24、原材料及制作材料。(3)、水電已接入施工現(xiàn)場。五、土釘墻工藝簡介土釘墻支護隨基坑逐層開挖，逐層繼續(xù)支護，直至坑底。施工時 在基坑開挖坡面，機械成孔?？變劝仓缅^桿，并注入M15水泥砂漿， 在坡面安裝鋼筋網(wǎng)，噴射強度等級不低于C25的混凝土，使土體、土 釘錨桿及噴射混凝土面層結合，為深基坑土釘支護。其技術原理是利 用巖土介質的自身能力，借助土釘與周圍土體的摩擦力和粘聚力， 將 不穩(wěn)定的土體和深部穩(wěn)定土體連在一體形成穩(wěn)固的組合體。土釘端與鋼筋網(wǎng)相互連接，之后噴射混凝土，土釘與土體形成復合體，提高了 邊坡的穩(wěn)定和承受坡頂?shù)某d能力。增強土體破壞延性改變邊坡突然 塌方性質，有利于安全施工。該技術具有施工

43、、鋪設鋼筋網(wǎng)片：網(wǎng)片鋼筋應順直，按150*150的間距綁扎牢固。 在每步工作面上的鋼筋應預留與下步工作面鋼筋網(wǎng)片的搭接長度，鋼筋網(wǎng)片與土釘連接牢固。在每道土釘?shù)匿摻罹W(wǎng)片上，設置一根18 的加強鋼筋，與錨桿鋼筋焊接，分散土釘?shù)膽Α?、安放泄水口：按2m的間距放置直徑50mmUPVC泄水口，泄水口超出土釘墻的長度為100mm。8、噴射混凝土：混凝土強度等級為C25,第一次噴3050mn鋪設鋼筋網(wǎng)片，第二次噴至100mnff,噴射硅粗骨料最大粒徑不大于 15mm為使回彈率減小到最低限度，噴頭與受噴面應保持垂直，噴頭 與作業(yè)面間距宜為0.61m， 噴射順序自上而下，噴射時控制用水量，使噴射面層無干斑
