2、hstanding voltage tester(耐壓測(cè)試儀).5.0 General Instructions/說(shuō)明:5.1 Tests may be conducted at any ambient temperature within a range of 10-40 (50-100).測(cè)試可在1040(50100)之的環(huán)境溫度下進(jìn)行.5.2 Unless otherwise noted, all tests are to be conducted with appliance connected to a 120VAC, 60Hz power source. 除非另外標(biāo)注, 否則所有樣

Test duration is 1 minute測(cè)試時(shí)間為一分鐘.6.0 Procedure/步驟:6.1 Obtain a representative sample of the appliance to be tested.準(zhǔn)備一個(gè)有代表性的樣機(jī)用于測(cè)試.6.2 Obtain Test Results Form TTR1007 and completely fill in the information describing the

7、sample and the equipment used prior to running the test.用TTR1007測(cè)試結(jié)果的表格,在測(cè)試前完整地填入樣機(jī)和使用的設(shè)備的情況.6.3 Connect the tester to supply mains of 220V/60Hz, push down the power button, and set the test voltage range to 2.5 KV, trip current to 55MIU , time to 65s, then push down “START” button, turn the test vo

8、ltage knob to some extent clockwise and insert the probe connected to red lead into the socket connected to black lead, pressing the “STOP” button when hearing alarm which shows that the tester is ok in function. Turn off the tester, and turn the voltage knob counter-clockwise to its end.耐壓測(cè)試儀連接到220

9、V/60Hz電源, 開(kāi)啟耐壓測(cè)試儀電源開(kāi)關(guān)，設(shè)置電壓檔為2.5KV,跳脫電流為5MIU,定時(shí)65s. 按下“測(cè)試開(kāi)始鍵”，順時(shí)針調(diào)節(jié)測(cè)試電壓旋鈕到顯示屏上顯示非零值,將其紅線相連的測(cè)試棒插入黑線輸出插座插孔，聽(tīng)到報(bào)警聲時(shí)按下“測(cè)試停止鍵”，表示耐壓測(cè)試儀功能正常，關(guān)掉耐壓測(cè)試儀. 逆時(shí)針將測(cè)試電壓旋鈕旋到底.6.4 Operate the sample until thoroughly heated.按照TAREGP1001在開(kāi)口空載狀況下運(yùn)行樣機(jī)到熱穩(wěn)定.6.5 Place the sample on the work bench and wrap the motor enclosure w

10、ith 10×20 cm metalfoil affecting the heat dissipations (if the enclosure area is less than 10×20 cm, wrap it with the same size metal foil).停止運(yùn)行樣機(jī), 將其置于絕緣工作臺(tái)上,用10×20cm錫箔紙蓋住離馬達(dá)最近的馬達(dá)殼但不要影響樣板散熱,如果馬達(dá)殼面積小于10×20cm就用其同樣大小錫薄紙將其全部包住.6.6 Plug the sample into the test socket and turn on tes

11、ter.將樣機(jī)電源線的插頭插入耐壓儀測(cè)試插座,樣機(jī)開(kāi)關(guān)置于“ON”位.6.7 Make sure the control switch of the sample in “ON” position, touch the probe on the metal foil closely, then push down the “ START” button and turn the voltage knob letting the voltage from zero to the specified value gradually within 5 seconds. Turn off the te

12、ster when test is over and turn the voltage knob counter-clockwise to its end.開(kāi)啟耐壓測(cè)試儀的電源開(kāi)關(guān),將測(cè)試棒緊觸在錫箔紙上，按下“測(cè)試開(kāi)始鍵”，在5s調(diào)節(jié)電壓從0V起逐步到要求的測(cè)試電壓值，聽(tīng)到耐壓測(cè)試儀結(jié)束提示音，關(guān)掉耐壓測(cè)試儀, 將測(cè)試電壓旋鈕按逆時(shí)針?lè)较蛐降?7.0 Results/結(jié)果:7.1 Use the corresponding Test Results Form TTR1007 to report all numerical results as the information describ
