1、導(dǎo)游英語(yǔ)課程教案1. 課程定位與內(nèi)容課程定位:導(dǎo)游英語(yǔ)課程為專(zhuān)業(yè)任選課,授課對(duì)象為英語(yǔ)專(zhuān)業(yè)三年級(jí)學(xué)生。課程職業(yè)性強(qiáng),計(jì)劃為有意向從事導(dǎo)游行業(yè)工作的學(xué)生提供行業(yè)基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)并培養(yǎng)他們的專(zhuān)業(yè)技能。由于三年級(jí)學(xué)生已經(jīng)具有一定聽(tīng)說(shuō)讀寫(xiě)的基本技能,所以本課程的教學(xué)目標(biāo)應(yīng)集中在英語(yǔ)導(dǎo)游相關(guān)職業(yè)知識(shí)及職業(yè)技能的培訓(xùn)上,以導(dǎo)游工作基本過(guò)程為導(dǎo)向來(lái)組織教學(xué)過(guò)程,尤其應(yīng)該通過(guò)大量的情景模擬練習(xí)來(lái)幫助學(xué)生掌握涉外旅游活動(dòng)中“吃、住、行、游、購(gòu)、 娛”六大環(huán)節(jié)的工作過(guò)程,獲得、鞏固相關(guān)的從業(yè)技能。課程內(nèi)容:教材:導(dǎo)游英語(yǔ)實(shí)用教程天津大學(xué)出版社,2010年4月,劉麗莉主編該教材共分三個(gè)部分:Service Procedur

2、e(導(dǎo)游服務(wù)步驟); Chinese Culture(中國(guó)文化); Tourist Attractions(旅游景點(diǎn))。根據(jù)教材、課程目標(biāo)及實(shí)際情況教學(xué)內(nèi)容主要分為兩大塊:基礎(chǔ)理論知識(shí)及實(shí)際操作?;A(chǔ)理論部分以教師講授為主,主要涉及導(dǎo)游服務(wù)相關(guān)基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)。實(shí)際操作部分以學(xué)生小組活動(dòng)為主要形式,學(xué)生需對(duì)設(shè)定的旅游目的地開(kāi)展模擬導(dǎo)游活動(dòng)。 教學(xué)重點(diǎn):致歡迎詞、酒店安排、旅行安排、景點(diǎn)介紹、飲食文化、節(jié)日文化、特產(chǎn)、致歡送詞、解決投訴問(wèn)題。教學(xué)難點(diǎn):中西文化差異,知識(shí)覆面廣,表達(dá)能力要求高。2. 本堂課的教學(xué)目標(biāo)幫助學(xué)生掌握旅游線路設(shè)計(jì)的要素及規(guī)則,讓學(xué)生通過(guò)學(xué)習(xí),能夠設(shè)計(jì)出完整合理的旅游線路。3.

3、教學(xué)方法及手段(任務(wù)型&情景法)課程主要分為理論知識(shí)講解和實(shí)踐技能操作兩部分。理論知識(shí)部分主要以教師講解形式為主涵蓋導(dǎo)游必備素質(zhì)、基本服務(wù)要求、導(dǎo)游職責(zé)、行程安排、中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)文化知識(shí)介紹等內(nèi)容,實(shí)踐操作部分將對(duì)學(xué)生進(jìn)行分組,要求學(xué)生以小組展示的方式對(duì)規(guī)定省市的旅游線路進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)及講解。模擬實(shí)踐課以練為核心,結(jié)合任務(wù)型教學(xué)法和情景法的教學(xué)理念,以幻燈片和視頻短片為切入點(diǎn),聲音、圖像輔助的多媒體教學(xué)手段具有較好的帶入性,能夠激發(fā)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣,更好的參與到課堂活動(dòng)中。4. 評(píng)估方式 上課30% 作業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) 30% 視頻作業(yè)40%二、教學(xué)內(nèi)容及時(shí)間安排WeekDayPartDaily Topic/
