9、察報(bào)告及所選玻璃鋼化糞池的結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸，結(jié)合實(shí)地實(shí) 際情況，確定工程施工工藝順序如下：基坑土方開挖一基坑圍護(hù)樁一土方外運(yùn)一混凝土墊層、基礎(chǔ)施工 一玻璃鋼化糞池吊裝一分層回填一混凝土頂板澆筑一砌連接井、檢查井一現(xiàn)場(chǎng)初步驗(yàn)收。根據(jù)工程實(shí)際情況和施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)情況，擬定土方開挖采用機(jī)械配合人工 開挖方法，確定如下施工方案：(1)基坑土方開挖、圍護(hù)樁、土方外運(yùn)1、基坑開挖前，應(yīng)先按照設(shè)計(jì)或施工要求范圍和標(biāo)高平整場(chǎng)地，在 施工范圍內(nèi)，影響施工的軟弱土層、淤泥、腐殖土、石塊、垃圾、樹 根、草皮等，應(yīng)分別情況予以清除。應(yīng)向挖掘機(jī)司機(jī)詳細(xì)交底，交底 內(nèi)容一般包括挖梢斷面、堆土位置，現(xiàn)有地下構(gòu)筑物情況及施工技術(shù)、 安全要

10、求等，并指定專人與司機(jī)配合，其配合人員應(yīng)熟悉機(jī)械挖土有 關(guān)安全操作規(guī)程，并及時(shí)測(cè)量梢底高程和寬度，防止超挖。如超挖， 超挖部分應(yīng)按監(jiān)理工程師同意的回填，并夯壓密實(shí)。2、基礎(chǔ)放線：土方開挖前，應(yīng)根據(jù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)已有的控制坐標(biāo)和水準(zhǔn)點(diǎn)， 進(jìn)行基礎(chǔ)放線。放線采用全站儀和經(jīng)緯儀進(jìn)行，定位采用龍門樁控制?；娱_挖時(shí)，先進(jìn)行詳細(xì)有測(cè)量定位并用石灰標(biāo)示出開挖邊線，復(fù)測(cè)無誤后可指揮挖掘機(jī)進(jìn)行開挖。開挖時(shí)需放坡開挖，挖掘機(jī)一邊開挖 一邊后退，由于施工場(chǎng)地小，施工面受限制，開挖出來的余泥外運(yùn)， 確?；影踩?；原地面標(biāo)高1.5m以內(nèi)開挖采用1:1放坡開挖法；1.5m 以下開挖采用邊開挖邊支鋼板樁圍護(hù)法。3、基坑開挖施工，質(zhì)

11、安人員要加強(qiáng)巡視現(xiàn)場(chǎng)，密切注意周圍土體的變形情況及坑梢內(nèi)可能出現(xiàn)的涌水，涌砂及坑底土體的隆起反彈，一旦發(fā)現(xiàn)問題，應(yīng)立即停止開挖，并知會(huì)監(jiān)理工程師協(xié)同處理。4、土方開挖至設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)高后，于基坑四角設(shè)置集水坑四處，并于基坑 四周設(shè)置集水道，將地下水匯集于集水坑內(nèi)，設(shè)置4臺(tái)DN10眥漿泵 晝夜抽水，設(shè)一專人晝夜看護(hù)。5 .采用天然地基，回填料采用夯實(shí)處理，處理后的承載力特征值達(dá)到 要求。6 .基坑開挖后必須通知有關(guān)各方驗(yàn)梢，待確認(rèn)地基承載力后方可進(jìn)行 基礎(chǔ)施工。7 .基礎(chǔ)砂石或混凝土墊層鋪筑質(zhì)量、標(biāo)高必須符合設(shè)計(jì)要求。8 .土方外運(yùn)：由于施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)狹小，土方開挖后，安排6輛自卸汽車(5T) 及時(shí)清運(yùn)。(2

17、采取機(jī)械和人工相結(jié)合的吊裝方式，機(jī)械采用吊機(jī)。1、吊機(jī)吊裝時(shí)，應(yīng)用非金屬繩索扣系住，不得串心吊裝。2、吊裝過程中，玻璃鋼化糞池應(yīng)平穩(wěn)下坑，不得與坑壁或坑底相碰撞，保證梢壁不坍塌。3、吊裝時(shí)核對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)圖紙注意化糞池進(jìn)出口方向，箭頭所指一端為出 口方向。4、吊裝就位后，測(cè)定水平度，局部調(diào)整墊層使之水平；復(fù)測(cè)化糞池 標(biāo)高，符合工程設(shè)計(jì)圖要求后，填塞硅墊塊固定化糞池管身，穩(wěn)定后 澆筑傍管硅。5、化糞池安裝完畢后，將接入新建的排污系統(tǒng)?；S池進(jìn)水管、出 水管管徑為300mn*宜，可直接砌入井壁內(nèi)，管外壁與井壁連接處用1: 2或1: 3水泥沙漿填接口。(4)分層回填安裝就位符合要求之后，池內(nèi)必須注滿水超過2

18、/3水位使之穩(wěn)定, 方可進(jìn)行回填。回填的材料必須符合設(shè)計(jì)圖紙及規(guī)范要求，嚴(yán)禁將建筑垃圾作為 土壤回填，回填材料為石屑，按每層 300mms行，宜用人工灑水，切 忌局部猛力沖擊，必須遵守施工規(guī)范中回填土作業(yè)的條文規(guī)定，必須使基坑周圍回填土密實(shí)。密實(shí)度應(yīng)符合給水排水管道工程施工及驗(yàn) 收規(guī)范規(guī)范規(guī)定，同時(shí)應(yīng)注意一下事項(xiàng)：1、 填土應(yīng)在管道基礎(chǔ)混凝土達(dá)到一定強(qiáng)度后進(jìn)行；2、 回填順序應(yīng)按排水方向由高到低分層進(jìn)行，基坑內(nèi)不得有積水。3、 基坑兩側(cè)應(yīng)同時(shí)對(duì)稱回填夯實(shí)，以防化糞池身位移。4、 回填高度應(yīng)回填至玻璃鋼化糞池罐頂，不得掩埋罐頂部的檢查孔。(5)混凝土頂板澆筑玻璃鋼化糞池灌頂至地面部位須澆筑200
