11、rre ct the冬季安全行車教育講座尊敬的各位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、同志們:根據(jù)冬季大練兵的課程安排,今天由我來給大家介紹關(guān)于冬季安全行車方面的知識, 希望通過我的講解能夠?qū)Υ蠹姨岣叨拒囕v安全駕駛有所幫助。上次課劉主任從車輛安全檢查的角度,講解了冬季安全行車的有關(guān)知識。我們這次學(xué)習(xí)目的是讓大家更好的了解在冬季如何安全行車,如何預(yù)防交通事故的發(fā)生,增強(qiáng)大家冬季交通安全意識。關(guān)于冬季安全行車內(nèi)容非常多,這次課學(xué)習(xí)的內(nèi)容主要有以下幾個方面:一是了解正確的駕駛姿勢及調(diào)整方法;二是在冬季如何對車輛進(jìn)行正確熱車;三是了解影響冬季交通安全的幾個因素;四是重點(diǎn)學(xué)習(xí)雪、霧天氣如何正確駕駛車輛;一、正確的駕駛姿勢及調(diào)整方法

33、也不要半躺,最佳的駕駛狀態(tài)是當(dāng)肩部自然向后靠時, 雙臂伸直后手腕處應(yīng)該正好能搭在方向盤頂部,這樣在扭轉(zhuǎn)方向盤時可以保證用得上力,而且儀表臺的公里、時速、 轉(zhuǎn)速等功能顯示也都能在視線范圍內(nèi)。在雙手把握方向盤時,最好放在“3點(diǎn)”和“9點(diǎn)”的位置。拇指自然搭在方向盤輪輻上。有些司機(jī)喜歡拇指向里,或者在轉(zhuǎn)彎時從里側(cè)掏輪打方向,其實(shí)這樣是非常危險的駕駛習(xí)慣,一來這樣會讓駕駛員對方向盤的轉(zhuǎn)向回饋力判斷不清,二來當(dāng)遇有較差路面或緊急操作時還有可能弄傷手指。安全帶的高度絕對不能低于肩部,最好高出 5-10cm,并保證系上安全帶后,安全帶從右側(cè)鎖骨中間穿過。正常駕駛的時候頭部基本上會離開頭枕,頭枕的高度要以頭靠

34、在頭枕上后,頭枕的中部與頭部的中部對齊為準(zhǔn)。以防止后車追尾時,造成我們頸椎的損傷。調(diào)整好座椅后就可以調(diào)反光鏡了,老司機(jī)都知道車輛有三個“后眼”,指的就是兩側(cè)反光鏡和車內(nèi)的后視鏡。對于右側(cè)外反光鏡來說,右側(cè)死角比較大,后視鏡距離觀察范圍較小,天空與地面的水平交接線應(yīng)該在后視鏡的上半部分,也就是在外后視鏡里可以看到三分之二的地面,三分之一的天空,這樣能確保大部分的路況都盡收眼底。左側(cè)視線較好,把地平線放在鏡面的中部。而左右調(diào)節(jié)時,應(yīng)該讓車身也出現(xiàn)在外后視鏡的視線范圍內(nèi),但不要太多,只要能掌握車身附近的狀況就行。最后要調(diào)整的就是內(nèi)后視鏡,駕駛員在坐好后應(yīng)該能清楚地觀察到后部路況,原則上本著就低不就高

48、ffect, sum upfresh ex perienceto promotegrass roots,todetect a nd corre ct the的是, 有些人喜歡在后車窗附近放置大件物品,其實(shí)這樣是最影響觀查后方效果的。正確駕駛位置的調(diào)整看似簡單,但是卻是安全駕駛的基礎(chǔ),在平時看不出來,一旦遇到緊急情況,正確的駕駛位置和正確的駕駛姿勢會讓你最迅速地作出反應(yīng),最大限度地減小發(fā)生事故的可能性。二、冬季如何對車輛進(jìn)行正確熱車在大多數(shù)人的觀念中, 總認(rèn)為一大早要用車時, 在發(fā)動車子以后以怠速原地?zé)彳?, 等個三五分鐘再上路, 這樣對車最有益。相信有許多開車的人都曾有過這樣的疑問, 那就是早

49、上發(fā)動引擎后到底要不要熱車,要熱多久才能行駛?恐怕熱車的時間不夠,自己的車引擎壽命會變短。其實(shí)以現(xiàn)在汽車的引擎技術(shù)是不太需要熱車的?,F(xiàn)今大多數(shù)的汽車都采用噴射引擎技術(shù),供油計算機(jī)能精準(zhǔn)的將油氣混合比例調(diào)好, 因此早上發(fā)動汽車如果您是在趕時間的話是可以不用熱車的,但這不表示您能馬上就大腳油門,因為此時引擎和驅(qū)動系統(tǒng)都還未達(dá)到正常的工作溫度。正確的作法應(yīng)該是先以不超過2000 轉(zhuǎn)的低速慢慢行駛,等水溫達(dá)到正常的工作溫度時就可正常行駛了。而如果您的時間許可,建議在發(fā)動引擎后先等個30 秒到 1 分鐘,讓機(jī)油泵將機(jī)油運(yùn)送到引擎最需要潤滑的活塞;連桿及曲軸等部件后,再慢慢行駛讓停留在變速箱下半部的齒輪油
