close to design volume one by one. Start from least favorable circuit to intermediate branch duct and finally to total air volume

51、 of ducts between fan and the first branch duct to make it close to design volume.逐段調整法:調試方法式從風機開始,將風機送風管先調整到大于設計風量的 5%10%,再調整靠近總管處的支管和最末端的兩支管,使之依次接近設計風量,將不利環(huán)路調整平衡后,再調整中間支管,最后調整風機與第一支管間風管的總風量,使之接近設計風量。4.3.2.5 Run test of ventilation and AC system includes air volume and pressure and volume balance o

52、f fan, duct and intake. In summer, refrigerating is required after completion (in winter, commission after connection to hot source). Interlocking run test of AC system should last at least 8h and that of fan, duct and fittings etc under zero loads should last at least 2h in a row.通風空調系統(tǒng)的試運行使系統(tǒng)風機、風管

53、、風口風量風壓測定,以及風量平衡 的基礎上,夏季竣工時進行制冷調試(冬季接入熱源再調試),空調系統(tǒng)聯動試運轉時間不少于 8h,在無生產負荷下進行風機、風管與附件等全系統(tǒng)的聯動試運轉, 其連續(xù)運轉時間不少于 2h。As VRV AC system will be commissioned by manufacturer, the commissioning plan will be provided later as a supplement to this plan.VRV 空調系統(tǒng)的調試方案由于為生產廠家進行調試,調試方案作為本方案的補充,稍后提供.5. Safety precautions

54、 安全措施5.1 Temporary power 臨時用電5.1.1 Temporary power is used for run test of units. Due to limitation of temp power, we will supply power for each unit one by one.在進行單機試運轉時采用的是臨時電,此部份臨時線路,由于臨時電的局限性,我司采取逐個單體送電試運轉的方式5.1.2 Temporary circuits as follows臨時線路如下:For 303 switch station, lead from temporary di

55、stribution box behind 9950 303 開關站由 9950 后臨時配電箱引出.For 105 locker room, lead from distribution box in the south of 1200105 更衣室由 1200 南臨時配電箱引出For 9700 finishing unit, lead from distribution box in the south of 9700 9700 后處理裝置由 9700 南側臨時配電箱引出For 9100A Lactam warehouse, lead from distribution box in the

56、 west of 9100A 9100A 原料倉庫由 9100A 西側臨時配電箱引出For 9600 finished product warehouse, lead from distribution box in the west of 1200 9600 成品倉庫由 1200 西側臨時配電箱引出For 1850B distribution room & 9900 WWT, lead from distribution box behind 9950 1850B 配電室、9900 污水處理由 9950 后臨時配電箱引出5.1.3 During power supply, set up a safety warning sign at the circuit and allocate specific person to patrol and inspect to ensure circuit safety.
